I phoned at lunchtime and was able to get an engineer out that afternoon. I didn't have time to "shop around" for prices but thought the £120 plus VAT we paid was pretty good value considering our time constraints. The engineer turned up at the time agreed, called ahead, was polite & knowledgeable and fixed the problem very professionally. The service is very good - when the engineers are available. We had two procedures done and the first was no problem at all: we booked for our shower to be fixed, the engineer arrived at the agreed time and did the job efficiently. The second job, unblocking the kitchen sink, was scheduled soon after. We ended up rescheduling 3 times due to engineer unavailability - first there was an emergency, then the wrong parts had been delivered. When he was finally available (he came on a Saturday, a week before the weekend service was supposed to begin, which we appreciated), the engineer did a great job. Overall, I can only say the service is mediocre although the engineer was good at his job. We were severely inconvenienced by having to reschedule so much.
