I can’t recommend these guys enough! An engineer (Mo) was sent to our property within a couple of hours of my request and was honest, polite and diligent. He said we need a new boiler and quoted me instantly for the boiler he recommended for our home. The next day Jack in the office set up a call with himself, Mo, my partner and myself to finalise next steps and costs. Everything was agreed so easily and Mo arrived at our house the next morning with everything. He worked all day on installing our new boiler and was so lovely and worked with minimal disruption to us. He was super efficient and went above and beyond for us. At the end of the day, he cleaned up everything so well and even wiped down the surfaces where he has been working and swept the floor. I’ve never seen this level of care and respect before. Dima came out as soon as possible and had the entire boiler replaced and all work completed in one day, by himself on December 31st.
