Speedy to respond and good value Very prompt to respond to a leak and found a plumber to come out within an hour. Charging a half hourly rate is also much better than most other companies so good value. The problem was fixed and the plumber very efficient.

I needed to get my whole boiler system replaced for a combi boiler and also have my bath drain unblocked. This was all done very quickly and the engineer, Mo, was very professional and courteous. He was a pleasure to have in the house and did a great job. He even went above and beyond to sort everything out. I would definitely recommend Plumb London and Mo. A great service!

Great work The company took my details on the initial call with courtesy and were clear and informative about their work and the rates. I called around 8.30am on Monday and the job had been done by 1.30pm. The plumber was helpful and friendly and tidy. The rates were reasonable and I really can't fault the work or the manner in which it was done. Would totally recommend.

Quick and reasonably priced Got alerted the downstairs flat had a leak coming through their ceiling. Emailed 4 London based plumbing sites. Quickest response from Plumb London with reasonable rates for diagnostics. Gave them a call at 3pm, and said they'd try get someone out that afternoon, but if not, would call back to arrange for the next day. Call at 4:45 from plumber Oliver, he would be there at 5:30. True to his word, he checked it out and would need a new part, and the office would call the next day. Next day around noon - call from office to book Oliver in for the next morning 8-12. Oliver arrived at 9:20 - done by 9:45, and all looks good! Everything is drying out now, so yet to test it, but looks good, and very happy with the speed that plumb London worked at - and everyone I spoke to seemed helpful along the way!

Great work The company's initial phone conversation was detailed and polite. The work the same day at a reasonable rate and with no fuss. The plumber was polite and friendly. While it may not have been the most complicated plumbing job, it was handled really well and I'd have no hesitation working with them again.

Replacement of regular bath taps for a shower and tap unit (this solution was advised as better. Steeve was excellent from start to finish. He listened to my summary of the problem and investigated then advised a robust solution. In stark comparison to several tradesmen from a different company who either couldn't correctly diagnose the issue or had no clear solution. Steeve's solution is elegant and simple. So happy. The issue had been a problem for a year and a half. Very personable and let me know exactly what was going on. Great service.

Boiler service and gas safety certificate The engineer was prompt and friendly, having battled through traffic in the London Tube strike to get here. He had to get access to the meter which was trapped behind a locked bike in an outside shed, which he did without fuss. Job sorted in no time, no complaints at all.

What a great service. I called at very short notice and had a plumber arrived within 2 hours of my phone call. The plumber was great very friendly and talked me through what he was doing. The charge was very reasonable and less than expected. I was extremely stressed when Dave arrived but he calmed me down and reassured me that the leak could be fixed very quickly. Leaking Radiator Reliable, skilled, and quick response from Plumb London team. Panic occurred when noticing a leaking radiator before going away. Contacted company via Checkatrade and they got in touch asap. Had an engineer out less than 24hrs. They worked around my schedule when it was suitable for me. The engineer was fantastic, explained everything in details and answered any questions. He was quick, clean and very polite.

We had an emergency where we had to get a plumber to inspect a gas flue which had been knocked during some construction works we were carrying out. I phoned at lunchtime and was able to get an engineer out that afternoon. I didn't have time to "shop around" for prices but thought the £120 plus VAT we paid was pretty good value considering our time constraints. Really good and locally based service for SE1 I called these guys at 8pm after combi failed. The engineer turned up at the time agreed, called ahead, was polite & knowledgeable and fixed the problem very professionally. Engineer called for Gas safe cert and… Engineer called for Gas safe cert and boiler service. The service was quick and speedy, with the engineer ringing to let me know he was nearby before the appointment. The engineer was polite and friendly and everything was satisfactory. Also, an excellent experience with customer service during the booking phase.

Pump replacement and power flush Engineers arrived same day to assess the work and provide a quote. Respectful and clearly explained the issue with pump and need to flush heating system. After agreeing work, then arrived promptly for job in the following week and did the job with little fuss, cleared up after themselves and made sure I was happy. Would definitely use again.

Fixing a faulty boiler. The engineer was communicative and efficient, calling me well in advance to let me know what time he would be arriving. Once here he carried out the repair very quickly and talked me through what the problem was and how he had resolved it. Would absolutely recommend.

Fixing Leak in toilet I had a leak from the toilet fill valve which was difficult to replace due to access. I called Plumb London in the morning and had a plumber out the same afternoon. Got the toilet fixed with minimal issues. All round good service.

Besi was very quick and professional. Initial boiler service showed a few things that needed sorting out; explanation of situation and quote for further work was very thorough, and was able to organise appointment for additional work for the following day. Payment all done by card over the phone.

The service is very good - when the engineers are available. We had two procedures done and the first was no problem at all: we booked for our shower to be fixed, the engineer arrived at the agreed time and did the job efficiently. The second job, unblocking the kitchen sink, was scheduled soon after. We ended up rescheduling 3 times due to engineer unavailability - first there was an emergency, then the wrong parts had been delivered. When he was finally available (he came on a Saturday, a week before the weekend service was supposed to begin, which we appreciated), the engineer did a great job. Overall, I can only say the service is mediocre although the engineer was good at his job. We were severely inconvenienced by having to reschedule so much.

Good plumbers So glad I used Plumb London for the repairs to my drainage pipe. First inspection by Billy was spot on and the subsequent work he carried out for us was first rate. He explained everything that was going to be done and even made sure that all drainage from bathroom was functioning correctly before signing off the work. I couldn’t ask for more. Very pleased. Problem: leaks behind toilet cistern and constant trouble with water flow. Found 'Plumb London' on internet. They were good on the phone, then prompt to get to us. The guy was on it straight away, worked out all the problems and sorted it. Could've made it easier for himself by cutting away wood panelling but instead was really careful and tidy. Wore a mask the whole time as per current regulations etc. Nice job well done and happy to recommend them. Cheers.

I would highly recommend this company. Everyone I spoke with were so helpful, friendly and professional. They sent someone out same day to investigate the issue. Once the part was delivered they arrived back to fix the issue. It was swiftly fixed and I was told to let them know if any issues. The plumber was careful to clean and tidy up after him. I’m so glad that I found this company and will be sure to use them again in the future.

The plumber was unable to properly… The plumber was unable to properly clear the shower drain blockage, he was not really sure why he could not clear it. It could be lime scale buildup in shower drain or the main drain for the building. So generally £108 was not well spent.

Radiator replacement and Boiler replacement Plumb London did 2 separate jobs for me. They estimated, quoted and replaced 6 radiators. Then during a routine boiler service their engineer found a leak with the flue (and potential carbon monoxide leak). They recommended replacing the boiler along with the flue (as it was already 8 years old) and were able to carry out all the work the same week. Both times, the engineers were efficient, competent and polite. And the customer service team was great. Their day rates are higher than much of their competition, but their service is quick and excellent and I would absolutely hire them again.

I have used them a couple of times regarding recurring boiler issues, annual check-up and some underfloor heating tips and the quality of work has always been very good. I have always been given a quote beforehand and there has never been anything extra added afterwards. The plumbers were always on time, very courteous, and provided tips and ideas of how best to deal with the issues at hand. The reservation service is also outstanding and very courteous. I received 30 minutes notice from the engineer Bessi, before he arrived at the property. He was extremely polite and professional, managing to get my boiler up and running within the hour. We have used South London Plumbing and Heating for the installation of our boiler and servicing. We have found it easy to book appointments - and they call to give 30 minute notice within the time allocation which provides flexibility.

I was slightly nervous about using what seemed to be a big company but I was very pleasantly surprised and really happy with the service I received. The plumber was punctual, polite and helpful - giving me lots of extra advice. I will definitely use Plumb London again.

Following the suspected demise of my boiler, Plumb London offered a very prompt and helpful service in bringing it back to life, with diagnosis on the Friday evening and all new electrics installed by Saturday afternoon. Friendly reliable plumbing company This is the second time I have used Plumb London for my annual boiler service. The engineers are lovely and friendly, worked quickly and were able to answer any queries I had. The team in the office kept me updated with any delays to the arrival of the engineer, so I was able to plan around them. I also liked that they got in touch with me to remind me that the annual service was due on my boiler.

Very helpful Very helpful, good correspondence, and did a great job of fitting the boiler. Overall very happy. The only thing which wasn’t great was how the room the boiler was in was left. Carpet stains and room left in a real mess. Overall as I said very happy with the work but as one bit of feedback.

The engineer The engineer, Steeve was very courteous and professional and did an excellent job installing new shower mixers in both bathrooms. He also had to do do some retiling. We are very happy customers.

Blocked Sink Although they had to cancel the first appointment due to the allocated plumber had to attend a emergency flood. He arrived the next day in the set time slot and removed the sink blockage.

Removal and Installation of a New Boiler Plumb London were brilliant from start to finish with our boiler replacement. Every member of staff who we spoke to or visited our property was lovely, and the work has been carried out to a high standard.

Replace burner seal on boiler Boiler had to be turned off as burner seal was worn down leaving my tenants without hot water and heating. Plumb London were able to arrange for an engineer to attend the property the following morning to fit a new burner seal. Very happy with how quickly this could be sorted and work was completed within the timeframes and price initially quoted to me.

Operation of boiler explained sufficiently and paperwork left in good order. Slightly pricey, hence four stars, not five, but ultimately turned out to be worth it for the peace of mind.

Reliably prompt, friendly service Plumb London has now done three or four jobs for me, including work on a drinking water filtration system. The installation of a new gas boiler was the most recent. They answer the phone promptly and reliably turn up. The two plumbers who came at various times, and most recently the gas engineer, were friendly and happy to answer questions.The company and the gas engineer both provided ample information about the new system, the guarantee, etc.. Invoices state clearly what has been done, along with the name of the person who did it. Payment processes are smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
