Very happy with the service received from Plumb London. As a landlord it's great having a firm that'll liaise directly with tenants and then turn up when they say they will. Have used Plumb London on a number of occasions for servicing, annual checks and emergency repairs and will continue to do so.

I've had Plumb London around a few times to service my boiler and have been very happy with the service provided. They are always professional and easy to deal with, as well as accommodating for working around my schedule. They are always transparent about the cost, which is always highly appreciated.

We own a number of flats in the N1 area and like to keep our work local when we need assistance. We initially used Plumb London for a number of small jobs and have now moved on to use them for all plumbing jobs large and small. They are timely, efficient, always answer the phone and no query is to big or too small. I highly recommend them as landlord and as an owner of a house in Islington.

The engineer who covered the SE1 area did a wonderful job. The most difficult part was AFTER he fixed the problem – due to the set up of the kitchen it was almost impossible to get the washing machine back where it was. But he managed: after a huge amount of effort. Very grateful. He deserves a medal.

We've used the company three times already and every time they delivered - last time was quite a complex job requiring a few adjustments, which not every plumbing company would take on. Their plumber did and managed to solve the problem. The prices are competitive and what we like about them is that you can book an appointment quite quickly (next day or so) whilst other companies require you to wait more than a week for appointment.

SUPER plumbers! Called PlumbLondon late December to help with a water crisis in our office that no other engineers or plumbers could figure out! In need of annual Landlord Gas Safety Certificates, I have been very impressed by the efficient and prompt service. Living out of London, it's good to have afternoon slots with half an hour's notice. Furthermore all relevant paperwork is completed electronically and on the spot so I can forward it to my managing agent without delay. I usually have the same friendly and helpful engineer.

A good job Good to see Besi again - he got all our radiators working and showed us what to do if one fails again. He also recommended that we keep the existing radiator valves, since new ones are all made of plastic and don't last nearly as long. So - good service, good advice and no 'hard sell'! Thank you!. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that there was a bit of a mix-up over the appointment - no-one turned up the day first arranged so we had to re-book. However 2nd time lucky!

A Very Pleased Customer I am extremely pleased with the services of Plumb London. My boiler stopped working on Sunday and I had no heating or hot water for two days, as Monday was Boxing day. I called a gas engineer from a different company first, but after spending an hour they were unable to identify the problem. I called Plumb London for a second opinion. Luke, who took my call, was very polite and reassuring about the quality of the work of the company, which put me at ease. Adam the Gas engineer attended punctually, he was very professional, polite and you could tell that he knew what he was doing. Within 10 minutes he identified the issue and my boiler was back on working perfectly and I was so impressed. Fantastic experience We had a great experience with Plumb London. We called with a leak that needed urgent attention and when we called Louise was very helpful, professional and friendly. She was able to get an engineer out within 3 hours of our call. William, our engineer, was equally professional and very knowledgeable, fixing the problem quickly all while giving clear details of how he fixed it. He was also able to source parts from elsewhere in the city on relatively short notice. Overall a great experience and I’d certainly use this company again in the future.

Overall professional, and good communication I removed one star only because I booked quite an urgent same-day service first thing in the morning, and only at the end of the work day was told that unfortunately the appointment can't be met. However, the plumber did come first thing the next day, and was very pleasant and professional. Likewise the communication with the office was always clear, informative, and friendly, and I got a text confirming the details after every phone conversation. The eventual fix was done quickly and well.

Top rate plumbing service for central London I have used Plumb London for a few years, and they have always proven reliable. I live in the centre of London so getting anyone to come here is usually a bit hit-and-miss, but Plumb London hasn't let me down yet. Their engineers are always professional and get the job done quickly.

They came on the same day and fixed the problem in three days, even though they had to order a pump and shower screen. They come at a time convenient to you, which was important to me. Good advice, a choice of solutions offered. Would use them again. Thank you!

These guys were lifesavers These guys were, on the one hand, lifesavers. I had a terrible day dealing with water pouring out from under my sink for hours and no service that was able to help. The plumber eventually sent by the insurance company spent 5 minutes, gave me the wrong diagnosis, gave up and went on to the next job - with water still gushing. Plumb London answered my desperate call immediately and had someone there in 15 minutes even though it was by now the end of the day. He sorted the whole issue in under an hour, and was friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. However, I found out afterward they had charged me twice - both an hourly charge and a charge for the job as a whole, coming to nearly £700 for less than an hour’s work. When I protested, they agreed to a partial refund as it was less than an hour’s work, but it was still crazy expensive for less than an hour. In sum, pretty good work, but overpriced. Fine for an emergency, but probably can find cheaper for a nonurgent job.

Adam was brilliant! Adam was brilliant! He understood our boiler issue immediately, as well as the complex nature of the relationship with our landlord. He gave detailed and helpful advice on our heating system, gas safety certificate, and how to keep the bills down. Excellent service Had an issue with our hot water not working due to a broken valve. Two visits were made to my property to fix the issue. Both times the engineers were on time and provided an excellent service and explained what they were doing. I was also contacted regularly with an update on roughly when to expect the engineers to arrive at the property which was greatly appreciated. The problem was fixed. Overall I’m very happy with the service and would use Plumb London again.

Great customer service - do what they said they would! The pump on the shower had given up the ghost. we needed a new one... who to trust? Plumb London. They came looked at what was needed - gave us a price. said it was hard getting parts. gave us two dates but said the first was unlikely due to parts shortage. came and fitted it a week later. The pump is a good one - mid range - fair price. very happy with the service. The fitter was a delight, would highly recommend and we would use again.

Plumb London - what a fantastic team Plumb London, what an exceptionally customer focused company you are. After finding our shower had stopped working we googled same day shower repairs and came across Plumb London. A quick call later with their team (poor Louise who was probably tired of hearing from us by the end of the day!) and we had an emergency call out booked with a promise to arrive by 4pm that day. The engineer arrived in plenty of time but sadly was unable to make the repair as the shower unit was totally burnt out on the inside. Here’s where Plumb London really went above and beyond and set themselves above most companies (in all industries) - although they do not work on Saturdays usually, Connor in the office agreed not only to arrange for an engineer to attend, but he also arranged for the shower unit to be sourced. The job was carried out today by a polite, respectful and knowledgable engineer who just rounded out an amazing customer service experience for me and my family. I cannot thank the team or recommend them highly enough. The prices were fair and reasonable and worth every penny. Thank you team and Plumb London, one very happy family thanks to you.

Good Plumbing Option I had a leak that was not so quick to solve. It needed a replacement, not just repair. The engineer made a quick assessment on the first visit and then did a great job when he came back. Very thorough, explained everything very well, covered all my concerns. All was to high standard. I did have an issue with the admin side. I was promised a quote within 2-3 days but didn’t get for a week. There can always be delays with suppliers, etc., but my issue was that I always had to chase to get an update, rather than the company reaching out to me.

quick response and great service Responded really quickly to my enquiry and came the next day to give me a quote, and sent someone to replace the boiler for the very next morning. This was brilliant as I had no heating and hot water and they were the only company I spoke to who were willing to try their hardest to sort out quickly - all other quotes were giving me dates in a weeks time at same/similar cost. Fantastic, friendly and rapid service, thank you guys! We recently had a blocked drain and unusual smell in our ground floor London flat. Brett Boyer supported us in fixing the drain. He was amazing, he quickly identified the blocked drain and fixed - the same day, and he went beyond the initial call out to CCTV other areas of the property to ensure the smell was dealt with. Brett was such a lovely guy, he talked us through the problem and showed real empathy in helping us to remove the odour. Amazing service! We had been 20 days without a working boiler and gone through two companies who were uncommunicative, unhelpful, messy and failed to turn up when promised. Finally found plumb London who diagnosed, quoted, sourced and installed a new boiler for us in less than 24 hours. The installers were polite and excellent and didn’t complain even when they were still finishing the installation at 10pm. Also, they put everything back the way they had found it. Wish we had stumbled across Plumb London first - would have saved us loads of stress.

Prompt and efficient I was dreading having to get a plumber for the leak on my piping, as I've had bad (and expensive) experiences with plumbers before. I picked Plumb London as they had a published local address and good reviews online. I got through on the phone quickly, got a time slot which they stuck to, and the plumber was efficient, polite and tidy. He explained what he was going to do and what the costs would be. The finished job looked good and I was greatly relieved. I would definitely use them again (but hope there won't be a need to!).

Professional and reliable service. I needed a plumber to fix a leak and unblock the kitchen sink during the Covid-19 lock down. After booking the appointment for the next day, the clear instructions on how to keep both the engineer and household members safe during the visit were sent via WhatsApp and text. We were truly delighted the day we called out Plumb London on an emrgency visit!! What a stroke of good fortune!!! That was last week, Besi arrived, what a knowlageable and dedicated engineer, very precise and really informative and we had a new boiler install. This company were incredibly helpful when my boiler broke down. Conor in the office explained everything about the choice of boilers and Kaywan the plumber who installed the boiler was true to his word and fitted it in 1 day....and it was not an easy job. Would definitely use this Company again.

We had a small but urgent job on a leaking toilet. I found the office very easy to deal with and reassuring. the plumber came at the booked time, assessed the requirements, got the parts and returned and effected the repair with one hour. Professional, prompt response and brilliant customer service From the moment I called to ask for an estimate for the installation of a vaillant Combi to the completed installation , only a day and a half passed and all throughout my queries were met with professionalism and courtesy. Jack, the sales manager inspired trust and reliability from the beginning, and everything he told me in that first call came to happen. Will and Russell came to inspect the old boiler , on the same day I called. They were competent, knowledgeable and really pleasant. They left the flat tidy and disposed of the old boiler. I have a guarantee of ten years on the new boiler so, I have peace of mind and relief that I did not leave my tenant without hot water for any length of time at all. So , I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

Great customer service other companies could learn from..... I needed someone to connect the water supply and filter for a new Samsung fridge/freezer as the instructions were difficult to follow. Unlike Domex - the company recommended by Samsung - Plumb London answered the phone and even offered an appointment later that day. The engineer (James) was polite, efficient, tested the water supply and explained how the ice maker worked. I will definitely use them again.

Really good job replacing our leaky shower. One company told us we'd need to rip out the entire bathroom for about £5k because it was all sealed in behind the tiles etc, but PlumbLondon had a really careful think about it and came up with a brilliant solution. It took a while to get the specific part and book in time to do it, but it was absolutely worth the wait, the plumber was lovely to work with and resolved what was a really complex piece of work brilliantly. So we will be using the company again, no question.

A great service from two of your plumbers and call-centre staff. I received a very fast and helpful response when booking the appointments and both plumbers arrived at the specified times. My issue, a leaking kitchen tap and subsequent replacement was handled quickly and professionally, very pleased with the result. Plumb London Gas Safety & Boiler Service Plumb London carried out a Gas Safety Inspection and a boiler service at my flat in London. The charge I paid was exactly what we agreed in the quotation. Plumb London's representative was personable, polite, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and was very patient and helpful when answering all my tenant's questions about the gas appliances. It was great to have both the safety check and service done at the same time. Highly recommend will use next year.

Would be 5* if turned up in time. Initially very disappointed to be told that my AM time slot to fix a leak under my sink wouldn’t happen due to emergencies cropping up ! However when The guy did eventually arrive at 6.30pm (Yoshi /Joshii ?) he was brilliant, sink fixed and an additional two issues of getting a radiator that’s never worked, working and fixing a broken pressure tap on the boiler … what a star ! After having no heating or hot water for over a week, and my boiler insurance company being completely unhelpful, I rang Plumb London to get an engineer over to have a look instead. Mo was great. First visit he said that the flue wasn't safe and would need to be replaced, as well as a new boiler fitted to accommodate a different sort of flue. Not the best news, and I assumed it would be days before that could be organised. He said that he could be over the next day if I agreed to the quote, and have it all working again in no time! True to his word, he was booked in as soon as I was ready, and worked about 11 hours to get it all done the same day, upgrading a bunch of other things at the same time. Friendly, polite, outstandingly helpful, he was a legend!

Great company I have used them twice in the last week first to fix some errors from another company and secondly to get my boiler serviced. Pavel really knew his stuff and was very friendly and quickly sorted out the issues. Andy who serviced my boiler today was very efficient and friendly and both were happy to give me advice to help me moving forward I would definitely recommend and feel confident using them again. Due to overrunning on other jobs their plumber couldn't attend that day but they called to let me know and we re-arranged for the next morning. He arrived in his timeslot and assessed the job and unblocked the sink flexi pipe within 25 minutes. We then had a friendly chat about the job and he presented us with the invoice and no extra charges than the very reasonable £90 plus vat quoted over the phone. Great service from start to finish. I was a little wary about plucking a firm from the internet, as we all are, but reading some of the reviews I decided to go for it. The chap who came round to do the job, Adam, was superb. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. He advised me what needed doing, we tried a couple of things to diagnose the problem and this was sorted. Following this he carried out a full service and even though he couldn't complete all of it in one go due to access issues, he came back to finalise as requested. On each occasion Adam was very punctual and never turned up late, he was also very tidy, and worked quickly and efficiently. I hope all their operatives are as good as him.

The plumber fixed the toilet leak and improved on its original, bodged installation, adding an isolation valve for safety. He was efficient and polite and got on with the job. The final bill was not exorbitant but plumbing doesn't seem to come cheap.

I was told to expect the engineer between 11.00 and 3.00. He came at 4.15. Boiler in good condition, so it only took him 15 minutes to check it. Checked the gas supply as well - something that my previous chap had never done.

Extremely quick service - recommended. Despite the ongoing Covid situation, Plumb London were able to send a plumber to review our boiler within less than an hour, and the relevant parts were replaced within 24 hours. A day late but good work. They were supposed to arrive at 9.00 on Tuesday. Shortly after 9.00, I received a phone call to say they would be here in ten minutes. At 10.00 I received another call to say that their van had broken down and that they would come on Wednesday. I was not best pleased, However, when they did arrive, they did the work efficiently and left the place clean.

We recently used Plumb London for the first time after having had a disappointing experience in the past with other local plumbers - this was a real difference! It was very easy to arrange the appointment and on the day we were kept advised of the timescales - he was running late due to traffic - but I was called twice: once by the office and once by the plumber on route to let me know. When he did arrive he explained in detail what the problems were (he was fixing two different leaks in the kitchen and the bathroom); what he needed to do to fix it; what parts he was going to get, from where and how long he was going to be. When one of the leaks turned out to be a bigger job that expected he gave me options and went above and beyond to resolve the problems. Afterwards he cleaned up and apologised for taking so long but he clearly was meticulous and wanted to get it right which I really appreciated. He was the model of a professional tradesman and I will now only be using them!

Problem solved We needed a new gas boiler installed with flue and hatches to bring it up to modern gas appliance standards. Complicating the install was the fact that our flat was high up in a tower block with no possibility of external scaffolding or access. After speaking with multiple companies, getting a few quotes and opinions, we were despairing at how hard it seemed to find a reputable company that would still give a reasonable quote. Plumb london sent one of their top engineers out free of charge, who had experience working within the same building on prior jobs. He gave us a detailed guide to the process, options for gas and electric installs, and a quote range that was very reasonable. We were given confidence that we weren't being ripped off, and the install process went very smoothly - work began at 9.30 and was finished by 2. And to top it all off the final cost came in below the mid-range of the quote they supplied us. Honestly - fantastic service, great team and a great relief to just know that you're having a job done by proper professionals. 5 stars.

Update: issue was due to a typo at their end. Refund promised. Their email needs fixing but I’ve upgraded to 4* based on the engineers The engineers were quite good. However I was then overcharged £60 against the invoices I've been given. The company are not responding to email queries so I've had to arrange for my bank to prevent further deductions against my account. You give your card details before the engineer arrives which I don't mind. However there are then 5 separate transactions none of which matches an invoice amount (I only have two invoices). There could be an innocent reason for the way I've been charged but in the absence of a response from the company I have to assume it's to confuse so you aren't aware how much you've been charged. On this basis I have to recommend choosing a different plumber. This is a shame because as I said the engineers were good

The plumber was very professional quick and tidy. But I was a bit shock that a aqua vac that was used for a few minutes using my electric was classed as machinery and had a extra charge.

Needing a plumber to replace my leaking boiler, and having no real experience of plumbers, I chose Plumb London because of the good reviews it had received on Yell. I phoned them on Wednesday morning and they arrived within a couple of hours to provide a quote for a replacement tank. Their supplier was able to provide the part on the following Wednesday and they installed it the next day, without any problems, arriving at about 10:30 and completing the work by 17:00. Throughout I found both Ivo, their engineer, and the back office staff courteous and helpful. Ivo was punctual and I was not kept waiting. I was kept updated throughout on the status of the new part with their suppler, so that I could be sure that everything would be ready for the installation, and that I would not have to take a day off work for nothing.

this was the fourth company I rang before I could speak to a human being and make arrangements; a great bonus, as far as I'm concerned. The plumber could not come on the day arranged, but I was contacted and apology given for the inconvenience. The plumber was prompt, polite and did the job efficiently, and was very helpful in advising me on possible future jobs. Although it was expensive, as most plumbers would be, they charged for half an hour, which is good if you only have a small job. It seems to be a very professional company.

Really impressed with the service...no pun intended I booked in Plumb London for a boiler service and repair of a broken WC flush, and they sent someone over the next morning, at a time that was convenient to me. Plumb London fitted our new boiler a few years ago and gave an excellent service. We have had to have a new pump installed. Last week when I rang the office about the problem they sent out two excellent workmen Will and Russ at 7a.m the following day to source the problem. The challenge for us was the expense - this company charge for full hours only, and for use of equipment, so if the plumber suggests trying something else, check with them what the additional cost will be. The company also doesn't mention that their quoted cost doesn't include VAT, so beware!

Have originally called out to diagnose my 11 year old Vailant boiler that stopped working, was told it would take a week to get parts so had to install a completely new boiler instead, otherwise would have been stuck without heating or hot water. Was impressed with the knowledge of the engineer who diagnosed the fault and completed the installation, though cleanliness of the assistant engineer could have been better, and they left the window open in the middle of winter which was an inconvenience since it was very cold for an entire day. Otherwise, the new boiler and thermostat seem to be working well, although a little fiddly and I am very glad the price was reasonably competitive, even if expensive. Would recommend.

I've had huge problems with our hot water and heating system for the last 3 years and this is the only plumbing company that managed to resolve our issue. Engineer Pavel was very experienced and confident in his work. He went an extra mile and carried out safety checks long after the work was finished. Customer services of Plumb London are also great, as I received calls to let me know when the engineer was on their way. I will continue to use this company as they tick all the boxes when it comes to experience and quality of the work.

I phoned Plumb London because water was leaking from the WC onto the bathroom floor. Chris arrived at the time expected and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He then went to get the parts and came back within half an hour and did the repair. He cleaned the area thoroughly and was very efficient. I will definitely call Plumb London again if I need more plumbing work done.

Answered the phone straight away, took all relevant details, got someone out to me within a few hours and even though they gave a 4 hour time slot they were accommodating in terms of allowing me to say I would not be there at 12, but back by 12:30pm. Engineer was good, identified the issue straight away and only needed 30 mins work to get it done. Efficient and didn't mess around, which is good when you're paying per 30 mins. Would recommend and use again.

A good experience for a new boiler installation I had a new boiler installed yesterday and I'm very happy with how it went. Engineers Connor & Brandon were personable and knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the day. Plumb London is probably not the cheapest but my experience was definitely good value for money. No hassle or unexpected costs for little deviations from what was expected (an underlying fear I have when having this sort of installation/work done).

Replacement Shows and Tray Seal Had a leak coming from the shower, Matt came round and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done (replacement shower and shower tray seal ) Stated the job would take between 2 and 2.5hrs. However unlike other firms, he couldn't estimate that duration and had to go for 3hrs, which felt unjustified given the time estimation and the relative predictability of the job. Matt ordered a new shower, which I didn't see but I did confirm with operations over the phone it was the same design as my current shower. When the shower was fixed this wasn't the case, with the taps been a different shape to the sink. I should have asked to see the shower but it should be standard procedure to show the design before ordering. The fitting of the new shower was done professionally and to a high standard (though communication on when it was going to be done was patchy). Matt was friendly, wore PPE throughout and did an excellent job. The job easily took the time estimated but couldn't be quoted for. I would use the company again and would highly recommend Matt. They should review the agreement process for replacement parts (make sure they show the parts), review the ability to quote half hours and ensure clear communication throughout the job.

Excellent, professional service We needed emergency help to fix a broken boiler on the weekend when we had no heating or hot water. We got a Plumb London engineer out on the same day, in just a few hours, and he did an excellent job. Leaking Pipe As usual a prompt response from Plumb London - I called on a Saturday morning at around 9 a.m. and a plumber arrived at 11.15..... the repair was a small one - a leaking pipe that connects to my washing machine - but a vital repair as the dripping pipe if not noticed would have leaked into the flat below.... the plumber worked quickly and efficiently - and did a great job, as well as servicing my CH boiler - thanks!

Reliably prompt, friendly service Plumb London has now done three or four jobs for me, including work on a drinking water filtration system. The installation of a new gas boiler was the most recent. They answer the phone promptly and reliably turn up. The two plumbers who came at various times, and most recently the gas engineer, were friendly and happy to answer questions.The company and the gas engineer both provided ample information about the new system, the guarantee, etc.. Invoices state clearly what has been done, along with the name of the person who did it. Payment processes are smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Blocked double kitchen sink in NW5, complicated by the fact I'd just poured 1 litre of One Shot into it, causing the various u-bends underneath to start dripping 90% sulphuric acid down under my sink and getting everywhere, with both sinks still blocked. It was 4.30pm on a Monday; googled this lot; they said No Call Out Charge and a reasonable hourly rate, and that's exactly what I got. No fuss, they turned up 20 minutes later which was a godsend, job took 15 minutes and the "hydrochloric acid is burning through my pipes and floor" fears were allayed within moments of the plumber (Ivo) arriving. Must admit I assumed the acid situation would drive the costs up. Not the case. I rarely write reviews but happy to recommend this plumbers it's actually the best emergency callout I've ever used.

Homeserve and Alpha left me without heating and water for 3 days, then deemed my boiler beyond repair and wouldn’t replace it. I called Plumb London in despair at the end of the day and they sent an engineer round within the hour. Mo was exceptionally professional and helpful, spending time answering my questions and assessing things properly before producing the quote, so I felt confident in the choices I made, whereas other companies spent less than 5 minutes and tried to hard sell specific products. Plumb London office staff were extremely helpful, Conor stayed late so I could get another quote before making a final decision to ensure if I did choose them the work could be carried out the following day. Mo attended the following day at 07:30 (because he knew I couldn’t take another day off work) installed the new boiler and fixed the damage which had been done by Alpha previously. He completed the work to a very high standard, I had heating and hot water when I got home and Mo had done the job thoroughly and neatly, cleaning up afterwards. It was a long job and he stayed until 19:30, but even though he must have wanted to get home he took the time to talk me through the work and show me how to operate the system. He was cheerful and polite and exceptionally professional throughout. I could not recommend Plumb London enough! Thank you!

We called Plumb London after our boiler stopped working, and remarkably got a fantastic engineer, Adam Lynch round within 3.5hrs, and a new boiler and pump installed the next morning! Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and very honest, and with our new and more powerful boiler and pump, the radiators furthest from the water tank that barely heated are now roasting.

We had an issue with our boiler and called Plumb London to fix it. Rates are reasonable, everyone I dealt with on the phone was very helpful, and the engineer diagnosed and fixed the problem swiftly. However, booking a time for them to come that didn't conflict with my own working hours (9-6) turned out to be pretty difficult. The engineer for the initial diagnosis was running three hours behind (which I found out an hour after he was supposed to arrive), so I had to reschedule, and he ultimately arrived three hours after scheduled for this rearranged appointment. Both occasions required me (needlessly in the end) going into work late/leaving early. After I complained, the company offered to discount my diagnostic bill for the inconvenience, but only if I went on to book the quoted repair work with them, which is a little less than generous in my opinion. Getting said repair work booked in was tough too. It took multiple calls (and some promised callbacks that never came) to get it scheduled, plus some confusion from Plumb London's end the day before the appointment about what had actually been arranged. Still, everyone I dealt with was pleasant, and the problem has now been resolved thanks to a very good engineer. If you work from home and can afford to be flexible with your appointments, you won't have a problem. But if you have a tight schedule, it might be better to go with a more established local place.

Very professional company I contacted the PlumbLondon twice. The staff who answer the phone are very efficient. I appreciated only being charged for the initial call out. Both plumbers were very professional and could explain what the problem was. I needed to replace a tap and was a bit disappointed that there is a minimum charge of an hour if you provide your own rather than get them to buy one for you.

Routine service - your engineer says all is well - hope he is right. Arrived in timescale agreed, calling me 20 minutes in advance to give expected arrival time, and all was left tidy when he finished. Helped me to reset thermostat and timer heating controls, which I can't see clearly in their position above my head..

The plumber was unable to properly… The plumber was unable to properly clear the shower drain blockage, he was not really sure why he could not clear it. It could be lime scale buildup in shower drain or the main drain for the building. So generally £108 was not well spent.

Truly no job too small or too complicated! Today the job was replacing crystal top taps with old fashioned 'proper' top taps, I have arthritis in my hands and find the crystal tops hard to operate. Plumber Milenko arrived early, was friendly and quick, explained what he was going to do, located a stop-cock I didn't know I had, and replaced the taps with very little trouble, despite the best efforts of cowboy kitchen fitters. I now have shiny, clean taps that don't drip (saving over a litre of water a day - seriously people, fix your drips!), that I can operate, and I know all the pipework under the sink is sound. Thank you - I shall certainly use your company again and again.

Radiator disaster fixed - Brilliant work! I had a radiator fall away from the wall, on January 2 of all days, just as I had started work for the day and immediately panicked - rubbish start to the new year. I have no experience with plumbing and was afraid a pipe might have been broken or could break unless it was fixed ASAP. I immediately jumped on checkatrade.com and found Plumb London, with impressive reviews. I called them up and spoke with Jake from their customer service team, who listened to me and understood the problem, then immediately arranged for someone to come out that same day. Just a few hours later the engineer, Ryan, showed up and quickly fixed the problem by disconnecting the radiator and capping off the pipework to ensure no further damage or problems until a new radiator could be installed (or the old one re-fitted). Both Jake and Ryan were very friendly and professional from start to finish, and I really appreciated their quick response and great work in helping me out that day. Please consider Plumb London for any work you might get done, emergency or otherwise.

Slow level of service The repair was completed today and I now have hot water again. I first booked a callout on 6th July and the company canceled and re-booked on 2 occasions so 18th July completion is much later than I first anticipated. I wonder if I could have got a speedier service from a different company? I would use this company again if I couldn't get anyone else to do the job in a smaller timescale. No other issues, but I think on the hottest day of the year on record the company should give its workers extra money to buy cold drinks and a fan for their van, you get a big fat zero for staff welfare Plumb London, shame on you.

The arrangements for the Bathroom work, which were quite complex, were well handled and I appreciated the time and consideration put into making this work as it was part of a bigger job. Fast, efficient and competent Very early Tuesday, I discovered by way of a puddle next to the loo that rats coming up the sewage pipes isn't just a childhood scare story. By lunchtime, Plumb London had sent someone to check it out and take photographs to show me the neat little row of nibbles. By 9 am Wednesday, they were here again with a new fitting including a rodent guard (!). Charlie not only dealt with the loo, he also fixed several issues with the heating while he was here -- new valve, replacement radiator, system flush to fix another radiator that was persistently cold. He was friendly, clearly competent, worked hard, answered my questions and cleaned up after himself. Altogether a pleasure to have around. Plumb London charge an hourly fee and price everything up front, so it's all perfectly clear from the start -- no call-out charges or estimates. Excellent service Excellent service from initial contact to completion of work. Someone came out the day I called and provided with quotes for jobs replacing shower enclosure,tray,bar and riser kit. Also kitchen sink waste. Plumb London brought replacement with them invaluable as shower being replaced not standard size and I did not feel confident purchasing them and getting someone to fit it. Also as in a flat with limited space .Only had to wait a week for work to be completed. Ryan the engineer was professional and polite. Awkward bathtub waste pop up replaced easily The bathtub waste pop up needed replacing, and was awkwardly positioned given how the bath had been installed. One of the engineers was able to make the repair without having to pull the bath out (unlike other plumbers), making the repair more cost effective. They made the repair quickly, and then followed up with a phone call (tenanted property). Will use again.

Gas leak We had a gas leak and Plumb London came and sorted the problem on the same day. The engineer, Mo, knew exactly what he was doing, found the problem quickly and fixed it. He was polite and courteous and cleaned up after he was finished. The company was easy to pay, Mo even rounded down to the nearest half hour rather than rounding up. 5 stars.

Blocked sink I had a blockage in my kitchen and Plumb London offered me great advice on how to prevent future blockages as well as fix the existing problem. Although it sounds simple, this was an impossible job that two previous plumbers had given up on given the ill-thought through construction decisions made by the builders who had put the bathroom in (before we owned it!) We had been told the only time way to do it was to rip off the expensive granite cabinet. But when there’s a will there’s a way — and after an initial assessment, Mo from Plumb did the job in about 3 hours! Very happy with his work, demeanour and the follow through from head office.

No issues whatsoever - the work was carried out very efficiently by their friendly and helpful gas engineer. I've used Plumb London several times in the past, and always for my annual boiler service, and the work is invariably carried out to a high standard by skilled and friendly staff. We booked Plumb London to fix our heated towel rail, replace a radiator and fit our new dishwasher. Mo did a fantastic job and worked all day for us. I know the dishwasher was a bit tricky to fit in but he did it really well and it looks really neat. We had a slight leak after he left us, but after a quick phone call to the office, he came back within minutes and fixed it for us! Really appreciated that.

I was advised by a company that there was a water leak under the floorboards and this was causing damage to the joists. I then contacted Plumb London, plumber attended the property within a couple of hours and advised pipes to the immersion heater needed lagging as was causing major condensation in the property, hence the floorboards being saturated. 30 May to 1 June 30 May to 1 June Called earlier to book an appointment to fix, maybe replace 15 year old boiler. 2 great workers came and fitted the boilerafter having to reroute the existing pipework to fit, but discovered problems with 15 year old water cylinder when switched on. Came back next day with new cylinder, bigger than old one so difficult to get into cupboard, but eventually it was done and we had hot water and heating again. Later that evening (day 2) a fuse blew and they came out again day 3. The thermostat receiver and whatever it was that controls the automatic valves were causing the short so they fitted a "nest" thermostat which we could access from phones to change timings etc. Really great people. Highly recommend them.

Friendly Company After a dripping kitchen tap & upstairs bathroom tap started to get worse I contacted plumb london. I was greeted with a warm, friendly person on the other end of the phone, who organised for someone to come out the next day. After investigating the situation Charlie the plumber recommended which products to buy to fix the problem. He was professional and friendly. On the follow up visit to fix everything I had a different plumber, Brett. He was also professional and friendly and really cared about doing a good job. missed appointment but good on second visit My first appointment was for 4pm on a Thursday and no one showed up. I called them back and booked them in again at a discounted rate which they honoured. The plumber who came was very good, clear, efficient. I booked them in again for a full replacement which was completed well and on time. My only concerns were the missed 1st appointment and the fact that the removed tank was left by my communal bins - not sure whether this will be picked up or if this will cause problems.

We had to replace our boiler We had to replace our boiler. What we particularly valued was that Wesley, who performed the work, was polite and came across as highly competent. He explained in detail what went wrong with our old boiler and what it would take to make life with the new boiler smoother. He arrived at our house late in the day, a few hours after we called Plumb London for help. He then worked extremely intensely all of the next day to source a new boiler and install it immediately. The replacement job was not cheap, but we found the interaction with Plumb London, and especially Wesley, generally great.

Happy with the work but not the billing The guy was very helpful and the work completed was great but it took just over an hour and I was charged for 2 (any part of an hour is charged as a full hour). That mean the bill was nearly double what I expected. Shame as I think you could charge first hour and then 15 or 30 min intervals

Excellent From start to finish Plumb London were fantastic, both helpful and reassuring on the phone as I had already been let down that day by a company I had called to tend to our leak. The young man Charlie who attended was very polite, knew his stuff and had to go out to get a replacement part. Pavel had previously come to my house to install some new radiators that I had purchased. He was friendly, easy to get along with and worked hard throughout his stay. He even triple-checked that everything was working in order before he left, which I appreciated. Unfortunately my boiler broke down soon after, and so Pavel was back to check on the fault. When he suggested I should buy a new boiler, my jaw hit the floor. I couldn't believe it. He gave me several options as to what I should do but was honest and suggested that the most cost-effective option in the long run was replace the boiler. I trusted his judgement and so a week later Pavel was back to install the new boiler. I actually wasn't at the house to oversee the work but Pavel did a great job. When I got home not only was there a shiny new boiler in my utility room but there was no sign of mess whatsoever. This was a year ago and the boiler's been working perfectly since so his judgement was spot on. Great job.

Installation if new boiler Our plumbing and heating engineer was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. He explained what he was doing throughout the installation and gave us all the information we needed when it was finished. Quick and reasonably priced Got alerted the downstairs flat had a leak coming through their ceiling. Emailed 4 London based plumbing sites. Quickest response from Plumb London with reasonable rates for diagnostics. Gave them a call at 3pm, and said they'd try get someone out that afternoon, but if not, would call back to arrange for the next day. Call at 4:45 from plumber Oliver, he would be there at 5:30. True to his word, he checked it out and would need a new part, and the office would call the next day. Next day around noon - call from office to book Oliver in for the next morning 8-12. Oliver arrived at 9:20 - done by 9:45, and all looks good! Excellent work and customer support, just a little expensive This is a belated review of work done by Blake (plumbing) and, separately, Lee (boiler) back in Oct 2022. Both gentlemen were prompt, courteous, considerate, helpful, honest and thoroughly professional throughout their visits. Lee explained clearly the fault with the boiler, the options and associated risks as well as suggesting how we might avoid future problems. Blake went above and beyond in just about every respect, from doing some pretty grubby jobs to working late to finish them. Neither person can be criticised for the work they did or how they did it. The reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that overall the bills were a tad(!) expensive. Okay this was London in autumn 2022, not the cheapest place or time to secure such services. However the call-out fees, just to assess the job were at least to us excessive. I know it’s what the market dictates but how about knocking those fees off the final bill? Our only other gripe was that the administrative staff weren’t that prompt in giving an indication of when Lee and Blake would be able to return to finish the jobs, or what the (day or two) delays were. In this respect communication with the customer is all important but fell a little short. That said if you’re in a bind and need a plumber quickly, you should seriously consider giving Plumb London a call (though maybe haggle regarding the call-out fees). From first enquiry to paying the bill we were very pleased overall, reassured from the outset that we were dealing with a professional outfit.

Friendly, professional and efficient service Super prompt with both the initial evaluation, issuing of the quote and scheduling of the repair work. Work was completed on time and to a high standard. All employees are friendly, helpful and polite in all interactions. Not a cheap service but it's London in a cost of living crisis and I'm happy to pay for excellent service.

The repair works were done in a very professional and friendly manner by the skilled engineer. The prices are not low, as the fixed price quotes include the time engineer needs to go and pick up various parts at an expensive hourly rate, and there is no transparency on how much the parts cost. So good quality workmanship but does not come cheap - but have not compared the prices so can't say if that is just the case for all plumbers!

Got an appointment very quickly; received the pre-appointment call and turned up on time. Worked through the job efficiently and explained things well. Am considering giving them more work. Charge by the hour makes it a bit expensive. Would prefer a half-hourly rate.

I called out PlumbLondon for a faulty boiler. I had a 7-10am slot and they came at 830am so I didn't have to wait too long, and they fixed the problem quickly so the cost wasn't too expensive. Professional and efficient.

Engineer Ivo was professional and quietly efficient and definitely 'one of the good guys' in the world of plumbing and gas safety. He was thorough in servicing the boiler. He also exchanged a valve in a leaking tap, a job I had started but gave up on, as I could not get the old valve out. This was obviously a minor plumbing job, but he did this well and did not waste any time. The charge for each job was very reasonable, and I would definitely use him again in the future.

Engineer came for an evening appt to fix a leaking shower. As it was leaking internally it needed replacing so made a further appt for the following week. It took ages to find the stopcock for the shower and seal it off, the engineer had to get another part and freeze the pipe as it was broken, then replaced the shower. He was very professional and did a good job. I still had to pay the initial call out charge and the following very expensive replacement. I had to pre-pay half the fee as the engineer was expected to be at the property between 3-4 hours. He took about half that time even with the problem of the stopcock. Very expensive but a good job done.

Malemko is incredible -- not only is he an excellent plumber, but he's also an electrician, and therefore was able to troubleshoot when an electrical problem cause the boiler to switch off the morning after installation. Further onto that, he's an incredibly lovely person (and very patient with my yappy dog :) ). So grateful for his help! Like

Used these guys for the first time this week. Made the most of a temporary half-price hourly rate, they sent me a courteous guy, barely noticed he was there whilst working. Arrived ten minutes late but finished ten minutes early. Problem fixed and good as new.

Replacing a water tank. Replacing a water tank. We had a problem with the overflow of our water tank. Plumb London sent an engineer to us who was incredibly professional and sorted a new shut off valve for us as a preliminary option. The company then sent us a quote for a new tank (including Labour and Material costs) which was in our opinion very reasonable. When it came to fitting the new tank the same engineer (Joseph) came to do the work, and once again he was professional. He was very good at explaining the job he had done and left the work area tidy. I would definitely use Plumb London again.

After our old boiler finally gave out, we needed a new installation as quickly as possible. Plumb London offered us a competitive quote and a next day service. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and the engineer, Besi, helped with any questions we had. I can't fault the service, and would definitely recommend.

The plumber showed up when he said he would. He was polite and left the bathroom clean after the job was complete. The only thing I would say is we were told the cause of the constant running toilet was very common in alot of homes however the plumber did not have the part on him to fix it even though they are standard and we had explained during booking the reason for needing a plumber. We had to pay for the time it took him to go and buy the piece he needed. When he arrived back at the property he did complete the job quite quickly. We would use this company again in the future due to the reliable service.

Initial miscommunication about when the plumber was arriving but when he did he was very nice, had a really great attitude and didn't give any excuses about why this or that couldn't be done and did the work pretty quickly! Also the service on the telephone was really good. All in all this felt like a modern, honest plumbing company and based on my experience I would recommend.

Our boiler died over a weekend. I phoned Plumb London at 8am on Monday and Miran and Donnaty arrived at 11am. We were advised of our options, either a repair to our 14 year old boiler or a new boiler. There was no pressure to have a new one installed, however we chose this option. Both men were courteous and hard working. I would not hesitate to use this company again and will certainly use them when our boiler is due for it's service.

I've used Plumb London for a couple of years now and continue to be very pleased with the service provided (from installation of a new boiler to replacing the silicone in my shower). Always turn up when they say they will, really know their stuff and provide value for money.

A good service provided, both the plumber/engineer and the office staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication could be better however, as I had to chase twice to check on the progress of the plumber who was delayed from a previous job, and I never received any pre-appointment calls.

Diagnosed probably low water pressure which is a matter for Freeholder/Camden Council. He cleaned the nozzle of the spout. Helped a little. Matt very professional and helpful. Cheerful. So service was good. PS. However the on off handle to the water spout now keeps falling out. I think there is a thread on the handle but with arthritic hands and not so good eyesight I am not having much success in keeping the handle/lever fixed in. Any help would be apprfeciatged.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because there was a little moving around of the times - this was I expect due to the time of year and them being busy. However we were kept informed. When Mo was here he was solution focused and positive. We had total confidence in his knowledge and ability. He got radiators working that haven't worked for seven years. When the gas fire failed the safety test due to lack of ventilation Mo returned to reassess it once the problem had been sorted out. This was at no extra cost. We would use Plumb London again and recommend them to friends.

The plumber turned up within 10 minutes… The plumber turned up within 10 minutes of the appointment. He was courteous polite and knew what he was doing. He sorted the problem out in about 10 minutes. Very pleased with the result.

Email Boxing Day overnight request for callback answered promptly next morning. Competent engineer arrived two hours later (as promised). Repaired boiler and restored heating and hot water in about an hour. Repair has lasted 24 hours (unlike some previous!) Four stars not five because of price (£60 per half hour) - but maybe am living in the past and that is now normal.

Radiator removal for plastering. Plumb London were very good. Well organized with good people providing an excellent service Plumb London has successfully carried out work at my home on several occasions relating to plumbing, drainage and heating and ventilating. The company offers a first class service. All of the office staff are pleasant, polite and efficient. The engineers are reliable, polite and provide a professional service. We had an emergency where we had to get a plumber to inspect a gas flue which had been knocked during some construction works we were carrying out. Great service but a tad pricey. Any fault them really. Helped us out of a sticky situation when the insurance company wanted to continue dragging feet. After 3 weeks in a hotel and no movement, Conner attended on a Wednesday and returned Friday. He took up some floorboards, traced a leak to bathroom radiator and replaced a pipe/valve. Tidied up after himself and left me and my 34 week pregnant wife with hot water and central heating. Conner took the time to explain everything and was very conscientious, especially around damage and potential repair. Only real gripe is the price. I clearly misunderstood things from the off as I had assumed it was £60 per 30m rising to nearly £200 per hour for two plumbers then down to £140 for one. All in all, a days work and repair cost us around £1300. Which given the circumstance was well worth it. Thanks again!

I had a problem with a badly blocked… I had a problem with a badly blocked double bowl sink unit. My call resulted in a quick visit from which it was clear that the remedy would involve a further call with more equipment and the use of chemicals. Brett and his aide called early today and they have successfully removed nearly 25 years of "gunge" from the system. This is the first time that I have used the company and the professionalism shown is, to my mind, first rate. I would also like to include Isabel from the office in my thanks. I described the problem ( to replace… I described the problem ( to replace old outdoor tap, and to replace old kitchen sink outside waste pipes) On arrival the engineer did not have any replacement parts as mentioned in my report. He therefore had to go and get parts from a supplier. This caused the work time to extend into a second hour and cost more money. The job was completed in a satisfactory manner.

Brilliant job on my Uncles Flat in North London. He needed a lot of work after being admitted to hospital. The job was longer and more complicated than anyone could have predicted but Gemma and Edgar were friendly, professional, positive and pro-active. I have used them couple of times (once to change heating elements in a boiler and once to completely change an old boiled to a new) and the quality of work has always been very good. I have always been given a quote beforehand and there has never been anything extra added afterwards. I have just booked them again to fit a new electric shower.

Having been let down by another company I called Plumblondon, the girl who answered my call was very helpful, polite and understanding. Vlatko the plumber couldn't have been more polite and professional. Although the job was not a big one, he had the part required in his van and fitted it very quickly with no fuss. He could have taken 5 minutes longer which would have gone into the next half hour but finished and checked the work all within the 30 mins charge period. I cannot tell you how refreshing this was. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Having replaced our entire radiator system...we still had problems which the original installer could not seem to fix. In desperation I contacted Plumb London on a Friday evening - and Paul was sent to us on the Monday. The problem was far more complex than we & he first thought, but at long last the problem has definitely been solved. He couldn't have been more efficient, clean, tidy - helpful from beginning to end - no fuss. Thank you Paul for making our home warm and cosy again.

Job done. Required a new shower pump to be fitted and some pipes to be moved around. Plumb London were efficient and got the job done to a good overall standard. The plumber was friendly and helpful, knew what he was talking about and didn’t try to scam me or rip me off. I just wanted to get the job done which they did and so I’m happy. Besi was very quick and professional. Initial boiler service showed a few things that needed sorting out; explanation of situation and quote for further work was very thorough, and was able to organise appointment for additional work for the following day. Payment all done by card over the phone.

The service is very good - when the engineers are available. We had two procedures done and the first was no problem at all: we booked for our shower to be fixed, the engineer arrived at the agreed time and did the job efficiently. The second job, unblocking the kitchen sink, was scheduled soon after. We ended up rescheduling 3 times due to engineer unavailability - first there was an emergency, then the wrong parts had been delivered. When he was finally available (he came on a Saturday, a week before the weekend service was supposed to begin, which we appreciated), the engineer did a great job. Overall, I can only say the service is mediocre although the engineer was good at his job. We were severely inconvenienced by having to reschedule so much.

Would recommend! We had two engineers come and replace an old faulty boiler, install a new one and replace the kitchen tap. It was a big job and the two worked efficiently to get everything done in a timely manner. They also fixed our cabinet door and fitted a new carbon monoxide detector which was very much appreciated.

Friendly reliable plumbing company This is the second time I have used Plumb London for my annual boiler service. The engineers are lovely and friendly, worked quickly and were able to answer any queries I had. The team in the office kept me updated with any delays to the arrival of the engineer, so I was able to plan around them. I also liked that they got in touch with me to remind me that the annual service was due on my boiler.

They ran 3 hours late (did inform me). They are not cheap, but the guy did the job faster than any other company fixing the same fault (leaking valve, draining system) so I ended up paying a little less than previous. I'm happy.

Slow leak under the kitchen sink tap. The technician diagnosed and fixed the problem of a slow leak from pipework under the kitchen sink tap in just under an hour. He did have to go out and get parts from a supplier nearby but was back in about 15 minutes. He fitted the new parts in about 10 minutes and noticed another problem in an adjacent pipe. But he fixed that too. Very pleased with the service. Would happily use them again.

The work was put back a day, and the plumber arrived 2 hours later than planned, although I understand this was due to him having to work on another job and he was very apologetic about it. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the plumber gave me advice about how to best maintain the system. It's a bit difficult to say whether this will significantly improve the radiators, as it's only just been done but I've had this company do work for me before and they were able to solve the problem last time, so I am hopeful/confident.

Earlier in the week my heating stopped working. Thankfully we had hot water but still not great being the coldest week of the year so far. Originally I booked in British Gas who confirmed an appointment for me between 12 and 6pm. Called at 4 to find out a rough eta and they told me that the appointment had been cancalled earlier in the day and offered no apology, shocking treatment from them and offered no solution. So I googled heating repair and came across this lot. I did call a few companies but then called this lot. Plumb London were great We had a leak in our boiler's pipework and Plumb London were great. The communication was really great, the engineer turned up when he said he would and he was very professional and helpful. I'd recommend them.

On time, but minimal attempt to rectify issue They responded to a general work request on checkatrade for a faulty electrical underfloor heating. The display module said 'Lo' which the manual implied was a faulty sensor. I offered to photograph the unit in advance of site visit, but they declined saying they worked with all underfloor heating types. When site visit, which I prepaid £50+ VAT for 1/2 hour, the engineer looked at it for 3 mins and said the panel had a faulty connection and we just needed to buy a new one and left! My husband and I disconnected the display panel fiddled about with it for about 20 mins and now it's working. What if we hadn't been the kind of people that want to try to fix things ourselves- we would have needlessly paid another £50-60 for new panel, when the engineer made no attempt to rectify the faulty connection himself. I know it was 7pm and home time, but he probably could have at least looked at it and fixed it in 15 mins, given that I had paid for 30mins work.

Communication could be better. I was informed when booking that I would receive a text message when the engineer was 30 mins away. This was never sent/received. In my case this costed ~30mins additional labour as parts of my kitchen needed to be removed to gain access to the problem which I would have done before the engineer arrived... I have a family / school run / keeping the water on as long as possible for breakfast / bathroom breaks was needed as long as possible. Otherwise the engineer was great, sorted out the issue including dealing with a few unexpected problems So happy with the result. I'm on the fence if I would reuse...

Needed repair on our boiler, which wend down this am. Critical problem in cold weather. Initially ordered from our electricity and gas supplier, whose contractor failed to respond for 7 hours! Contacted Plumb London at 1413 today: very courteous and efficient - engineer was there by 1610, very competent, quick and pleasant. Did the job and made a couple of suggestions as to setup and boiler maintenance. Engineer's visit followed up by a courtesy call to check as to result and service. Pricing isn't cheap, but given the speed of response and quality of service it's good value for money.

Price wise I would say Plumb London are just where you want them to be - competitive and at the end of the day good value for money.

Overall happy customers Very satisfied with the final result. Our case was quite complex as we had a few engineers from different companies and no one seemed to be able to find a solution for our water tank which was constantly leaking. Then Plumblondon came to our rescue! Being 100% honest (the plan changed a couple of times from our side) there was a lack of communication at times (eg. getting a response from the management team took a few days) which made us very anxious as the problem was still ongoing. This was probably due to our case being quite complex and us requesting information (such as drawings of the work to be done). However, once we agreed on a suitable plan, the engineers made an amazing job and we can now say we are happy customers. Overall service not the cheapest however to the top standard. Would recommend to our friends and family.

EXCELLENT SERVICE Cannot recommend highly enough. My boiler was condemned and dangerous, no hot water or heating and 24 hours later I have a fully installed new boiler. Ivo did an amazing job and worked from8 to 6:45. Very satisfied customer!

New Boiler The engineer who fitted my boiler was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Although I had concerns with fitting a new boiler on the 3rd floor and possible damage to the render on the outside of my property, the boiler was fitted smoothly with no problems.

I've given Plumb London 4 stars for the work which we recently had done. We have a water filter and mixer Kitchen tap that needs replacing. The tap was expensive and needed to be ordered but once it arrived the plumber was very good getting it fitted as it wasn't easy to access the space needed. I will say that we did have 2 cancelled appointments due to a problem with another job and the part not being ready when it should have been so I would suggest better communication with customers but for the work done I would use them again and recommend them.

Very happy with the service provided for a small issue of dripping taps. Quick response manageable time slot...after 4.30 so not having to take lots of time out of work. Very nice engineer, Kaywan, professional, quick and on time. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Professional, efficient and good value After a hiccup where the engineer couldn't come at the arranged time and had to reschedule for another day, he rang when he was on his way, and serviced the boiler promptly. The engineer was smart, polite and professional. Plumb London installed my new combi-boiler two years ago and gave me a free annual service one year later. Thorough job Brett was really keen to get to the root of quite a longstanding problem with the drainage from my kitchen sink. It was quite a pricey job as specialist equipment had to be used to remove what turned out to be dried paint! Thankfully it is now sorted. I was impressed with Brett's enthusiasm and commitment to getting a clear drain and would use his services again.

Friendly, informative and professional plumbers We initially had a strange smell coming from our kitchen so called Plumb London. Brett came to the house and found the problem was coming from our dishwasher. He then returned two days later with a colleague to remove the dishwasher and we discovered there would have been a catastrophic issue had the problem not been found and dealt with. Throughout the time he was in the house, Brett kept us updated with his progress, provided options moving forward and allayed any fears that we had. Positive experience We had a bad experience last week with an emergency plumber who tried to rip us off, so I was very apprehensive about having to find someone else to finish the job. However, we got a call straight away (response to check a trade request) everything was clearly explained. The plumber who came out could probably tell I was feeling guarded! Boiler efficiency reportI I needed a report on the boiler in a property I m selling. The engineer kept me informed about his time of arrival. He carried out the inspection of the boiler and tested all the radiators. As far as I can tell he did a very good job.

Cold water tank leak I had a leak from my water tank in the loft. Looking online I saw that Plumb London were still working during the Covid19 crisis so I contacted them. Jack assured me that someone would be with me by lunchtime and he was right. The two plumbers who came adhered to all the regulations during the pandemic and made me feel safe. They quickly diagnosed the problem and sourced a new water tank for me. They returned the following day to fit the new tank and check the boiler and hot water tank. They were friendly, professional and I would recommend the company.

Good and efficient engineer on site Service provided at home was great and engineer did a good job changing parts which was creating a small leak under the boiler. Changed also the thermostat as was not responding anymore and not kicking off the boiler to heat the radiators. All tested including water pressure in the heating. Cleaned up after his intervention including taking away all packaging from the parts that were changed.

Excellent contractor Initial call from the office was friendly and they booked me in exactly when required. Took all the details with no fuss. On the day of repair the plumber called 20 minutes before arrival and when he arrived was polite and completed the job in a timely fashion. Tidied up after himself as well.

Excellent job on our leaking shower room Mo came in some weeks ago to fix the leaking shower room. He started with the major job of taking out the broken floor tiles. He discussed possible solutions and suggested installing a one-piece resin shower tray. This had a long delivery time from the manufacturer, but Mo came back with it last week and spent two days installing it. We are very pleased with the result and the excellent workmanship. In one visit, we priced out repairing my 15yr old boiler (part available same day) and re-pricing a new boiler. They supplied the new boiler and 2 installers the next morning (Sat) and we had hot water and heating that day. Brilliant service, nice guys who taught us how to use the screen based thermostat system. The Office kept me me up to date too, even on a Friday night.

Excellent We have used plumb London for a good few years now. Very experienced and good at what they do. We have mainly had Mo conducting our work, he is a credit to the company. WE upgraded our boiler and changed from gravity fed system to sealed system and an addition of a low loss header tank fitted. Exceptional pipework and everything highly professional. The price is always agreed before any work is carried out so they are very transparent. Highly recommended. We noticed a problem that was not apparent at the time of the works, (this was not Plumb London's problem) I phoned the office and Mo came out on Saturday 4th March and fixed the issue in his usual professional friendly manner. Called Plumb London while having a problem with a boiler. They sent out a plumber within a few hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable and likable. He diagnosed the problem, needed to pop out to buy a replacement part and returned within half an hour to fix the boiler. He even fixed a separate issue we were having while he was on site! Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Kaywan and Omar installed a new Baxi boiler in my flat yesterday. They were so knowledgable, friendly, polite and professional. They made sure they explained everything, at every step of the way. The service from this company is outstanding. When I had an issue with my Boiler they were very quick to arrange an appointment for one of there highly trained Specialists to come and view it. I recieved an excellent service from them, with the Specialist making sure I understood what was happening and how much things were costing and when it was understood I would need a second visit from them, it was arrange quickly and soon so as not to cause future disruption to me. They provide a wonderful office support too that can also guide you through the payments and arranging future call outs, keeping you with the same person, providing great customer care and service and it makes you feel like you are really being looked after. I would recommend them to anyone and will always use them for any future issues I have with my home.

Friendly service and good pricing model! I went with Plumb London because they only charged in 30 min increments rather than 1 hour increments/minimum which I think set them apart from other plumbers I researched. I was a bit annoyed originally when I got a call 5 mins before the close of the window given to me that they were running late possibly by an hour. But he arrived 30 mins after my given slot closed. I had Omar who fixed the Fawcett in the bathroom sink that apparently was blocked by the hard water. He cleaned the filter up in minutes so did not need new parts and advised how I could unscrew it and clean it myself in future. Very pleased with the friendly service that made up for the slight delay.

A great bathroom refit job by Plumb London Steve da Costa was the tradesman from Plumb London who refitted my bathroom. He did an incredible job whilst being very respectful of my home and very professional in every way. I had three water leaks, one in the cupboard, one under the bath and the toilet, the whole floor had to be replaced and the leaks fixed and he did an amazing job on all. His attention to detail is outstanding as is his talent to cut and fit tiles, grouting and sealant. I feel confident that everything is fixed and sealed and it looks great. I recommend him highly.

Fantastic service from Plumb London today. Blocked pipes no longer blocked and great advice given from their plumber Brett Boyer. I always find having to book a plumber worrying but this was all stress free. Also very competitive rates. Highly recommend.

Good job. Booking the job and the service received from the office was great. The plumber arrived on time. He was friendly and helpful and had no problem completing the job. The price seems reasonable. My only comment would be that it would be lovely to be able to book a time slot that is shorter than the three hour window I had to book.
