Plumb London provided us with an excellent service when our old boiler packed up. Their engineers arrived on time, were professional, efficient and helpful and went the extra mile. I highly recommend them!

Plumb London did an excellent job with us. After finding out our boiler was unsafe for use we were able to book in with them next day to get a brand new boiler and it was at a competitive price. Very pleased with the entire service overall.

Excellent service from the company. A 'heads-up' phone call was made as promised, around half an hour before he was due to arrive. When he arrived, he was very friendly, and appears to have done the job to a high standard. Would recommend to others.

Boiler Replacement When our boiler failed the Andrew was able to attend the next day and diagnose the issues. When we decided to go ahead with a replacement the team was able to source and attend to fit within a few days (much quicker than some other companies who quoted weeks until a replacement could be done). Luke and his team attended promptly to replace and the whole fitting was completed within 5 hours and to a high quality. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the them.

Boiler service The appt to service my boiler was made a couple of weeks ago, but plumb followed up and confirmed appt. Engineer arrived within time frame agreed and completed the work without any problem.

Amazing experience thank you Jack! I run a letting agency and we recently had an emergency situation with our underfloor heating in one of our properties. This case was handled by Jack (Head of Sales) and I cannot compliment him enough. The way he handled it was truly second turn on. Brilliant and fast service Extremely impressed with Plumb London who managed to organise the replacement of our boiler the very same day our old one failed. The engineers Parr and Alex were extremely professional and considerate and worked late into the night to ensure we had the new boiler up and running in record time.
