Efficient service Very good punctual service for a fairly simple job but needed a part so he drove to the nearest shop and purchased it fitted the part. Just a little pricey for the simple job though but know it was done properly.

Excellent, professional service We needed emergency help to fix a broken boiler on the weekend when we had no heating or hot water. We got a Plumb London engineer out on the same day, in just a few hours, and he did an excellent job. He needed a part to finish the work, so he even came back on a Sunday on his day off to finish the job! Fixing burst pipe Don’t use this company. They charged me £1440 rather than £144 for a 10min job. I was in my overdraft for days and they didn’t give any discount or compensation. Their manager didn’t even respond to my complaint. Shocking customer service.

Very good service and workmanship Very good service and workmanship. Courteous fitters and completed the job when they said they would, cleaned up well and left the site as they found it. Operation of boiler explained sufficiently and paperwork left in good order. Slightly pricey, hence four stars, not five, but ultimately turned out to be worth it for the peace of mind.

Reliably prompt, friendly service Plumb London has now done three or four jobs for me, including work on a drinking water filtration system. The installation of a new gas boiler was the most recent. They answer the phone promptly and reliably turn up. The two plumbers who came at various times, and most recently the gas engineer, were friendly and happy to answer questions.The company and the gas engineer both provided ample information about the new system, the guarantee, etc.. Invoices state clearly what has been done, along with the name of the person who did it. Payment processes are smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

A company which delivers what they promise The engineer showed up in time. Did the work diligently. The finish was neat. After completing the work, he left the place clean. He came prepared to satisfy some operational detail I had requested. The sales assistant is a good listener and was prompt to respond to my suggestions.

Great job taking care of an old blockage which made our garden flood. Second engineer they sent was on point. Customer service needs a bit of work as multiple people got in touch with me for the same issues and I could see that communication was a bit of an issue. Overall a good experience, would use again.

The plumber was very professional quick and tidy. But I was a bit shock that a aqua vac that was used for a few minutes using my electric was classed as machinery and had a extra charge.

Replacing seized hot water tap cartridge, also replaced cold water tap cartridge. Brandon, from Plumb London, came and fixed my taps. He did an excellent job: friendly, explained what he did, left no mess al all. I’m definitely going to use Plumb London again, as the work was completed when I wanted at a reasonable price, and I’m a very satisfied with the result.

Identified boiler fault, fixed on the spot I accidentally damaged the cable between the boiler and the hot water tank; I called Plumb London and they sent James over the same day; he promptly discovered the issue and replaced the blown fuse. Agreed a set price rather than the hourly rate - which I felt was more beneficial to me.

I would highly recommend this company. Everyone I spoke with were so helpful, friendly and professional. They sent someone out same day to investigate the issue. Once the part was delivered they arrived back to fix the issue. It was swiftly fixed and I was told to let them know if any issues. The plumber was careful to clean and tidy up after him. Work performed (replacing taps in bathroom and kitchen) was done quickly and to a high standard. Plumber was very professional and courteous and was able to come at short notice. I would use this service again. The quote was a bit higher than I was expecting for a fairly small job, and since it is generated as a single number by a computer it doesn't give a breakdown between parts and labour. I did raise this during the follow up call and they said they'd try and send something over. Not a big deal but it's nice to know exactly what you're paying for.

Fixing Leak in toilet I had a leak from the toilet fill valve which was difficult to replace due to access. I called Plumb London in the morning and had a plumber out the same afternoon. Got the toilet fixed with minimal issues. All round good service.

After booking the appointment for the next day, the clear instructions on how to keep both the engineer and household members safe during the visit were sent via WhatsApp and text. Would recommend - fixing shower leak I’ve had several plumbers round to deal with my leaking shower and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue. It was no bother at all for Brandon. Investigate and replaced shower valve causing a disturbance. The first company that attracted me after searching online. I was assigned a plumbing engineer on the same day after making clear the urgency. Upon arriving, the engineer was confident about resolving after listening and investigating the problem area. Within the hour, the engineer returned with the necessary part and fixed the issue. For a 5*, I’ll recommend being completely transparent regarding processing the call out charge. I was told nothing will be taken until the engineer arrives and provides feedback however I had a ‘Pending amount’ deducted almost immediately after getting off

Servicing boiler and repairing radiators Excellent communication. The engineer was very good made sure he kept us in the loop the whole time he was working. All our radiators are now work, boiler was also serviced. The house is nie warm and toastie just in time for the snow. No mess at all made and he gave us lots of ideas and maintenance. Good professional plumber The plumber was competent and my problem seemed to have been resolved. He asked me to check the pipes were tight enough at the joints and a couple of them weren’t, so he tightened them up a bit more. This is the reason I gave 4 stars. Other than that, my leak has been fixed and hopefully it will be ok for along time.

Matt was on time, pleasant, polite and kept social distancing. He did the job quickly and well. I hadn't paid a plumber for 20 years so it was more expensive than I remembered, but he made the costs clear up front. It was worth every penny. Will definitely employ Plumb London again.

The plumber was unable to properly… The plumber was unable to properly clear the shower drain blockage, he was not really sure why he could not clear it. It could be lime scale buildup in shower drain or the main drain for the building. So generally £108 was not well spent.

Radiator replacement and Boiler replacement Plumb London did 2 separate jobs for me. They estimated, quoted and replaced 6 radiators. Then during a routine boiler service their engineer found a leak with the flue (and potential carbon monoxide leak). They recommended replacing the boiler along with the flue (as it was already 8 years old) and were able to carry out all the work the same week. Both times, the engineers were efficient, competent and polite. And the customer service team was great. Their day rates are higher than much of their competition, but their service is quick and excellent and I would absolutely hire them again.

I am very pleased with the work carried out by Plumb London - the customer pays for this service but it's definitely value for money - and peace of mind. In my particular case I had to have a damaged external gas pipe removed and replaced - because of it's awkward location it looked a difficult job. but the work was done with great care and efficiency. Leaking Pipe As usual a prompt response from Plumb London - I called on a Saturday morning at around 9 a.m. and a plumber arrived at 11.15..... the repair was a small one - a leaking pipe that connects to my washing machine - but a vital repair as the dripping pipe if not noticed would have leaked into the flat below.... the plumber worked quickly and efficiently - and did a great job, as well as servicing my CH boiler - thanks!

Fast, efficient and competent Very early Tuesday, I discovered by way of a puddle next to the loo that rats coming up the sewage pipes isn't just a childhood scare story. By lunchtime, Plumb London had sent someone to check it out and take photographs to show me the neat little row of nibbles. By 9 am Wednesday, they were here again with a new fitting including a rodent guard (!). Charlie not only dealt with the loo, he also fixed several issues with the heating while he was here -- new valve, replacement radiator, system flush to fix another radiator that was persistently cold. He was friendly, clearly competent, worked hard, answered my questions and cleaned up after himself. Altogether a pleasure to have around. Plumb London charge an hourly fee and price everything up front, so it's all perfectly clear from the start -- no call-out charges or estimates. Repair of a leak to toilet Verified Review Staff on phones were very polite, plumber came on time and was polite. However the cost was ridiculous, £540 to come in and see the toilet was leaking and replace it is way too high and I wont be using them again

Excellent service Had an issue with our hot water not working due to a broken valve. Two visits were made to my property to fix the issue. Both times the engineers were on time and provided an excellent service and explained what they were doing. I was also contacted regularly with an update on roughly when to expect the engineers to arrive at the property which was greatly appreciated. The problem was fixed. They came looked at what was needed - gave us a price. said it was hard getting parts. gave us two dates but said the first was unlikely due to parts shortage. came and fitted it a week later. We recently used Plumb London for the first time after having had a disappointing experience in the past with other local plumbers - this was a real difference! It was very easy to arrange the appointment and on the day we were kept advised of the timescales - he was running late due to traffic - but I was called twice: once by the office and once by the plumber on route to let me know. When he did arrive he explained in detail what the problems were (he was fixing two different leaks in the kitchen and the bathroom); what he needed to do to fix it; what parts he was going to get, from where and how long he was going to be. When one of the leaks turned out to be a bigger job that expected he gave me options and went above and beyond to resolve the problems. Afterwards he cleaned up and apologised for taking so long but he clearly was meticulous and wanted to get it right which I really appreciated. He was the model of a professional tradesman and I will now only be using them!

Truly no job too small or too complicated! Today the job was replacing crystal top taps with old fashioned 'proper' top taps, I have arthritis in my hands and find the crystal tops hard to operate. Plumber Milenko arrived early, was friendly and quick, explained what he was going to do, located a stop-cock I didn't know I had, and replaced the taps with very little trouble, despite the best efforts of cowboy kitchen fitters. I now have shiny, clean taps that don't drip (saving over a litre of water a day - seriously people, fix your drips!), that I can operate, and I know all the pipework under the sink is sound. Thank you - I shall certainly use your company again and again.

Excellent - 5* service I had a job today booked for a smelly shower drain, I called Plumb London in the morning and had an engineer visit me less than 2 hours later, I spoke to Jack over the telephone when making the booking, he was very helpful and precise, explained pricing, and exactly what I would be getting for my money. Very helpful. Once the engineer came (Steve) he was very friendly and helpful, identified the problem but also discussed the issue with myself and offered solutions to rectify the problem, he went and got the parts and then came back to complete the job, very honest and went above and beyond what I expected, I later had an issue with my payment and upon calling Jack (after the job was complete) he apologised and I immediately rectified the issue. Replacement Boiler Really neat job replacing the old boiler, even though the original kitchen units, left restricted clearance and space to work. The new appliance required a condensing pipe, and the engineer fitted this with the minimum of visual impact on the worksurface and cupboards. Very pleased with the outcome, and Plumb London invited back to re-site a radiator.

Speedy to respond and good value Very prompt to respond to a leak and found a plumber to come out within an hour. Charging a half hourly rate is also much better than most other companies so good value. The problem was fixed and the plumber very efficient.

Great work The company took my details on the initial call with courtesy and were clear and informative about their work and the rates. I called around 8.30am on Monday and the job had been done by 1.30pm. The plumber was helpful and friendly and tidy. Quick and reasonably priced Got alerted the downstairs flat had a leak coming through their ceiling. Emailed 4 London based plumbing sites. Quickest response from Plumb London with reasonable rates for diagnostics. Gave them a call at 3pm, and said they'd try get someone out that afternoon, but if not, would call back to arrange for the next day. Call at 4:45 from plumber Oliver, he would be there at 5:30. True to his word, he checked it out and would need a new part, and the office would call the next day. Next day around noon - call from office to book Oliver in for the next morning 8-12. Oliver arrived at 9:20 - done by 9:45, and all looks good! Everything is drying out now, so yet to test it, but looks good, and very happy with the speed that plumb London worked at - and everyone I spoke to seemed helpful along the way!

Replacement of regular bath taps for a shower and tap unit (this solution was advised as better. Steeve was excellent from start to finish. He listened to my summary of the problem and investigated then advised a robust solution. In stark comparison to several tradesmen from a different company who either couldn't correctly diagnose the issue or had no clear solution. Steeve's solution is elegant and simple. So happy. The issue had been a problem for a year and a half. Very personable and let me know exactly what was going on. Great service.

Boiler service and gas safety certificate The engineer was prompt and friendly, having battled through traffic in the London Tube strike to get here. He had to get access to the meter which was trapped behind a locked bike in an outside shed, which he did without fuss. Job sorted in no time, no complaints at all.

I've had huge problems with our hot water and heating system for the last 3 years and this is the only plumbing company that managed to resolve our issue. Engineer Pavel was very experienced and confident in his work. He went an extra mile and carried out safety checks long after the work was finished. Customer services of Plumb London are also great, as I received calls to let me know when the engineer was on their way. I will continue to use this company as they tick all the boxes when it comes to experience and quality of the work.

I phoned Plumb London because water was leaking from the WC onto the bathroom floor. Chris arrived at the time expected and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He then went to get the parts and came back within half an hour and did the repair. He cleaned the area thoroughly and was very efficient. Answered the phone straight away, took all relevant details, got someone out to me within a few hours and even though they gave a 4 hour time slot they were accommodating in terms of allowing me to say I would not be there at 12, but back by 12:30pm. Engineer was good, identified the issue straight away and only needed 30 mins work to get it done. Efficient and didn't mess around, which is good when you're paying per 30 mins. Would recommend and use again.

A good experience for a new boiler installation I had a new boiler installed yesterday and I'm very happy with how it went. Engineers Connor & Brandon were personable and knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the day. Plumb London is probably not the cheapest but my experience was definitely good value for money. No hassle or unexpected costs for little deviations from what was expected (an underlying fear I have when having this sort of installation/work done).

Super-fast response, accurate diagnosis and fast return to fix with part. I’d mark 5 stars but the hourly rate is pretty high as was the mark-up on the part. That said, p’raps it’s worth it to have a fast and 100% effective service. You get what you pay for..

Replacement Shows and Tray Seal Had a leak coming from the shower, Matt came round and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done (replacement shower and shower tray seal ) Stated the job would take between 2 and 2.5hrs. However unlike other firms, he couldn't estimate that duration and had to go for 3hrs, which felt unjustified given the time estimation and the relative predictability of the job. Matt ordered a new shower, which I didn't see but I did confirm with operations over the phone it was the same design as my current shower. When the shower was fixed this wasn't the case, with the taps been a different shape to the sink. I should have asked to see the shower but it should be standard procedure to show the design before ordering. The fitting of the new shower was done professionally and to a high standard (though communication on when it was going to be done was patchy). Matt was friendly, wore PPE throughout and did an excellent job. The job easily took the time estimated but couldn't be quoted for. I would use the company again and would highly recommend Matt. They should review the agreement process for replacement parts (make sure they show the parts), review the ability to quote half hours and ensure clear communication throughout the job.

Excellent job and customer service. Really responsive on queries and helpful. I felt Matt who came to change my taps and sealant did an excellent job. Polite, friendly and did a really neat job. Also left the bathroom tidy and clean afterwards. Would highly recommend as I’ve had a couple of horror plumbers from elsewhere in the past.

Water pressure issues Plumber kept me informed throughout the whole process of what he was doing and why. Very efficient, resolved issue rather quickly and gave advice on what could be done to avoid the situation occurring again.

Toilet replacement Fast and professional. We had to replace the toilet with a Japanese washlet, which has some unusual connections and takes a bit longer to install. Matt was punctual, polite, very professional and completed the work in just a few hours. Today (24 hours later) I could never tell we had invasive plumbing work done in the house. Absolutely recommended!

Major service, repair and new thermostat From the initial inspection a week earlier, to booking and getting the main work done, the company was a pleasure to deal with. The engineer (Conner I believe) was efficient, tidy talked everything through, before and after and was thoroughly professional. I was happy to let him get on with the work, while I was also working. The price was reasonable and I will definitely be using them for all future work and services.

Very quick appointment and the engineer that came did a great job, fixing an old pipe in the process that probably would have cost me much more down the line if he hadn't spotted it. Will repeat business.

The engineer was quicklt able to diagnose the problem and source replacement parts locally saving time and money. I would definately recommend these guys and will use them again myself, but hopefully not for while.

Plumb London - what a fantastic team Plumb London, what an exceptionally customer focused company you are. After finding our shower had stopped working we googled same day shower repairs and came across Plumb London. A quick call later with their team (poor Louise who was probably tired of hearing from us by the end of the day!) and we had an emergency call out booked with a promise to arrive by 4pm that day. The engineer arrived in plenty of time but sadly was unable to make the repair as the shower unit was totally burnt out on the inside. Here’s where Plumb London really went above and beyond and set themselves above most companies (in all industries) - although they do not work on Saturdays usually, Connor in the office agreed not only to arrange for an engineer to attend, but he also arranged for the shower unit to be sourced. The job was carried out today by a polite, respectful and knowledgable engineer who just rounded out an amazing customer service experience for me and my family. I cannot thank the team or recommend them highly enough. The prices were fair and reasonable and worth every penny. Thank you team and Plumb London, one very happy family thanks to you.

Good Plumbing Option I had a leak that was not so quick to solve. It needed a replacement, not just repair. The engineer made a quick assessment on the first visit and then did a great job when he came back. Very thorough, explained everything very well, covered all my concerns. All was to high standard. I did have an issue with the admin side. I was promised a quote within 2-3 days but didn’t get for a week. There can always be delays with suppliers, etc., but my issue was that I always had to chase to get an update, rather than the company reaching out to me.

quick response and great service Responded really quickly to my enquiry and came the next day to give me a quote, and sent someone to replace the boiler for the very next morning. This was brilliant as I had no heating and hot water and they were the only company I spoke to who were willing to try their hardest to sort out quickly - all other quotes were giving me dates in a weeks time at same/similar cost. Both guys I met were lovely and talked me through the process in layman’s terms which I really appreciated, and advised me on the benefits of different thermostats etc. Work was done efficiently and well and I have 0 complaints, would definitely recommend

Fantastic, friendly and rapid service, thank you guys! We recently had a blocked drain and unusual smell in our ground floor London flat. Brett Boyer supported us in fixing the drain. He was amazing, he quickly identified the blocked drain and fixed - the same day, and he went beyond the initial call out to CCTV other areas of the property to ensure the smell was dealt with. Brett was such a lovely guy, he talked us through the problem and showed real empathy in helping us to remove the odour. Boiler Repair After contacting Plumb London I was given an appointment for the same day. I was given a time slot when to expect the engineer and was advised the time he would arrive. On arrival the engineer was very friendly, polite and professional. He knew straight away what was wrong with the boiler and set to work to fix the fault. I had to take over and organise some work for my sister and her husband who had unfortunately been scammed by another company. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness We had a few holes in our downstairs toilet soil pipe so I got in touch and they sent the plumber round the next day to have a look and provide a quote. He was polite, professional and during the COVID outbreak, ensured he kept 2m away at all times and wore gloves. After inspection, he explained exactly what needed doing. This was followed up by a phone call and a fixed quote online. We accepted and quickly arranged the repair work. He arrived promptly and it look less time than predicted. He got me to check before he sealed up (which he did a great job of) and again, always polite and friendly. He also threw in a free flush repair! Second time we’ve used Plumb London and as always, excellent job and highly recommend them! Like
