Had an emergency leak and they got an engineer to me within 3 hours. Pavel was really excellent - worked fast, explained everything to me in detail and talked me through the options. He sorted the leak quickly and recommended some further repairs which I asked him to look at. He was able to return two days later to quickly replace the toilet flush mechanism and also replace the mixer tap cartridges which had been causing a huge problem for a long time but two other plumbers from other firms had failed to diagnose! All sorted quickly. He was also friendly and non-patronising unlike the other plumbers I'd previously used. Thanks very much Pavel.

A very reasonable and punctual boiler service led to a second visit to replace and add some radiators onto an existing central heating system. David provided excellent advice regarding options. All work was carried out with minimal disruption to us. I am now enjoying the warmth of a CH system which is working better & more efficiently than it has done in years and would recommend Plumb London to anyone needing plumbing or heating work done.
