I have used them a couple of times regarding recurring boiler issues, annual check-up and some underfloor heating tips and the quality of work has always been very good. I have always been given a quote beforehand and there has never been anything extra added afterwards. The plumbers were always on time, very courteous, and provided tips and ideas of how best to deal with the issues at hand. The reservation service is also outstanding and very courteous. I can only highly recommend them

I received 30 minutes notice from the engineer Bessi, before he arrived at the property. He was extremely polite and professional, managing to get my boiler up and running within the hour. I would like to thank him for a terrific job and will be asking for him if I have any future problems. Excellent Service.

We have used South London Plumbing and Heating for the installation of our boiler and servicing. We have found it easy to book appointments - and they call to give 30 minute notice within the time allocation which provides flexibility.

I was slightly nervous about using what seemed to be a big company but I was very pleasantly surprised and really happy with the service I received. The plumber was punctual, polite and helpful - giving me lots of extra advice. I will definitely use Plumb London again.

Following the suspected demise of my boiler, Plumb London offered a very prompt and helpful service in bringing it back to life, with diagnosis on the Friday evening and all new electrics installed by Saturday afternoon. Friendly reliable plumbing company This is the second time I have used Plumb London for my annual boiler service. The engineers are lovely and friendly, worked quickly and were able to answer any queries I had. The team in the office kept me updated with any delays to the arrival of the engineer, so I was able to plan around them. I also liked that they got in touch with me to remind me that the annual service was due on my boiler.

Very helpful Very helpful, good correspondence, and did a great job of fitting the boiler. Overall very happy. The only thing which wasn’t great was how the room the boiler was in was left. Carpet stains and room left in a real mess. Overall as I said very happy with the work but as one bit of feedback.

The engineer The engineer, Steeve was very courteous and professional and did an excellent job installing new shower mixers in both bathrooms. He also had to do do some retiling. We are very happy customers.

Professional & friendly The plumbers from Plumb London have done 4 jobs for me since I moved into my new home 5 weeks ago (by Mo, Dennis & Brett): most recently they unblocked the drain from my kitchen which was completely blocked with years of fat build up. The plumbers have always been friendly, professional, honest and helpful. The are generous with their advice and tidy up after their work.

The engineer was prompt, courteous and helpful - I have used Plumb London a few times now, and will continue to use them as they can come quickly, at a convenient time and are reliable and do a great job.

Blocked Sink Although they had to cancel the first appointment due to the allocated plumber had to attend a emergency flood. He arrived the next day in the set time slot and removed the sink blockage.

Removal and Installation of a New Boiler Plumb London were brilliant from start to finish with our boiler replacement. Every member of staff who we spoke to or visited our property was lovely, and the work has been carried out to a high standard.

Replace burner seal on boiler Boiler had to be turned off as burner seal was worn down leaving my tenants without hot water and heating. Plumb London were able to arrange for an engineer to attend the property the following morning to fit a new burner seal. Very happy with how quickly this could be sorted and work was completed within the timeframes and price initially quoted to me.

Besi was very quick and professional. Initial boiler service showed a few things that needed sorting out; explanation of situation and quote for further work was very thorough, and was able to organise appointment for additional work for the following day. Payment all done by card over the phone.

The service is very good - when the engineers are available. We had two procedures done and the first was no problem at all: we booked for our shower to be fixed, the engineer arrived at the agreed time and did the job efficiently. The second job, unblocking the kitchen sink, was scheduled soon after. We ended up rescheduling 3 times due to engineer unavailability - first there was an emergency, then the wrong parts had been delivered. When he was finally available (he came on a Saturday, a week before the weekend service was supposed to begin, which we appreciated), the engineer did a great job. Overall, I can only say the service is mediocre although the engineer was good at his job. We were severely inconvenienced by having to reschedule so much.

Good plumbers So glad I used Plumb London for the repairs to my drainage pipe. First inspection by Billy was spot on and the subsequent work he carried out for us was first rate. He explained everything that was going to be done and even made sure that all drainage from bathroom was functioning correctly before signing off the work. I couldn’t ask for more. I’ll definitely use this company again and happily recommend their services.

Plumb London were great We had a leak in our boiler's pipework and Plumb London were great. The communication was really great, the engineer turned up when he said he would and he was very professional and helpful. I'd recommend them.

On time, but minimal attempt to rectify issue They responded to a general work request on checkatrade for a faulty electrical underfloor heating. The display module said 'Lo' which the manual implied was a faulty sensor. I offered to photograph the unit in advance of site visit, but they declined saying they worked with all underfloor heating types. When site visit, which I prepaid £50+ VAT for 1/2 hour, the engineer looked at it for 3 mins and said the panel had a faulty connection and we just needed to buy a new one and left! My husband and I disconnected the display panel fiddled about with it for about 20 mins and now it's working. What if we hadn't been the kind of people that want to try to fix things ourselves- we would have needlessly paid another £50-60 for new panel, when the engineer made no attempt to rectify the faulty connection himself. I know it was 7pm and home time, but he probably could have at least looked at it and fixed it in 15 mins, given that I had paid for 30mins work.

Excellent service in my hour of need! Broken boiler, no heat or hot water in the coldest of weather. Told I needed a new boiler one evening and then they arranged to come and fit another one the next morning. No fuss or bother, cleaned up fantastically, explained everything and both the engineers were fast class. Polite, fast working and keen to please. Couldn't have asked for anything better. We had an emergency where we had to get a plumber to inspect a gas flue which had been knocked during some construction works we were carrying out. I phoned at lunchtime and was able to get an engineer out that afternoon. I didn't have time to "shop around" for prices but thought the £120 plus VAT we paid was pretty good value considering our time constraints. Really good and locally based service for SE1 I called these guys at 8pm after combi failed. The engineer turned up at the time agreed, called ahead, was polite & knowledgeable and fixed the problem very professionally. The service was quick and speedy, with the engineer ringing to let me know he was nearby before the appointment. The engineer was polite and friendly and everything was satisfactory. Pump replacement and power flush Engineers arrived same day to assess the work and provide a quote. Respectful and clearly explained the issue with pump and need to flush heating system. After agreeing work, then arrived promptly for job in the following week and did the job with little fuss, cleared up after themselves and made sure I was happy. Would definitely use again.

Fixing a faulty boiler. The engineer was communicative and efficient, calling me well in advance to let me know what time he would be arriving. Once here he carried out the repair very quickly and talked me through what the problem was and how he had resolved it. Would absolutely recommend.

I rang Plumb London after finding a leaky pipe last night and they sent out an engineer promptly on the same day giving me a 3-hour window. Kitchen sink blockage cleared pronto My kitchen sink had a severe blockage that I just couldn’t shift. Plumb London were really responsive and did a truly thorough job. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Decommission Dishwasher, sink and waste Fabulous speedy service. I called in the morning to request a plumber to cut off the water supply to a dishwasher and sink asking could it be done the same day or the following. Ryan called roughly an hour after to say that he would be with us within half an hour that day. He attended our offices and carried out the necessary work cleanly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Plumb London offers a much more efficient and local service for people that need boilers replaced quickly. British Gas are much more laborious and only charge a bit less. For Central London Landlords Plumb London give a very good all-round service including after-care.

The work was put back a day, and the plumber arrived 2 hours later than planned, although I understand this was due to him having to work on another job and he was very apologetic about it. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the plumber gave me advice about how to best maintain the system. It's a bit difficult to say whether this will significantly improve the radiators, as it's only just been done but I've had this company do work for me before and they were able to solve the problem last time, so I am hopeful/confident.

Combi Boiler Installed I wanted to install a new combi boiler and Plumb London handled everything quickly and efficiently. One of their engineers, Ivo, did the initial visit and returned two days later to install the boiler. He was extremely diligent and worked steadily for hours to ensure that everything worked correctly before he left - and it does. Thank you!

The work was booked for three days later. The plumber arrived on time and was excellent. He explained exactly what he would do and the bathroom was clean and tidy when he had finished. Price wise I would say Plumb London are just where you want them to be - competitive and at the end of the day good value for money.

Overall happy customers Very satisfied with the final result. Our case was quite complex as we had a few engineers from different companies and no one seemed to be able to find a solution for our water tank which was constantly leaking. Then Plumblondon came to our rescue! Being 100% honest (the plan changed a couple of times from our side) there was a lack of communication at times (eg. getting a response from the management team took a few days) which made us very anxious as the problem was still ongoing. This was probably due to our case being quite complex and us requesting information (such as drawings of the work to be done). However, once we agreed on a suitable plan, the engineers made an amazing job and we can now say we are happy customers. Overall service not the cheapest however to the top standard. Would recommend to our friends and family.

Leaking Radiator Reliable, skilled, and quick response from Plumb London team. Panic occurred when noticing a leaking radiator before going away. Contacted company via Checkatrade and they got in touch asap. Had an engineer out less than 24hrs. They worked around my schedule when it was suitable for me. The engineer was fantastic, explained everything in details and answered any questions. He was quick, clean and very polite.

Needed repair on our boiler, which wend down this am. Critical problem in cold weather. Initially ordered from our electricity and gas supplier, whose contractor failed to respond for 7 hours! Contacted Plumb London at 1413 today: very courteous and efficient - engineer was there by 1610, very competent, quick and pleasant. Did the job and made a couple of suggestions as to setup and boiler maintenance. Engineer's visit followed up by a courtesy call to check as to result and service. Pricing isn't cheap, but given the speed of response and quality of service it's good value for money.

Good customer experience Really good experience - our plumber listened to our problem and investigated our issue (a bad smell) and suggested we call pest control as it could be rodent related as opposed to plumbing. And then if any plumbing does need to be done after our rodent issue has been resolved then could come back. So a great customer outcome for us, but no plumbing specific feedback!

The service I received was fantastic and the guys went above and beyond my expectations. They fixed my radiator so swiftly and helped ensure that everything was safe and clean afterwards. I’ve had some bad plumbers in London and felt ripped off but these guys were great and would recommend them to others and use them again!

Can't fault their customer service, it was excellent. Came to fix a toilet and unfortunately misdiagnosed (these things happen), but sent out a recall free of charge and then refunded without any questions when I decided to arrange alternative work. Excellent job on our leaking shower room Mo came in some weeks ago to fix the leaking shower room. He started with the major job of taking out the broken floor tiles. He discussed possible solutions and suggested installing a one-piece resin shower tray. This had a long delivery time from the manufacturer, but Mo came back with it last week and spent two days installing it. We are very pleased with the result and the excellent workmanship. Thank you, Mo. We will be recommending you to other people.

I needed a plumber for my tenants, Plumb London were very efficient, prompt and on time, I recommend them highly, I was kept up to date with everything they had to do before it was done, which impressed me.Will definitely use them again if I have to.

To repair hot water tap/pipes and repair sanifliw unit. Matt showed up on time and quickly got to work. After fixing the tap/pipe, he initially thought the saniflow unit needed replacement, however, after numerous tests he discovered it was an electrical issue and fixed it. So the plumber fixed the electrical problem and saved me a great deal of money. These people are clearly highly technically skilled and, as importantly, highly trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE Cannot recommend highly enough. My boiler was condemned and dangerous, no hot water or heating and 24 hours later I have a fully installed new boiler. Ivo did an amazing job and worked from8 to 6:45. Very satisfied customer!

New Boiler The engineer who fitted my boiler was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Although I had concerns with fitting a new boiler on the 3rd floor and possible damage to the render on the outside of my property, the boiler was fitted smoothly with no problems.
