In one visit, we priced out repairing my 15yr old boiler (part available same day) and re-pricing a new boiler. They supplied the new boiler and 2 installers the next morning (Sat) and we had hot water and heating that day. Brilliant service, nice guys who taught us how to use the screen based thermostat system. The Office kept me me up to date too, even on a Friday night.

So happy - I needed an urgent gas certificate, I called Friday afternoon and got an appointment for Monday morning - A lovely gentleman called at 9, he did a super thorough check of the boiler/ hob/ meter and my certificate was emailed 2 hours later .......Fantastic! - will definitley use again, highly recommended

To repair hot water tap/pipes and repair sanifliw unit. Matt showed up on time and quickly got to work. After fixing the tap/pipe, he initially thought the saniflow unit needed replacement, however, after numerous tests he discovered it was an electrical issue and fixed it. So the plumber fixed the electrical problem and saved me a great deal of money. These people are clearly highly technically skilled and, as importantly, highly trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

Fixed a broken outside pipe leading from the kitchen sink. Very impressed, Phones answered straightaway, very friendly people. William sourced the part and fixed the pipe with no fuss and it was all working again in no time.

Valve repair Very quick response to my call and were on site within a couple of hours to resolve the issue. The engineers were polite and professional, resolved the problem with little fuss, I would recommend and use them again.

I had my boiler serviced today by Plumb London. They did a great job just like they did last year. They let me know what they were testing and gave me a print out of the results. I will be using them again next year.

Combi Boiler Installed I wanted to install a new combi boiler and Plumb London handled everything quickly and efficiently. One of their engineers, Ivo, did the initial visit and returned two days later to install the boiler. Toilet flush broke - had to get a new Cistern fitted as old one was rusted Were very good at communicating and especially through Email and understanding I don’t work from home so working around that.

Installed a new rain shower and mixer taps on the bath and new taps on the bathroom basin. Excellent service. Left the enquiry online and someone called back within 24 hours and provided a quote. The work was booked for three days later. The plumber arrived on time and was excellent. He explained exactly what he would do and the bathroom was clean and tidy when he had finished. He demonstrated the working before leaving. There was no issue with the fact we had provided our own parts.

Excellent job on our leaking shower room Mo came in some weeks ago to fix the leaking shower room. He started with the major job of taking out the broken floor tiles. He discussed possible solutions and suggested installing a one-piece resin shower tray. This had a long delivery time from the manufacturer, but Mo came back with it last week and spent two days installing it. We are very pleased with the result and the excellent workmanship. Kitchen sink blockage cleared pronto My kitchen sink had a severe blockage that I just couldn’t shift. Plumb London were really responsive and did a truly thorough job. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Decommission Dishwasher, sink and waste Fabulous speedy service. I called in the morning to request a plumber to cut off the water supply to a dishwasher and sink asking could it be done the same day or the following. Ryan called roughly an hour after to say that he would be with us within half an hour that day. He attended our offices and carried out the necessary work cleanly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Even though our properties are old and challenging to maintain, Mo has always provided an exemplary service. His work is as professional as you could hope for and his manor and customer communication have always been positive and courteous. Jack, our account manager, has always turned quotes and admin issues around fast and with professionalism. Price wise I would say Plumb London are just where you want them to be - competitive and at the end of the day good value for money.

Overall happy customers Very satisfied with the final result. Our case was quite complex as we had a few engineers from different companies and no one seemed to be able to find a solution for our water tank which was constantly leaking. Then Plumblondon came to our rescue! Being 100% honest (the plan changed a couple of times from our side) there was a lack of communication at times (eg. getting a response from the management team took a few days) which made us very anxious as the problem was still ongoing. This was probably due to our case being quite complex and us requesting information (such as drawings of the work to be done). However, once we agreed on a suitable plan, the engineers made an amazing job and we can now say we are happy customers. Overall service not the cheapest however to the top standard. Would recommend to our friends and family.

Needed repair on our boiler, which wend down this am. Critical problem in cold weather. Initially ordered from our electricity and gas supplier, whose contractor failed to respond for 7 hours! Contacted Plumb London at 1413 today: very courteous and efficient - engineer was there by 1610, very competent, quick and pleasant. Did the job and made a couple of suggestions as to setup and boiler maintenance. Engineer's visit followed up by a courtesy call to check as to result and service. Pricing isn't cheap, but given the speed of response and quality of service it's good value for money.

Client centric Ironically I went for another company as they offered a slightly better deal in terms of what I was looking for but Plumb London were so friendly, professional and actually continued to offer me guidance and advice after I opted to work with another firm. Great all round experience!

Good customer experience Really good experience - our plumber listened to our problem and investigated our issue (a bad smell) and suggested we call pest control as it could be rodent related as opposed to plumbing. And then if any plumbing does need to be done after our rodent issue has been resolved then could come back. So a great customer outcome for us, but no plumbing specific feedback!
