Speedy to respond and good value Very prompt to respond to a leak and found a plumber to come out within an hour. Charging a half hourly rate is also much better than most other companies so good value. The problem was fixed and the plumber very efficient.

I needed to get my whole boiler system replaced for a combi boiler and also have my bath drain unblocked. This was all done very quickly and the engineer, Mo, was very professional and courteous. He was a pleasure to have in the house and did a great job. He even went above and beyond to sort everything out. I would definitely recommend Plumb London and Mo. A great service!

A plumber was sent around the next morning, they arrived right at the start of my time slot and called ahead to let me know when they were half an hour away. Omar was friendly, very professional and kept me informed of exactly what he was doing throughout the process. Very fast repair, and done with the minimum fuss. Great work The company took my details on the initial call with courtesy and were clear and informative about their work and the rates. I called around 8.30am on Monday and the job had been done by 1.30pm. The plumber was helpful and friendly and tidy. The rates were reasonable and I really can't fault the work or the manner in which it was done. Would totally recommend.

Quick and reasonably priced Got alerted the downstairs flat had a leak coming through their ceiling. Emailed 4 London based plumbing sites. Quickest response from Plumb London with reasonable rates for diagnostics. Gave them a call at 3pm, and said they'd try get someone out that afternoon, but if not, would call back to arrange for the next day. Call at 4:45 from plumber Oliver, he would be there at 5:30. True to his word, he checked it out and would need a new part, and the office would call the next day. Next day around noon - call from office to book Oliver in for the next morning 8-12. Oliver arrived at 9:20 - done by 9:45, and all looks good! Everything is drying out now, so yet to test it, but looks good, and very happy with the speed that plumb London worked at - and everyone I spoke to seemed helpful along the way!

Great work The company's initial phone conversation was detailed and polite. The work the same day at a reasonable rate and with no fuss. The plumber was polite and friendly. While it may not have been the most complicated plumbing job, it was handled really well and I'd have no hesitation working with them again.

Replacement of regular bath taps for a shower and tap unit (this solution was advised as better. Steeve was excellent from start to finish. He listened to my summary of the problem and investigated then advised a robust solution. In stark comparison to several tradesmen from a different company who either couldn't correctly diagnose the issue or had no clear solution. Steeve's solution is elegant and simple. So happy. The issue had been a problem for a year and a half. Very personable and let me know exactly what was going on. Great service.

Boiler service and gas safety certificate The engineer was prompt and friendly, having battled through traffic in the London Tube strike to get here. He had to get access to the meter which was trapped behind a locked bike in an outside shed, which he did without fuss. Job sorted in no time, no complaints at all.

What a great service. I called at very short notice and had a plumber arrived within 2 hours of my phone call. The plumber was great very friendly and talked me through what he was doing. The charge was very reasonable and less than expected. I was extremely stressed when Dave arrived but he calmed me down and reassured me that the leak could be fixed very quickly. Plumb London offers a much more efficient and local service for people that need boilers replaced quickly. British Gas are much more laborious and only charge a bit less. For Central London Landlords Plumb London give a very good all-round service including after-care.

Leaking Radiator Reliable, skilled, and quick response from Plumb London team. Panic occurred when noticing a leaking radiator before going away. Contacted company via Checkatrade and they got in touch asap. Had an engineer out less than 24hrs. They worked around my schedule when it was suitable for me. The engineer was fantastic, explained everything in details and answered any questions. He was quick, clean and very polite.

Besi was very quick and professional. Initial boiler service showed a few things that needed sorting out; explanation of situation and quote for further work was very thorough, and was able to organise appointment for additional work for the following day. Payment all done by card over the phone.

The service is very good - when the engineers are available. We had two procedures done and the first was no problem at all: we booked for our shower to be fixed, the engineer arrived at the agreed time and did the job efficiently. The second job, unblocking the kitchen sink, was scheduled soon after. We ended up rescheduling 3 times due to engineer unavailability - first there was an emergency, then the wrong parts had been delivered. When he was finally available (he came on a Saturday, a week before the weekend service was supposed to begin, which we appreciated), the engineer did a great job. Overall, I can only say the service is mediocre although the engineer was good at his job. We were severely inconvenienced by having to reschedule so much.

Good plumbers So glad I used Plumb London for the repairs to my drainage pipe. First inspection by Billy was spot on and the subsequent work he carried out for us was first rate. He explained everything that was going to be done and even made sure that all drainage from bathroom was functioning correctly before signing off the work. I couldn’t ask for more. We had an emergency where we had to get a plumber to inspect a gas flue which had been knocked during some construction works we were carrying out. I phoned at lunchtime and was able to get an engineer out that afternoon. I didn't have time to "shop around" for prices but thought the £120 plus VAT we paid was pretty good value considering our time constraints. Really good and locally based service for SE1 I called these guys at 8pm after combi failed. The engineer turned up at the time agreed, called ahead, was polite & knowledgeable and fixed the problem very professionally. The pricing was acceptable considering the short notice and I've definitely bookmarked these guys for any future work.

Engineer called for Gas safe cert and… Engineer called for Gas safe cert and boiler service. The service was quick and speedy, with the engineer ringing to let me know he was nearby before the appointment. The engineer was polite and friendly and everything was satisfactory. Pump replacement and power flush Engineers arrived same day to assess the work and provide a quote. Respectful and clearly explained the issue with pump and need to flush heating system. After agreeing work, then arrived promptly for job in the following week and did the job with little fuss, cleared up after themselves and made sure I was happy. Would definitely use again.

Fixing a faulty boiler. The engineer was communicative and efficient, calling me well in advance to let me know what time he would be arriving. Once here he carried out the repair very quickly and talked me through what the problem was and how he had resolved it. Would absolutely recommend.

Annual boiler service Absolutely brilliant service- easy booking, well-priced, great engineer (gave me half an hour notice before arrival too, which was very handy) who carried out a through service of the boiler- would absolutely use Plumb London again!

Excellent service in my hour of need! Broken boiler, no heat or hot water in the coldest of weather. Fast, efficient and competent Very early Tuesday, I discovered by way of a puddle next to the loo that rats coming up the sewage pipes isn't just a childhood scare story. By lunchtime, Plumb London had sent someone to check it out and take photographs to show me the neat little row of nibbles. By 9 am Wednesday, they were here again with a new fitting including a rodent guard (!). Charlie not only dealt with the loo, he also fixed several issues with the heating while he was here -- new valve, replacement radiator, system flush to fix another radiator that was persistently cold. He was friendly, clearly competent, worked hard, answered my questions and cleaned up after himself. Altogether a pleasure to have around. Plumb London charge an hourly fee and price everything up front, so it's all perfectly clear from the start -- no call-out charges or estimates. Everything is written out clearly for you to sign off, and there are no surprises. This was my fourth or fifth time of dealing with them, and I warmly recommend their services.

Pipe leading to Radiator Repair Matt, the plumber; came to the appointment 10 minutes earlier than the schduled time, which was good. He than carried out the required works which was also good; to which he went above & beyond to provide the extra service of bleeding the radiators in the premises. Total bill came to a handsome £220.00

Repair of a leak to toilet Verified Review Staff on phones were very polite, plumber came on time and was polite. However the cost was ridiculous, £540 to come in and see the toilet was leaking and replace it is way too high and I wont be using them again

5 Star Plus Service I would throughly recommend the amazing team at Plumb London . I had to take over and organise some work for my sister and her husband who had unfortunately been scammed by another company. From start to finish the team were amazing and kept in constant contact with me. On-site the plumber was very professional and ensured he was Covid safe, he also reassured my family members throughout. I have used them a couple of times regarding recurring boiler issues, annual check-up and some underfloor heating tips and the quality of work has always been very good. I have always been given a quote beforehand and there has never been anything extra added afterwards. The plumbers were always on time, very courteous, and provided tips and ideas of how best to deal with the issues at hand. The reservation service is also outstanding and very courteous. We have used South London Plumbing and Heating for the installation of our boiler and servicing. We have found it easy to book appointments - and they call to give 30 minute notice within the time allocation which provides flexibility.

I was slightly nervous about using what seemed to be a big company but I was very pleasantly surprised and really happy with the service I received. The plumber was punctual, polite and helpful - giving me lots of extra advice. I will definitely use Plumb London again.

Following the suspected demise of my boiler, Plumb London offered a very prompt and helpful service in bringing it back to life, with diagnosis on the Friday evening and all new electrics installed by Saturday afternoon. Friendly reliable plumbing company This is the second time I have used Plumb London for my annual boiler service. The engineers are lovely and friendly, worked quickly and were able to answer any queries I had. The team in the office kept me updated with any delays to the arrival of the engineer, so I was able to plan around them. I also liked that they got in touch with me to remind me that the annual service was due on my boiler.

Very helpful Very helpful, good correspondence, and did a great job of fitting the boiler. Overall very happy. The only thing which wasn’t great was how the room the boiler was in was left. Carpet stains and room left in a real mess. Overall as I said very happy with the work but as one bit of feedback.

The engineer The engineer, Steeve was very courteous and professional and did an excellent job installing new shower mixers in both bathrooms. He also had to do do some retiling. We are very happy customers.

Professional & friendly The plumbers from Plumb London have done 4 jobs for me since I moved into my new home 5 weeks ago (by Mo, Dennis & Brett): most recently they unblocked the drain from my kitchen which was completely blocked with years of fat build up. The plumbers have always been friendly, professional, honest and helpful. The are generous with their advice and tidy up after their work.

Blocked Sink Although they had to cancel the first appointment due to the allocated plumber had to attend a emergency flood. He arrived the next day in the set time slot and removed the sink blockage.

Annual boiler check Very professional service. Appreciate the reminder email and text for the annual service. The employee who came to check the boiler was very helpful, great with our energetic dog and completed the work quickly.

Removal and Installation of a New Boiler Plumb London were brilliant from start to finish with our boiler replacement. Every member of staff who we spoke to or visited our property was lovely, and the work has been carried out to a high standard.

Replace burner seal on boiler Boiler had to be turned off as burner seal was worn down leaving my tenants without hot water and heating. Plumb London were able to arrange for an engineer to attend the property the following morning to fit a new burner seal. Very happy with how quickly this could be sorted and work was completed within the timeframes and price initially quoted to me.
