Heating Engineers West Ham

We had our new boiler installed by Plumb London in 2013 and have subsequently used them for services each year. They are great - very reliable and efficient and always turn up when they say they will. The engineers know their stuff and make you feel reassured. I would recommend!

I've had huge problems with our hot water and heating system for the last 3 years and this is the only plumbing company that managed to resolve our issue. Engineer Pavel was very experienced and confident in his work. He went an extra mile and carried out safety checks long after the work was finished. Customer services of Plumb London are also great, as I received calls to let me know when the engineer was on their way. I will continue to use this company as they tick all the boxes when it comes to experience and quality of the work.

I phoned Plumb London because water was leaking from the WC onto the bathroom floor. Chris arrived at the time expected and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He then went to get the parts and came back within half an hour and did the repair. He cleaned the area thoroughly and was very efficient. I will definitely call Plumb London again if I need more plumbing work done.

Answered the phone straight away, took all relevant details, got someone out to me within a few hours and even though they gave a 4 hour time slot they were accommodating in terms of allowing me to say I would not be there at 12, but back by 12:30pm. Engineer was good, identified the issue straight away and only needed 30 mins work to get it done. Efficient and didn't mess around, which is good when you're paying per 30 mins. Would recommend and use again.

Truly no job too small or too complicated! Today the job was replacing crystal top taps with old fashioned 'proper' top taps, I have arthritis in my hands and find the crystal tops hard to operate. Plumber Milenko arrived early, was friendly and quick, explained what he was going to do, located a stop-cock I didn't know I had, and replaced the taps with very little trouble, despite the best efforts of cowboy kitchen fitters. I now have shiny, clean taps that don't drip (saving over a litre of water a day - seriously people, fix your drips!), that I can operate, and I know all the pipework under the sink is sound. Thank you - I shall certainly use your company again and again.

Excellent - 5* service I had a job today booked for a smelly shower drain, I called Plumb London in the morning and had an engineer visit me less than 2 hours later, I spoke to Jack over the telephone when making the booking, he was very helpful and precise, explained pricing, and exactly what I would be getting for my money. Very helpful. Once the engineer came (Steve) he was very friendly and helpful, identified the problem but also discussed the issue with myself and offered solutions to rectify the problem, he went and got the parts and then came back to complete the job, very honest and went above and beyond what I expected, I later had an issue with my payment and upon calling Jack (after the job was complete) he apologised and I immediately rectified the issue. Very helpful and I feel I definitely received value for money and service with a smile. A Big thank you to Steve & Jack, a big credit to Plumb London!!

Top notch service. Polite call taker who gave all the details I needed and took the information the plumber needed. The plumber arrived a few hours later and fixed our boiler within an hour. He was professional, friendly and gave great advice. Highly recommended!

Good service Had two visits recently. First one delayed a bit due to a difficult job before mine which is always a bit frustrating. Omar gave me clear advice on a job I wanted doing. A quotation was raised within a few days and the job completed efficiently by Omar the day after I had accepted quote. 'Phone communication with the company was good. Third time I have used Plumb London and I hope the good standard continues.

We recently used Plumb London for the first time after having had a disappointing experience in the past with other local plumbers - this was a real difference! It was very easy to arrange the appointment and on the day we were kept advised of the timescales - he was running late due to traffic - but I was called twice: once by the office and once by the plumber on route to let me know. When he did arrive he explained in detail what the problems were (he was fixing two different leaks in the kitchen and the bathroom); what he needed to do to fix it; what parts he was going to get, from where and how long he was going to be. When one of the leaks turned out to be a bigger job that expected he gave me options and went above and beyond to resolve the problems. Afterwards he cleaned up and apologised for taking so long but he clearly was meticulous and wanted to get it right which I really appreciated. He was the model of a professional tradesman and I will now only be using them!

Replaced our old boiler with combo system. Responsive to quote and sent good engineer to do it who gave us confidence they would deliver so went with them despite not being cheapest. Did a great job at short notice, on time and high quality. System tested and clearly explained. Good pre and post job support from head office. Whilst they were not the cheapest we had most confidence they could deliver on time and quality. They did not disappoint. Engineers prompt and polite, worked hard and tested and explained everything well. Also cleaned up really well. Good head office support and follow up. Would recommend.

Fast service and great job - many thanks! Only issue was some staining left by engineer which will need white spirit to clean up. Would have been nice for engineer to do this either at the time or at a later date.

Plumb London provided a first class service from start to finish: from the advisor on the telephone to the standard of work delivered by our plumber, I have nothing but positive comments to make. Costings were very reasonable and clearly explained (and our plumber worked extremely hard to ensure that the work was completed in the minimum time). The standard of work was not only excellent but our plumber was also extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I have no hesitation in endorsing the service offered by Plumb London and will certainly use them in the future for all our plumbing work.

Vert responsive and professional service. I needed a plumber same day after 5 pm and they were able to arrange one promptly. Efficiency and professional service Fast and efficient service does come at a price . Make sure you request a detailed quote before any wirk takes place . I was initially charge £40 to switch off the mains water supply which in effect took 3 seconds to do!

Good professional plumber The plumber was competent and my problem seemed to have been resolved. He asked me to check the pipes were tight enough at the joints and a couple of them weren’t, so he tightened them up a bit more. This is the reason I gave 4 stars. Other than that, my leak has been fixed and hopefully it will be ok for along time.

Extractor Fan Installation The experience was a really good one. Mo kept in touch with me when he was going to be late. He and his sidekick carried out the work really well, it was not that easy. They cleaned up well after the job was finished. Mo has a good personality and is obviously good at what he does. He is a really good representative for Plumb London and I did tell him so myself. Positive: Responsiveness Had a great experience with Plumb to get a prompt quote. They called me right away ask me questions about my boiler. Very professional. Didn't get the chance to use there services as my landlord decided to go another way but was highly satisfied with the customer service they showed.

I walked into a wet bathroom floor. I was great to be able to call a plumber and have them come in the next morning and fix the problem without any issue. My bathroom was dry and back to normal in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend Plumb London

Pavel had previously come to my house to install some new radiators that I had purchased. He was friendly, easy to get along with and worked hard throughout his stay. He even triple-checked that everything was working in order before he left, which I appreciated. Unfortunately my boiler broke down soon after, and so Pavel was back to check on the fault. When he suggested I should buy a new boiler, my jaw hit the floor. I couldn't believe it. He gave me several options as to what I should do but was honest and suggested that the most cost-effective option in the long run was replace the boiler. I trusted his judgement and so a week later Pavel was back to install the new boiler. I actually wasn't at the house to oversee the work but Pavel did a great job. When I got home not only was there a shiny new boiler in my utility room but there was no sign of mess whatsoever. This was a year ago and the boiler's been working perfectly since so his judgement was spot on. Great job.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness We had a few holes in our downstairs toilet soil pipe so I got in touch and they sent the plumber round the next day to have a look and provide a quote. He was polite, professional and during the COVID outbreak, ensured he kept 2m away at all times and wore gloves. After inspection, he explained exactly what needed doing. This was followed up by a phone call and a fixed quote online. We accepted and quickly arranged the repair work. He arrived promptly and it look less time than predicted. He got me to check before he sealed up (which he did a great job of) and again, always polite and friendly. He also threw in a free flush repair! We where ungently in need of a new boiler 2 years ago and when we searched on google Plumb London came up. They were very helpful and accommodating so we didn't stay without hot water for long. There email reminders regards the yearly checkup us also very useful. Johan

Great reliable serviceThere was a certain confusion as to the timing of my second visit, after a very swift and useful preliminary visit to spy out the land.and get the heating and hot water temporarily back on. The full second visit was thorough and excellent and the whole system including now functioning radiators on the 4th floor seem fully set for many months. Thank you.

Plumb London had great customer service, ensuring they update me with the progress a few times in the same day. The Plumber made extra effort to ensure I get the necessary parts same day to ensure all fits to the requirements even if this meant visiting many stores. The plumber was very knowledgeable and spotted things missed by the insurance contractors. Very pleased with the service, totally recommend!

Very pleased. Problem: leaks behind toilet cistern and constant trouble with water flow. Found 'Plumb London' on internet. They were good on the phone, then prompt to get to us. The guy was on it straight away, worked out all the problems and sorted it. Could've made it easier for himself by cutting away wood panelling but instead was really careful and tidy. Wore a mask the whole time as per current regulations etc. Nice job well done and happy to recommend them. Cheers.

Outstanding service at the most reasonable rates. Replaced the failed boiler with professionalism and kind support. The technician was amazing with personality and was obviously very competent. Restored my trust in the industry.

Work performed (replacing taps in bathroom and kitchen) was done quickly and to a high standard. Plumber was very professional and courteous and was able to come at short notice. I would use this service again. The quote was a bit higher than I was expecting for a fairly small job, and since it is generated as a single number by a computer it doesn't give a breakdown between parts and labour. I did raise this during the follow up call and they said they'd try and send something over. Not a big deal but it's nice to know exactly what you're paying for.
