We had an emergency where we had to get a plumber to inspect a gas flue which had been knocked during some construction works we were carrying out. I phoned at lunchtime and was able to get an engineer out that afternoon. I didn't have time to "shop around" for prices but thought the £120 plus VAT we paid was pretty good value considering our time constraints. We would happily recommend Plumb London to others and use them again if we need to.

Really good and locally based service for SE1 I called these guys at 8pm after combi failed. The engineer turned up at the time agreed, called ahead, was polite & knowledgeable and fixed the problem very professionally. The pricing was acceptable considering the short notice and I've definitely bookmarked these guys for any future work.

Great, fast and professional service. The service on the phone was excellent. Very quick and painless to get a plumber sent out. The Plumber was very professional and the job was done in 30 minutes to a very high standard- with a smile. From calling up as a new customer the issue was resolved within 3 hours.

Speedy to respond and good value Very prompt to respond to a leak and found a plumber to come out within an hour. Charging a half hourly rate is also much better than most other companies so good value. The problem was fixed and the plumber very efficient.

I needed to get my whole boiler system replaced for a combi boiler and also have my bath drain unblocked. This was all done very quickly and the engineer, Mo, was very professional and courteous. A plumber was sent around the next morning, they arrived right at the start of my time slot and called ahead to let me know when they were half an hour away. Omar was friendly, very professional and kept me informed of exactly what he was doing throughout the process. Very fast repair, and done with the minimum fuss. This was my first time using Plumb London and I would use them again in an instant and recommend to anyone. Surpassed my expectations and then some!

Truly no job too small or too complicated! Today the job was replacing crystal top taps with old fashioned 'proper' top taps, I have arthritis in my hands and find the crystal tops hard to operate. Plumber Milenko arrived early, was friendly and quick, explained what he was going to do, located a stop-cock I didn't know I had, and replaced the taps with very little trouble, despite the best efforts of cowboy kitchen fitters. I now have shiny, clean taps that don't drip (saving over a litre of water a day - seriously people, fix your drips!), that I can operate, and I know all the pipework under the sink is sound. Thank you - I shall certainly use your company again and again.

Excellent - 5* service I had a job today booked for a smelly shower drain, I called Plumb London in the morning and had an engineer visit me less than 2 hours later, I spoke to Jack over the telephone when making the booking, he was very helpful and precise, explained pricing, and exactly what I would be getting for my money. Very helpful. Once the engineer came (Steve) he was very friendly and helpful, identified the problem but also discussed the issue with myself and offered solutions to rectify the problem, he went and got the parts and then came back to complete the job, very honest and went above and beyond what I expected, I later had an issue with my payment and upon calling Jack (after the job was complete) he apologised and I immediately rectified the issue. Very helpful and I feel I definitely received value for money and service with a smile. A Big thank you to Steve & Jack, a big credit to Plumb London!!

Plumb London provided a first class service from start to finish: from the advisor on the telephone to the standard of work delivered by our plumber, I have nothing but positive comments to make. Costings were very reasonable and clearly explained (and our plumber worked extremely hard to ensure that the work was completed in the minimum time). The standard of work was not only excellent but our plumber was also extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Efficiency and professional service Fast and efficient service does come at a price . Make sure you request a detailed quote before any wirk takes place . I was initially charge £40 to switch off the mains water supply which in effect took 3 seconds to do!

Good professional plumber The plumber was competent and my problem seemed to have been resolved. He asked me to check the pipes were tight enough at the joints and a couple of them weren’t, so he tightened them up a bit more. This is the reason I gave 4 stars. Other than that, my leak has been fixed and hopefully it will be ok for along time.
