I don’t have any plumber friends so I booked a visit via CheckaTrade, hoping to connect with a trustworthy company. I am 100% pleased with the service I received. The non urgent appointment was organised at a time suitable for me and I was made aware of the costing prior to agreement. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. I really felt I was in the hands of a friendly professional. The time logged for the job was accurate. I would not hesitate to use this company again if I need a plumber. Top marks from me. They did a follow up phone call to check I was pleased with the completed work. I’ve saved their number into my phone so I have it to hand in an emergency.

Had a partial bathroom renovation with Plumb London. Excellent customer service - there were a few issues at the beginning with some misunderstanding about the set up of my bathroom but because this was resolved honestly and quickly I am still giving 5*.

Great Service Engineer came within the required time frame. Very friendly and efficient service. Really easy to contact to book in service. Customer service staff also very polite and helpful. Very happy with the service I received.

Good response when I needed a plumber… Good response when I needed a plumber in a hurry to fix a leak. Staff polite and helpful and charges were well explained and reasonable. I’d recommend them and hope to use them again.

Good boiler replacement service I initially arranged for Plumb London to service my combi gas boiler, which they did and found a fault with it (causing leaking) which they fixed. Unfortunately it was still leaking after the fix, however the plumber returned to check this (at no additional charge) and it turned out there was an additional problem. They offered me the choice of just fixing this additional problem or replacing the whole boiler (since it was very old) which is what I opted for. The plumber (who was courteous, punctual and tidy) did a great job of replacing the boiler and I'm very pleased with the new one. He also clearly explained (and showed) what the problem was and what he needed to do.

Swift and solid work I wanted to relay our gratitude to Plumb London for installing our new boiler. Everything was handled swiftly and our engineer was great, cleaned up as they went and would never have known they had been beyond the new boiler!

Great service and very friendly people… Great service and very friendly people on the phone and in person. Fair price too. One observation is that taking card details over the phone is insecure and not really acceptable anymore (even though I did it). I suggest finding an alternative - there are several.

Very good experience We had a very prompt response for an assessment. The problem was quickly identified. The job was completed expertly . The only delay of 48 hrs was getting the part which was not standard. The engineer was excellent.
