5 Star Plus Service I would throughly recommend the amazing team at Plumb London . I had to take over and organise some work for my sister and her husband who had unfortunately been scammed by another company. From start to finish the team were amazing and kept in constant contact with me. On-site the plumber was very professional and ensured he was Covid safe, he also reassured my family members throughout. Very good service - called out on an emergency in the middle of the coronavirus epidemic, an engineer was here within an hour and quickly sorted out our problem with minimum disruption. Me and my wife have used plumb London a number of times now and have always been happy :)

Boiler repair The gas plumber that came was excellent. He traced the fault to a blocked pilot jet, cleared it and was done in 25min. I was so pleased. He arrived a little later than the time given which was good as there was no parking charge to pay.

Installing a replacement shower in loft bathroom Charlie is friendly and competent. He explained what was needed and why. He cleaned up and was mindful of trekking dirt through the house. Charlie was careful to ensure we were happy with the work, and we definitely were.

I am extremely satisfied with the service from this company, Dimche the Plumber was courteous, friendly and did a fantastic job at plumbing in my parents new shower. Quick response, same day, which is good given that the problem was the only toilet in the apartment. Pleasant and competent Albanian plumber. What annoys me is the need to write up the job on your time as part of the work you are paying for, resulting in £190 charge including the VAT

30 May to 1 June 30 May to 1 June Called earlier to book an appointment to fix, maybe replace 15 year old boiler. 2 great workers came and fitted the boilerafter having to reroute the existing pipework to fit, but discovered problems with 15 year old water cylinder when switched on. Came back next day with new cylinder, bigger than old one so difficult to get into cupboard, but eventually it was done and we had hot water and heating again. Later that evening (day 2) a fuse blew and they came out again day 3. The thermostat receiver and whatever it was that controls the automatic valves were causing the short so they fitted a "nest" thermostat which we could access from phones to change timings etc. Really great people. Highly recommend them.

Friendly Company After a dripping kitchen tap & upstairs bathroom tap started to get worse I contacted plumb london. I was greeted with a warm, friendly person on the other end of the phone, who organised for someone to come out the next day. After investigating the situation Charlie the plumber recommended which products to buy to fix the problem. He was professional and friendly. On the follow up visit to fix everything I had a different plumber, Brett. He was also professional and friendly and really cared about doing a good job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, as its its lovely to be met with such a kind, friendly person when you initially phone up and also when the plumber turns up. Great service!

Boiler service I was really happy with lukes service. He was very professional and friendly. He serviced my boiler and didn’t find any faults which I was worried about as im aware many companys in this industry can scam you. I will definately use their services again. Thanks Luke.

The repair works were done in a very professional and friendly manner by the skilled engineer. The prices are not low, as the fixed price quotes include the time engineer needs to go and pick up various parts at an expensive hourly rate, and there is no transparency on how much the parts cost. So good quality workmanship but does not come cheap - but have not compared the prices so can't say if that is just the case for all plumbers!

the engineer, was prompt, friendly and very thorough, was kinda taken aback with the cost of the work, but if you want good workmanship, then its only to be expected, i've asked them for a quote to replace my boiler in the not too distant future, which i was very pleasantly surprised was quite competitive, so i will definitely be giving them a call to replace it,

Andy, the engineer who replaced my leaking radiator, was quick, efficient, friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. I was not well and he was very compassionate and sensitive to my circumstances. Should I need any further work doing, I would ask for Andy personally. Connor in the office got back to me quickly and was also courteous and friendly.

Look at broken boiler The plumber was polite and quick. He updated me on his arrival time and was honest about the problem and potential solutions both short and long term. He recorded his time honestly and filled in his report clearly, in a way that I can understand.

Fixing tiles, faulty wood frame/board and silicone which caused a leak in bathroom Plumb London were very prompt and helpful from start to finish. The engineer who completed the work was quick the find the source of our leak and suggest the best options to fix this which involved replacing mouldy board behind tiles, retiling and resiliconing an area of our bathroom. We’ve had no leaks since the work was done.

Shower repair I called plumb London and they sent a plumber round within a few hours to fix a leaking shower. Charlie was really professional and resolved the problem really quickly. Would definitely use them again

A positive first experience with this company from my initial contact by phone onwards. The appointment was kept within the time slot promised and the job (replacing a faulty ballcock) was deftly completed by their friendly plumber (thanks James!) without fuss or mess.

Fast, efficient and competent Very early Tuesday, I discovered by way of a puddle next to the loo that rats coming up the sewage pipes isn't just a childhood scare story. By lunchtime, Plumb London had sent someone to check it out and take photographs to show me the neat little row of nibbles. By 9 am Wednesday, they were here again with a new fitting including a rodent guard (!). Charlie not only dealt with the loo, he also fixed several issues with the heating while he was here -- new valve, replacement radiator, system flush to fix another radiator that was persistently cold. He was friendly, clearly competent, worked hard, answered my questions and cleaned up after himself. Altogether a pleasure to have around. Plumb London charge an hourly fee and price everything up front, so it's all perfectly clear from the start -- no call-out charges or estimates. Everything is written out clearly for you to sign off, and there are no surprises. This was my fourth or fifth time of dealing with them, and I warmly recommend their services.

Pipe leading to Radiator Repair Matt, the plumber; came to the appointment 10 minutes earlier than the schduled time, which was good. He than carried out the required works which was also good; to which he went above & beyond to provide the extra service of bleeding the radiators in the premises. Total bill came to a handsome £220.00

Repair of a leak to toilet Verified Review Staff on phones were very polite, plumber came on time and was polite. However the cost was ridiculous, £540 to come in and see the toilet was leaking and replace it is way too high and I wont be using them again

I am very pleased with the work carried out by Plumb London - the customer pays for this service but it's definitely value for money - and peace of mind. In my particular case I had to have a damaged external gas pipe removed and replaced - because of it's awkward location it looked a difficult job. but the work was done with great care and efficiency. A special word of praise too about the engineer, Miran, who carried out the work - excellent work - once again, thanks!

Besi provided a prompt, efficient service at a reasonable price. The boiler was installed quickly, and the working area cleaned thoroughly afterwards. Instructions were clear and we now have a fully operating boiler - would recommend Plumb London.

Leaking Pipe As usual a prompt response from Plumb London - I called on a Saturday morning at around 9 a.m. and a plumber arrived at 11.15..... the repair was a small one - a leaking pipe that connects to my washing machine - but a vital repair as the dripping pipe if not noticed would have leaked into the flat below.... the plumber worked quickly and efficiently - and did a great job, as well as servicing my CH boiler - thanks!

Speedy to respond and good value Very prompt to respond to a leak and found a plumber to come out within an hour. Charging a half hourly rate is also much better than most other companies so good value. The problem was fixed and the plumber very efficient.

I needed to get my whole boiler system replaced for a combi boiler and also have my bath drain unblocked. This was all done very quickly and the engineer, Mo, was very professional and courteous. Great work The company took my details on the initial call with courtesy and were clear and informative about their work and the rates. I called around 8.30am on Monday and the job had been done by 1.30pm. The plumber was helpful and friendly and tidy. The rates were reasonable and I really can't fault the work or the manner in which it was done. Would totally recommend.

Quick and reasonably priced Got alerted the downstairs flat had a leak coming through their ceiling. Emailed 4 London based plumbing sites. Quickest response from Plumb London with reasonable rates for diagnostics. Gave them a call at 3pm, and said they'd try get someone out that afternoon, but if not, would call back to arrange for the next day. Call at 4:45 from plumber Oliver, he would be there at 5:30. True to his word, he checked it out and would need a new part, and the office would call the next day. Next day around noon - call from office to book Oliver in for the next morning 8-12. Oliver arrived at 9:20 - done by 9:45, and all looks good! Everything is drying out now, so yet to test it, but looks good, and very happy with the speed that plumb London worked at - and everyone I spoke to seemed helpful along the way!

Great work The company's initial phone conversation was detailed and polite. The work the same day at a reasonable rate and with no fuss. The plumber was polite and friendly. While it may not have been the most complicated plumbing job, it was handled really well and I'd have no hesitation working with them again.

Replacement of regular bath taps for a shower and tap unit (this solution was advised as better. Steeve was excellent from start to finish. He listened to my summary of the problem and investigated then advised a robust solution. In stark comparison to several tradesmen from a different company who either couldn't correctly diagnose the issue or had no clear solution. Steeve's solution is elegant and simple. So happy. The issue had been a problem for a year and a half. Very personable and let me know exactly what was going on. Great service.

Boiler service and gas safety certificate The engineer was prompt and friendly, having battled through traffic in the London Tube strike to get here. He had to get access to the meter which was trapped behind a locked bike in an outside shed, which he did without fuss. Job sorted in no time, no complaints at all.

What a great service. I called at very short notice and had a plumber arrived within 2 hours of my phone call. The plumber was great very friendly and talked me through what he was doing. Great service! Efficient and friendly staff took my call and the heating engineer was prompt. The engineer took the trouble to listen and then explain so I felt the boiler problem was effectively fixed. I'm using them again if I need to no problem.

Very easy to book and very quick service. They were able to send a plumber the very day I called and sorted out the issue (replacing tap and waste) very quickly and for a fair price. The office (Jack) and the plumber (James) we’re friendly and professional.

Fixing Leak in toilet I had a leak from the toilet fill valve which was difficult to replace due to access. I called Plumb London in the morning and had a plumber out the same afternoon. Got the toilet fixed with minimal issues. All round good service.

Major service, repair and new thermostat From the initial inspection a week earlier, to booking and getting the main work done, the company was a pleasure to deal with. The engineer (Conner I believe) was efficient, tidy talked everything through, before and after and was thoroughly professional. I was happy to let him get on with the work, while I was also working. The price was reasonable and I will definitely be using them for all future work and services.
