I don’t have any plumber friends so I booked a visit via CheckaTrade, hoping to connect with a trustworthy company. I am 100% pleased with the service I received. The non urgent appointment was organised at a time suitable for me and I was made aware of the costing prior to agreement. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. I really felt I was in the hands of a friendly professional. The time logged for the job was accurate. I would not hesitate to use this company again if I need a plumber. Top marks from me. They did a follow up phone call to check I was pleased with the completed work. I’ve saved their number into my phone so I have it to hand in an emergency.

Amazing service from I think his name was Lee? Knew everything in HVAC, all my questions about the process of the boiler were answered amazingly, can not recommend these guys highly enough. Point of booking to when he arrived was so quick I was in shock, you won't get that type of service from a majority of companies

A job well done After enduring high pitched screaming taps/pipes the night before. I was eager to get the problem resolved. Jace was friendly, efficient, and polite. He knew straight away what the problem was with my taps/sink. He installed a lovely new tap and did a really good job, I'm really pleased with the outcome. Would definitely use Plumb London again.

Boiler service The appt to service my boiler was made a couple of weeks ago, but plumb followed up and confirmed appt. Engineer arrived within time frame agreed and completed the work without any problem.

Swift and solid work I wanted to relay our gratitude to Plumb London for installing our new boiler. Everything was handled swiftly and our engineer was great, cleaned up as they went and would never have known they had been beyond the new boiler!

When I made the post on Checkatrade I… When I made the post on Checkatrade I had know idea that a dripping tap would set me back so much. I can’t fault Plumb London in any way, they sent a very friendly and helpful engineer who came up with a plan that helped me save what I could. He was excellent, and my tap no longer drips!
