Andy, the engineer who replaced my leaking radiator, was quick, efficient, friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. I was not well and he was very compassionate and sensitive to my circumstances. In my particular case I had to have a damaged external gas pipe removed and replaced - because of it's awkward location it looked a difficult job. but the work was done with great care and efficiency. The repair works were done in a very professional and friendly manner by the skilled engineer. The prices are not low, as the fixed price quotes include the time engineer needs to go and pick up various parts at an expensive hourly rate, and there is no transparency on how much the parts cost. So good quality workmanship but does not come cheap - but have not compared the prices so can't say if that is just the case for all plumbers!
