Speedy to respond and good value Very prompt to respond to a leak and found a plumber to come out within an hour. Charging a half hourly rate is also much better than most other companies so good value. The problem was fixed and the plumber very efficient.

I needed to get my whole boiler system replaced for a combi boiler and also have my bath drain unblocked. This was all done very quickly and the engineer, Mo, was very professional and courteous. He was a pleasure to have in the house and did a great job. He even went above and beyond to sort everything out. I would definitely recommend Plumb London and Mo. A great service!

Great work The company took my details on the initial call with courtesy and were clear and informative about their work and the rates. I called around 8.30am on Monday and the job had been done by 1.30pm. The plumber was helpful and friendly and tidy. The rates were reasonable and I really can't fault the work or the manner in which it was done. Would totally recommend.

Quick and reasonably priced Got alerted the downstairs flat had a leak coming through their ceiling. Emailed 4 London based plumbing sites. Quickest response from Plumb London with reasonable rates for diagnostics. Gave them a call at 3pm, and said they'd try get someone out that afternoon, but if not, would call back to arrange for the next day. Call at 4:45 from plumber Oliver, he would be there at 5:30. True to his word, he checked it out and would need a new part, and the office would call the next day. Next day around noon - call from office to book Oliver in for the next morning 8-12. Oliver arrived at 9:20 - done by 9:45, and all looks good! Everything is drying out now, so yet to test it, but looks good, and very happy with the speed that plumb London worked at - and everyone I spoke to seemed helpful along the way!

Great work The company's initial phone conversation was detailed and polite. The work the same day at a reasonable rate and with no fuss. The plumber was polite and friendly. While it may not have been the most complicated plumbing job, it was handled really well and I'd have no hesitation working with them again.

Replacement of regular bath taps for a shower and tap unit (this solution was advised as better. Steeve was excellent from start to finish. He listened to my summary of the problem and investigated then advised a robust solution. In stark comparison to several tradesmen from a different company who either couldn't correctly diagnose the issue or had no clear solution. Steeve's solution is elegant and simple. So happy. The issue had been a problem for a year and a half. Very personable and let me know exactly what was going on. Great service.

Boiler service and gas safety certificate The engineer was prompt and friendly, having battled through traffic in the London Tube strike to get here. He had to get access to the meter which was trapped behind a locked bike in an outside shed, which he did without fuss. Job sorted in no time, no complaints at all.

What a great service. I called at very short notice and had a plumber arrived within 2 hours of my phone call. The plumber was great very friendly and talked me through what he was doing. The charge was very reasonable and less than expected. I was extremely stressed when Dave arrived but he calmed me down and reassured me that the leak could be fixed very quickly. Leaking Radiator Reliable, skilled, and quick response from Plumb London team. Panic occurred when noticing a leaking radiator before going away. Contacted company via Checkatrade and they got in touch asap. Had an engineer out less than 24hrs. They worked around my schedule when it was suitable for me. The engineer was fantastic, explained everything in details and answered any questions. He was quick, clean and very polite.

Fixing Leak in toilet I had a leak from the toilet fill valve which was difficult to replace due to access. I called Plumb London in the morning and had a plumber out the same afternoon. Got the toilet fixed with minimal issues. All round good service.

Fast, efficient and competent Very early Tuesday, I discovered by way of a puddle next to the loo that rats coming up the sewage pipes isn't just a childhood scare story. By lunchtime, Plumb London had sent someone to check it out and take photographs to show me the neat little row of nibbles. By 9 am Wednesday, they were here again with a new fitting including a rodent guard (!). Charlie not only dealt with the loo, he also fixed several issues with the heating while he was here -- new valve, replacement radiator, system flush to fix another radiator that was persistently cold. He was friendly, clearly competent, worked hard, answered my questions and cleaned up after himself. Altogether a pleasure to have around. Plumb London charge an hourly fee and price everything up front, so it's all perfectly clear from the start -- no call-out charges or estimates. Everything is written out clearly for you to sign off, and there are no surprises. This was my fourth or fifth time of dealing with them, and I warmly recommend their services.

He than carried out the required works which was also good; to which he went above & beyond to provide the extra service of bleeding the radiators in the premises. Repair of a leak to toilet Verified Review Staff on phones were very polite, plumber came on time and was polite. However the cost was ridiculous, £540 to come in and see the toilet was leaking and replace it is way too high and I wont be using them again

We had an emergency where we had to get a plumber to inspect a gas flue which had been knocked during some construction works we were carrying out. I phoned at lunchtime and was able to get an engineer out that afternoon. I didn't have time to "shop around" for prices but thought the £120 plus VAT we paid was pretty good value considering our time constraints. The engineer turned up at the time agreed, called ahead, was polite & knowledgeable and fixed the problem very professionally. The service was quick and speedy, with the engineer ringing to let me know he was nearby before the appointment. The engineer was polite and friendly and everything was satisfactory. Pump replacement and power flush Engineers arrived same day to assess the work and provide a quote. Respectful and clearly explained the issue with pump and need to flush heating system. After agreeing work, then arrived promptly for job in the following week and did the job with little fuss, cleared up after themselves and made sure I was happy. Would definitely use again.

Fixing a faulty boiler. The engineer was communicative and efficient, calling me well in advance to let me know what time he would be arriving. Once here he carried out the repair very quickly and talked me through what the problem was and how he had resolved it. Would absolutely recommend.

Very good service and workmanship Very good service and workmanship. Courteous fitters and completed the job when they said they would, cleaned up well and left the site as they found it. Operation of boiler explained sufficiently and paperwork left in good order. Slightly pricey, hence four stars, not five, but ultimately turned out to be worth it for the peace of mind.

Reliably prompt, friendly service Plumb London has now done three or four jobs for me, including work on a drinking water filtration system. The installation of a new gas boiler was the most recent. They answer the phone promptly and reliably turn up. The two plumbers who came at various times, and most recently the gas engineer, were friendly and happy to answer questions.The company and the gas engineer both provided ample information about the new system, the guarantee, etc.. Invoices state clearly what has been done, along with the name of the person who did it. Payment processes are smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Besi was very quick and professional. Initial boiler service showed a few things that needed sorting out; explanation of situation and quote for further work was very thorough, and was able to organise appointment for additional work for the following day. Payment all done by card over the phone.

The service is very good - when the engineers are available. We had two procedures done and the first was no problem at all: we booked for our shower to be fixed, the engineer arrived at the agreed time and did the job efficiently. The second job, unblocking the kitchen sink, was scheduled soon after. We ended up rescheduling 3 times due to engineer unavailability - first there was an emergency, then the wrong parts had been delivered. When he was finally available (he came on a Saturday, a week before the weekend service was supposed to begin, which we appreciated), the engineer did a great job. Overall, I can only say the service is mediocre although the engineer was good at his job. We were severely inconvenienced by having to reschedule so much.

Good plumbers So glad I used Plumb London for the repairs to my drainage pipe. First inspection by Billy was spot on and the subsequent work he carried out for us was first rate. He explained everything that was going to be done and even made sure that all drainage from bathroom was functioning correctly before signing off the work. I couldn’t ask for more. Very pleased. Problem: leaks behind toilet cistern and constant trouble with water flow. Found 'Plumb London' on internet. They were good on the phone, then prompt to get to us. The guy was on it straight away, worked out all the problems and sorted it. Could've made it easier for himself by cutting away wood panelling but instead was really careful and tidy. Efficient service Very good punctual service for a fairly simple job but needed a part so he drove to the nearest shop and purchased it fitted the part. Just a little pricey for the simple job though but know it was done properly.

Excellent, professional service We needed emergency help to fix a broken boiler on the weekend when we had no heating or hot water. We got a Plumb London engineer out on the same day, in just a few hours, and he did an excellent job. He needed a part to finish the work, so he even came back on a Sunday on his day off to finish the job! They are always quick to book a job and all engineers I’ve had have been friendly - important as a woman living alone. Fixing burst pipe Don’t use this company. They charged me £1440 rather than £144 for a 10min job. I was in my overdraft for days and they didn’t give any discount or compensation. Their manager didn’t even respond to my complaint. Shocking customer service.

Plumb London offers a much more efficient and local service for people that need boilers replaced quickly. British Gas are much more laborious and only charge a bit less. For Central London Landlords Plumb London give a very good all-round service including after-care.
