Professional and reliable service. I needed a plumber to fix a leak and unblock the kitchen sink during the Covid-19 lock down. After booking the appointment for the next day, the clear instructions on how to keep both the engineer and household members safe during the visit were sent via WhatsApp and text. He arrived promptly and worked in the kitchen while I was in another room. When he had finished we communicated at a safe distance. He was very professional and polite, and he had cleaned up afterwards. I have nothing negative to say about the experience. The charge was by the hour, and I would think comparative with other companies.

Very quick appointment and the engineer that came did a great job, fixing an old pipe in the process that probably would have cost me much more down the line if he hadn't spotted it. Will repeat business.

The engineer was quicklt able to diagnose the problem and source replacement parts locally saving time and money. I would definately recommend these guys and will use them again myself, but hopefully not for while.

Plumb London - what a fantastic team Plumb London, what an exceptionally customer focused company you are. After finding our shower had stopped working we googled same day shower repairs and came across Plumb London. A quick call later with their team (poor Louise who was probably tired of hearing from us by the end of the day!) and we had an emergency call out booked with a promise to arrive by 4pm that day. The engineer arrived in plenty of time but sadly was unable to make the repair as the shower unit was totally burnt out on the inside. Here’s where Plumb London really went above and beyond and set themselves above most companies (in all industries) - although they do not work on Saturdays usually, Connor in the office agreed not only to arrange for an engineer to attend, but he also arranged for the shower unit to be sourced. The job was carried out today by a polite, respectful and knowledgable engineer who just rounded out an amazing customer service experience for me and my family. I cannot thank the team or recommend them highly enough. The prices were fair and reasonable and worth every penny. Thank you team and Plumb London, one very happy family thanks to you.

Good Plumbing Option I had a leak that was not so quick to solve. It needed a replacement, not just repair. The engineer made a quick assessment on the first visit and then did a great job when he came back. Very thorough, explained everything very well, covered all my concerns. All was to high standard. I did have an issue with the admin side. I was promised a quote within 2-3 days but didn’t get for a week. There can always be delays with suppliers, etc., but my issue was that I always had to chase to get an update, rather than the company reaching out to me.

Vlatiko arrived on time for the gas safety check and central heating maintenance. He was able to quickly identify a couple of problems and arranged a prompt return visit to fix them. Plumb London ensured I was reminded of the visits and were quick to follow up and check I was satisfied.

Our boiler broke down and called Plumb London in panic. The service was excellent! Within a few hours an engineer was here and when it showed out we needed a new boiler it was installed the day efter. The engineer was extremely friendly, professional , knowledgeable and helpful (he even helped to take my sons drone down from the tree). I will definitely recommend Plumb London to my friends!

Impressive Local Plumber Really pleased to find a reliable and trustworthy local plumber when we needed one. It can be a minefield just knowing where to start. Plumb London were professional from my I initial call to the work done by the plumber. I also liked the pricing. It was very clear from the start and I think fairly priced. Work performed (replacing taps in bathroom and kitchen) was done quickly and to a high standard. Plumber was very professional and courteous and was able to come at short notice. I would use this service again. The quote was a bit higher than I was expecting for a fairly small job, and since it is generated as a single number by a computer it doesn't give a breakdown between parts and labour. I did raise this during the follow up call and they said they'd try and send something over. Not a big deal but it's nice to know exactly what you're paying for.

Great job taking care of an old blockage which made our garden flood. Second engineer they sent was on point. Customer service needs a bit of work as multiple people got in touch with me for the same issues and I could see that communication was a bit of an issue. Overall a good experience, would use again.

Very happy with the service received from Plumb London. As a landlord it's great having a firm that'll liaise directly with tenants and then turn up when they say they will. Have used Plumb London on a number of occasions for servicing, annual checks and emergency repairs and will continue to do so.

I've had Plumb London around a few times to service my boiler and have been very happy with the service provided. They are timely, efficient, always answer the phone and no query is to big or too small. I highly recommend them as landlord and as an owner of a house in Islington.

The engineer who covered the SE1 area did a wonderful job. The most difficult part was AFTER he fixed the problem – due to the set up of the kitchen it was almost impossible to get the washing machine back where it was. But he managed: after a huge amount of effort. Very grateful. He deserves a medal.

We've used the company three times already and every time they delivered - last time was quite a complex job requiring a few adjustments, which not every plumbing company would take on. Their plumber did and managed to solve the problem. The prices are competitive and what we like about them is that you can book an appointment quite quickly (next day or so) whilst other companies require you to wait more than a week for appointment.

In need of annual Landlord Gas Safety Certificates, I have been very impressed by the efficient and prompt service. Living out of London, it's good to have afternoon slots with half an hour's notice. Furthermore all relevant paperwork is completed electronically and on the spot so I can forward it to my managing agent without delay. I usually have the same friendly and helpful engineer.

Extractor Fan Installation The experience was a really good one. Mo kept in touch with me when he was going to be late. He and his sidekick carried out the work really well, it was not that easy. They cleaned up well after the job was finished. Mo has a good personality and is obviously good at what he does. He is a really good representative for Plumb London and I did tell him so myself. Positive: Responsiveness Had a great experience with Plumb to get a prompt quote. They called me right away ask me questions about my boiler. Very professional. Didn't get the chance to use there services as my landlord decided to go another way but was highly satisfied with the customer service they showed.

My combi boiler started making the radiators warm whenever the hot water was on. The engineer from Plumb London was courteous, explained the problem and fixed it for the amount quoted. Overall, very happy.

Update: issue was due to a typo at their end. Refund promised. Their email needs fixing but I’ve upgraded to 4* based on the engineers The engineers were quite good. However I was then overcharged £60 against the invoices I've been given. The company are not responding to email queries so I've had to arrange for my bank to prevent further deductions against my account. You give your card details before the engineer arrives which I don't mind. However there are then 5 separate transactions none of which matches an invoice amount (I only have two invoices). There could be an innocent reason for the way I've been charged but in the absence of a response from the company I have to assume it's to confuse so you aren't aware how much you've been charged. On this basis I have to recommend choosing a different plumber. This is a shame because as I said the engineers were good

I am very pleased with the work carried out by Plumb London - the customer pays for this service but it's definitely value for money - and peace of mind. In my particular case I had to have a damaged external gas pipe removed and replaced - because of it's awkward location it looked a difficult job. but the work was done with great care and efficiency. A special word of praise too about the engineer, Miran, who carried out the work - excellent work - once again, thanks!

Besi provided a prompt, efficient service at a reasonable price. The boiler was installed quickly, and the working area cleaned thoroughly afterwards. Instructions were clear and we now have a fully operating boiler - would recommend Plumb London.

A good job Good to see Besi again - he got all our radiators working and showed us what to do if one fails again. He also recommended that we keep the existing radiator valves, since new ones are all made of plastic and don't last nearly as long. So - good service, good advice and no 'hard sell'! Thank you!. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that there was a bit of a mix-up over the appointment - no-one turned up the day first arranged so we had to re-book. However 2nd time lucky!

He was polite, professional and during the COVID outbreak, ensured he kept 2m away at all times and wore gloves. After inspection, he explained exactly what needed doing. This was followed up by a phone call and a fixed quote online. We accepted and quickly arranged the repair work. He arrived promptly and it look less time than predicted. He got me to check before he sealed up (which he did a great job of) and again, always polite and friendly. He also threw in a free flush repair!
