Great service! Efficient and friendly staff took my call and the heating engineer was prompt. The engineer took the trouble to listen and then explain so I felt the boiler problem was effectively fixed. I'm using them again if I need to no problem.

Very easy to book and very quick service. They were able to send a plumber the very day I called and sorted out the issue (replacing tap and waste) very quickly and for a fair price. The office (Jack) and the plumber (James) we’re friendly and professional.

Plumb London had great customer service, ensuring they update me with the progress a few times in the same day. The Plumber made extra effort to ensure I get the necessary parts same day to ensure all fits to the requirements even if this meant visiting many stores. Very pleased. Problem: leaks behind toilet cistern and constant trouble with water flow. Found 'Plumb London' on internet. They were good on the phone, then prompt to get to us. The guy was on it straight away, worked out all the problems and sorted it. Could've made it easier for himself by cutting away wood panelling but instead was really careful and tidy. Wore a mask the whole time as per current regulations etc. Nice job well done and happy to recommend them. Cheers.

Great job taking care of an old blockage which made our garden flood. Second engineer they sent was on point. Customer service needs a bit of work as multiple people got in touch with me for the same issues and I could see that communication was a bit of an issue. Overall a good experience, would use again.

A positive first experience with this company from my initial contact by phone onwards. The appointment was kept within the time slot promised and the job (replacing a faulty ballcock) was deftly completed by their friendly plumber (thanks James!) without fuss or mess.

Work performed (replacing taps in bathroom and kitchen) was done quickly and to a high standard. Plumber was very professional and courteous and was able to come at short notice. I would use this service again. The quote was a bit higher than I was expecting for a fairly small job, and since it is generated as a single number by a computer it doesn't give a breakdown between parts and labour. I did raise this during the follow up call and they said they'd try and send something over. Not a big deal but it's nice to know exactly what you're paying for.

I am very pleased with the work carried out by Plumb London - the customer pays for this service but it's definitely value for money - and peace of mind. In my particular case I had to have a damaged external gas pipe removed and replaced - because of it's awkward location it looked a difficult job. but the work was done with great care and efficiency. Efficiency and professional service Fast and efficient service does come at a price . Make sure you request a detailed quote before any wirk takes place . I was initially charge £40 to switch off the mains water supply which in effect took 3 seconds to do!

Good professional plumber The plumber was competent and my problem seemed to have been resolved. He asked me to check the pipes were tight enough at the joints and a couple of them weren’t, so he tightened them up a bit more. This is the reason I gave 4 stars. Other than that, my leak has been fixed and hopefully it will be ok for along time.

Professional and reliable service. I needed a plumber to fix a leak and unblock the kitchen sink during the Covid-19 lock down. After booking the appointment for the next day, the clear instructions on how to keep both the engineer and household members safe during the visit were sent via WhatsApp and text. He arrived promptly and worked in the kitchen while I was in another room. When he had finished we communicated at a safe distance. He was very professional and polite, and he had cleaned up afterwards. I have nothing negative to say about the experience. The charge was by the hour, and I would think comparative with other companies.

Speedy to respond and good value Very prompt to respond to a leak and found a plumber to come out within an hour. Charging a half hourly rate is also much better than most other companies so good value. The problem was fixed and the plumber very efficient.

I needed to get my whole boiler system replaced for a combi boiler and also have my bath drain unblocked. This was all done very quickly and the engineer, Mo, was very professional and courteous. Extractor Fan Installation The experience was a really good one. Mo kept in touch with me when he was going to be late. He and his sidekick carried out the work really well, it was not that easy. Quick response, same day, which is good given that the problem was the only toilet in the apartment. Pleasant and competent Albanian plumber. What annoys me is the need to write up the job on your time as part of the work you are paying for, resulting in £190 charge including the VAT

Even from America I managed to get a brand new installation done and new radiators supplied for my tenant. She was very happy & I was extremely happy with the service I received throughout the whole job.

Very good service - called out on an emergency in the middle of the coronavirus epidemic, an engineer was here within an hour and quickly sorted out our problem with minimum disruption. Me and my wife have used plumb London a number of times now and have always been happy :)
