Replacement of boiler and hot water cylinder and installation of wireless thermostat Excellent service! Very quick response. Boiler and cylinder replaced in 2 days exactly in line with the time and cost quote. Ivo and Blake were brilliant - very considerate, very tidy and their work was extremely neat and thorough. Ivo explained and demonstrated everything and explained the options clearly we had for repairing vs replacing. Made the decision to replace. We’ve had years of problems with our system and Ivo designed a much better set up for our house taking into account its size and how we use the heating. Highly recommended.

Came out to do my service. I explained that the boiler was having to be topped up every other day. The plumber did the service and said the boiler was okay but I needed a replacement main water supply valve on the boiler expansion vessel. I was told that he would get a quote for the part and work and get back to me. He never got back to me so I rang the Company. They called me back later that day and said the part was obsolete now and offered a quote for a new boiler. I told them the boiler was only 4 years old and told them not to bother. I then rang Remeha direct. They told me the part was readily available and gave me the part number, what's more it was available under warranty! I rang Plumb London back and left a message but they never got back to me. I arranged the repair with the manufacturer. When the guy came he said that I did not need a new part, only a washer. The loss of pressure was down to some tweaking which should have been picked up on service. SO, I am. It impressed with Plumb London, not only was the service not done properly, but they tried to get me a new boiler and have not returned my calls. Won't be using them again. Don't suppose this will stay on here either.
