A tricky plumbing job that another plumber had already turned down as too difficult (after having had me wait for his late arrival all afternoon). Milenko however turned up on time, did the job and explained throughout what he was doing and my options. The most positive experience i have had in hiring a plumber in 25 years in London.

I thought the customer service was… I thought the customer service was excellent and Adam the engineer did a very professional job. He was very efficient and I would strongly recommend Plumb London. Really happy with them and will be using their service in future for sure!

We are very pleased with Plumb London… We are very pleased with Plumb London and their work. The only request I would make is that engineer reports should be delivered in a typed format rather than hand-written notes. It can be difficult to read exactly what is said, especially when technical terms are used. If reports were typed, we would have rated 5 stars.

The work was put back a day, and the plumber arrived 2 hours later than planned, although I understand this was due to him having to work on another job and he was very apologetic about it. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the plumber gave me advice about how to best maintain the system. It's a bit difficult to say whether this will significantly improve the radiators, as it's only just been done but I've had this company do work for me before and they were able to solve the problem last time, so I am hopeful/confident.

I rang Plumb London after finding a leaky pipe last night and they sent out an engineer promptly on the same day giving me a 3-hour window. The engineer arrived and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, taking time to explain the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Plumb London to anyone.

Kitchen sink blockage cleared pronto My kitchen sink had a severe blockage that I just couldn’t shift. Plumb London were really responsive and did a truly thorough job. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Decommission Dishwasher, sink and waste Fabulous speedy service. I called in the morning to request a plumber to cut off the water supply to a dishwasher and sink asking could it be done the same day or the following. Ryan called roughly an hour after to say that he would be with us within half an hour that day. He attended our offices and carried out the necessary work cleanly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

To repair hot water tap/pipes and repair sanifliw unit. Matt showed up on time and quickly got to work. After fixing the tap/pipe, he initially thought the saniflow unit needed replacement, however, after numerous tests he discovered it was an electrical issue and fixed it. So the plumber fixed the electrical problem and saved me a great deal of money. These people are clearly highly technically skilled and, as importantly, highly trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

Combi Boiler Installed I wanted to install a new combi boiler and Plumb London handled everything quickly and efficiently. One of their engineers, Ivo, did the initial visit and returned two days later to install the boiler. He was extremely diligent and worked steadily for hours to ensure that everything worked correctly before he left - and it does. Thank you!

Boiler service The engineer arrived well within the time allocated, was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. We've used this company before and are very happy to continue using them, and recommending them to others. Reliable and not overpriced.

Toilet flush broke - had to get a new Cistern fitted as old one was rusted Were very good at communicating and especially through Email and understanding I don’t work from home so working around that.

Installed a new rain shower and mixer taps on the bath and new taps on the bathroom basin. Excellent service. Left the enquiry online and someone called back within 24 hours and provided a quote. The work was booked for three days later. The plumber arrived on time and was excellent. He explained exactly what he would do and the bathroom was clean and tidy when he had finished. He demonstrated the working before leaving. There was no issue with the fact we had provided our own parts.

Honest price, friendly and efficient service I submitted the task (a relatively small one) into checkatrade and got a few quotes, with theirs being the most reasonable. Friendly service person arrived to the house that day, and quickly sorted our issue. He was very honest about the cause and was quickly able to resolve it, due to having seen similar many times. Much appreciated the honesty, no nonsense, and kind approach.

Fixing leaking garden tap. The person who attended to undertake the work; Ivaor was professional, courteous and smart in appearance. He carefully assessed the problem and having done so quickly expidited the necessary repair.

In one visit, we priced out repairing my 15yr old boiler (part available same day) and re-pricing a new boiler. They supplied the new boiler and 2 installers the next morning (Sat) and we had hot water and heating that day. Brilliant service, nice guys who taught us how to use the screen based thermostat system. The Office kept me me up to date too, even on a Friday night.

So happy - I needed an urgent gas certificate, I called Friday afternoon and got an appointment for Monday morning - A lovely gentleman called at 9, he did a super thorough check of the boiler/ hob/ meter and my certificate was emailed 2 hours later .......Fantastic! - will definitley use again, highly recommended
