We manage several properties in central London and have had extensive work completed by Mo from Plumb London including everything from commercial boiler replacements to domestic boiler installs and servicing to random maintenance including fixing showers, replacing radiators and identifying and fixing leaks. Even though our properties are old and challenging to maintain, Mo has always provided an exemplary service. His work is as professional as you could hope for and his manor and customer communication have always been positive and courteous. Jack, our account manager, has always turned quotes and admin issues around fast and with professionalism. Price wise I would say Plumb London are just where you want them to be - competitive and at the end of the day good value for money.

Overall happy customers Very satisfied with the final result. Our case was quite complex as we had a few engineers from different companies and no one seemed to be able to find a solution for our water tank which was constantly leaking. Then Plumblondon came to our rescue! Being 100% honest (the plan changed a couple of times from our side) there was a lack of communication at times (eg. getting a response from the management team took a few days) which made us very anxious as the problem was still ongoing. This was probably due to our case being quite complex and us requesting information (such as drawings of the work to be done). However, once we agreed on a suitable plan, the engineers made an amazing job and we can now say we are happy customers. Overall service not the cheapest however to the top standard. Would recommend to our friends and family.

Excellent job on our leaking shower room Mo came in some weeks ago to fix the leaking shower room. He started with the major job of taking out the broken floor tiles. He discussed possible solutions and suggested installing a one-piece resin shower tray. This had a long delivery time from the manufacturer, but Mo came back with it last week and spent two days installing it. We are very pleased with the result and the excellent workmanship. Thank you, Mo. We will be recommending you to other people.

Needed repair on our boiler, which wend down this am. Critical problem in cold weather. Initially ordered from our electricity and gas supplier, whose contractor failed to respond for 7 hours! Contacted Plumb London at 1413 today: very courteous and efficient - engineer was there by 1610, very competent, quick and pleasant. Did the job and made a couple of suggestions as to setup and boiler maintenance. Engineer's visit followed up by a courtesy call to check as to result and service. Pricing isn't cheap, but given the speed of response and quality of service it's good value for money.

Client centric Ironically I went for another company as they offered a slightly better deal in terms of what I was looking for but Plumb London were so friendly, professional and actually continued to offer me guidance and advice after I opted to work with another firm. Great all round experience!

Good customer experience Really good experience - our plumber listened to our problem and investigated our issue (a bad smell) and suggested we call pest control as it could be rodent related as opposed to plumbing. And then if any plumbing does need to be done after our rodent issue has been resolved then could come back. So a great customer outcome for us, but no plumbing specific feedback!

Can't fault their customer service, it was excellent. Came to fix a toilet and unfortunately misdiagnosed (these things happen), but sent out a recall free of charge and then refunded without any questions when I decided to arrange alternative work. Plumb London were great We had a leak in our boiler's pipework and Plumb London were great. The communication was really great, the engineer turned up when he said he would and he was very professional and helpful. I'd recommend them.

On time, but minimal attempt to rectify issue They responded to a general work request on checkatrade for a faulty electrical underfloor heating. The display module said 'Lo' which the manual implied was a faulty sensor. I offered to photograph the unit in advance of site visit, but they declined saying they worked with all underfloor heating types. When site visit, which I prepaid £50+ VAT for 1/2 hour, the engineer looked at it for 3 mins and said the panel had a faulty connection and we just needed to buy a new one and left! My husband and I disconnected the display panel fiddled about with it for about 20 mins and now it's working. What if we hadn't been the kind of people that want to try to fix things ourselves- we would have needlessly paid another £50-60 for new panel, when the engineer made no attempt to rectify the faulty connection himself. I know it was 7pm and home time, but he probably could have at least looked at it and fixed it in 15 mins, given that I had paid for 30mins work.

Combi Boiler Installed I wanted to install a new combi boiler and Plumb London handled everything quickly and efficiently. One of their engineers, Ivo, did the initial visit and returned two days later to install the boiler. He was extremely diligent and worked steadily for hours to ensure that everything worked correctly before he left - and it does. Thank you!

Toilet flush broke - had to get a new Cistern fitted as old one was rusted Were very good at communicating and especially through Email and understanding I don’t work from home so working around that.

Installed a new rain shower and mixer taps on the bath and new taps on the bathroom basin. Excellent service. Left the enquiry online and someone called back within 24 hours and provided a quote. The work was booked for three days later. The plumber arrived on time and was excellent. He explained exactly what he would do and the bathroom was clean and tidy when he had finished. He demonstrated the working before leaving. There was no issue with the fact we had provided our own parts.

I rang Plumb London after finding a leaky pipe last night and they sent out an engineer promptly on the same day giving me a 3-hour window. Kitchen sink blockage cleared pronto My kitchen sink had a severe blockage that I just couldn’t shift. Plumb London were really responsive and did a truly thorough job. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Decommission Dishwasher, sink and waste Fabulous speedy service. I called in the morning to request a plumber to cut off the water supply to a dishwasher and sink asking could it be done the same day or the following. Ryan called roughly an hour after to say that he would be with us within half an hour that day. He attended our offices and carried out the necessary work cleanly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE Cannot recommend highly enough. My boiler was condemned and dangerous, no hot water or heating and 24 hours later I have a fully installed new boiler. Ivo did an amazing job and worked from8 to 6:45. Very satisfied customer!

New Boiler The engineer who fitted my boiler was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Although I had concerns with fitting a new boiler on the 3rd floor and possible damage to the render on the outside of my property, the boiler was fitted smoothly with no problems.

In one visit, we priced out repairing my 15yr old boiler (part available same day) and re-pricing a new boiler. They supplied the new boiler and 2 installers the next morning (Sat) and we had hot water and heating that day. Brilliant service, nice guys who taught us how to use the screen based thermostat system. The Office kept me me up to date too, even on a Friday night.

So happy - I needed an urgent gas certificate, I called Friday afternoon and got an appointment for Monday morning - A lovely gentleman called at 9, he did a super thorough check of the boiler/ hob/ meter and my certificate was emailed 2 hours later .......Fantastic! - will definitley use again, highly recommended

To repair hot water tap/pipes and repair sanifliw unit. Matt showed up on time and quickly got to work. After fixing the tap/pipe, he initially thought the saniflow unit needed replacement, however, after numerous tests he discovered it was an electrical issue and fixed it. So the plumber fixed the electrical problem and saved me a great deal of money. These people are clearly highly technically skilled and, as importantly, highly trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

I have used them a couple of times regarding recurring boiler issues, annual check-up and some underfloor heating tips and the quality of work has always been very good. I have always been given a quote beforehand and there has never been anything extra added afterwards. The plumbers were always on time, very courteous, and provided tips and ideas of how best to deal with the issues at hand. The reservation service is also outstanding and very courteous. We have used South London Plumbing and Heating for the installation of our boiler and servicing. We have found it easy to book appointments - and they call to give 30 minute notice within the time allocation which provides flexibility.

Friendly reliable plumbing company This is the second time I have used Plumb London for my annual boiler service. The engineers are lovely and friendly, worked quickly and were able to answer any queries I had. The team in the office kept me updated with any delays to the arrival of the engineer, so I was able to plan around them. I also liked that they got in touch with me to remind me that the annual service was due on my boiler.

Very helpful Very helpful, good correspondence, and did a great job of fitting the boiler. Overall very happy. The only thing which wasn’t great was how the room the boiler was in was left. Carpet stains and room left in a real mess. Overall as I said very happy with the work but as one bit of feedback.

The engineer The engineer, Steeve was very courteous and professional and did an excellent job installing new shower mixers in both bathrooms. He also had to do do some retiling. We are very happy customers.

Professional & friendly The plumbers from Plumb London have done 4 jobs for me since I moved into my new home 5 weeks ago (by Mo, Dennis & Brett): most recently they unblocked the drain from my kitchen which was completely blocked with years of fat build up. Blocked Sink Although they had to cancel the first appointment due to the allocated plumber had to attend a emergency flood. He arrived the next day in the set time slot and removed the sink blockage.

Fixed a broken outside pipe leading from the kitchen sink. Very impressed, Phones answered straightaway, very friendly people. William sourced the part and fixed the pipe with no fuss and it was all working again in no time.

The service from this company is outstanding. When I had an issue with my Boiler they were very quick to arrange an appointment for one of there highly trained Specialists to come and view it. I recieved an excellent service from them, with the Specialist making sure I understood what was happening and how much things were costing and when it was understood I would need a second visit from them, it was arrange quickly and soon so as not to cause future disruption to me. They provide a wonderful office support too that can also guide you through the payments and arranging future call outs, keeping you with the same person, providing great customer care and service and it makes you feel like you are really being looked after. Friendly service and good pricing model! I went with Plumb London because they only charged in 30 min increments rather than 1 hour increments/minimum which I think set them apart from other plumbers I researched. I was a bit annoyed originally when I got a call 5 mins before the close of the window given to me that they were running late possibly by an hour. But he arrived 30 mins after my given slot closed. I had Omar who fixed the Fawcett in the bathroom sink that apparently was blocked by the hard water. He cleaned the filter up in minutes so did not need new parts and advised how I could unscrew it and clean it myself in future. Very pleased with the friendly service that made up for the slight delay.

A great bathroom refit job by Plumb London Steve da Costa was the tradesman from Plumb London who refitted my bathroom. He did an incredible job whilst being very respectful of my home and very professional in every way. I had three water leaks, one in the cupboard, one under the bath and the toilet, the whole floor had to be replaced and the leaks fixed and he did an amazing job on all. His attention to detail is outstanding as is his talent to cut and fit tiles, grouting and sealant. I feel confident that everything is fixed and sealed and it looks great. I recommend him highly.

To fix a leaking overflow on a bath that was causing flooding Very polite lady on the phone when I booked. Was given a 5 hour time window (11.00-4.00) and plumber arrived after 4hrs 59minutes. It would have been nice to have got an earlier heads up that he'd be coming later rather than sooner. Plumber was a lovely guy, very competent and fixed the job well. Only criticism is that the job could probably have been done in under an hour, but we were charged for 2 hours.

Gas Safety Certificate The job was booked by our landlord, so the company called us to arrange a convenient time and date. On the day we were called before the scheduled time to say he was on his way and he turned up a few minutes later. He explained what he needed to do, just got in with it and checked we were happy before he left. Would recommend.

Besi was very quick and professional. Initial boiler service showed a few things that needed sorting out; explanation of situation and quote for further work was very thorough, and was able to organise appointment for additional work for the following day. Payment all done by card over the phone.

The service is very good - when the engineers are available. We had two procedures done and the first was no problem at all: we booked for our shower to be fixed, the engineer arrived at the agreed time and did the job efficiently. The second job, unblocking the kitchen sink, was scheduled soon after. We ended up rescheduling 3 times due to engineer unavailability - first there was an emergency, then the wrong parts had been delivered. When he was finally available (he came on a Saturday, a week before the weekend service was supposed to begin, which we appreciated), the engineer did a great job. Overall, I can only say the service is mediocre although the engineer was good at his job. We were severely inconvenienced by having to reschedule so much.

Good plumbers So glad I used Plumb London for the repairs to my drainage pipe. First inspection by Billy was spot on and the subsequent work he carried out for us was first rate. He explained everything that was going to be done and even made sure that all drainage from bathroom was functioning correctly before signing off the work. I couldn’t ask for more.
