What a great service I received when my boiler stopped heating the water. I called expecting it to be days before anyone could get to me to find that engineers where available that day. If only all companies were run this way.

I am writing to compliment Sue who answered my call the other day. She was such a pleasure to deal with and did everything she could to help; including putting me through to an engineer so I could get some advice before they called to fix the problem.

We have used PlumbLondon for the past 3 years to service our boiler and are very happy with the service they provide. They are friendly, reliable and efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Timely response to a rather panicked flat in the midst of a leak! The plumber who arrived was friendly, and explained things well to us. Any extra charges that would have been necessary (they were in the end, not necessary) were explained in detail, and costings were outlined. Highly recommended.

Good communication. Confirmed where leaks in toilet were coming from. Explained what he would do. Told me how much it would cost. Got the job done.

Update: issue was due to a typo at their end. Refund promised. Their email needs fixing but I’ve upgraded to 4* based on the engineers The engineers were quite good. However I was then overcharged £60 against the invoices I've been given. The company are not responding to email queries so I've had to arrange for my bank to prevent further deductions against my account. You give your card details before the engineer arrives which I don't mind. However there are then 5 separate transactions none of which matches an invoice amount (I only have two invoices). There could be an innocent reason for the way I've been charged but in the absence of a response from the company I have to assume it's to confuse so you aren't aware how much you've been charged. On this basis I have to recommend choosing a different plumber. This is a shame because as I said the engineers were good

Rang at short notice to have a radiator removed and they arrived the next day on time, all complete in just over an hour. Marvellous service both on the phone and in person, excellent value for money and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have now used Plumb London for 4 consecutive years to have our boiler serviced. I have used Bezi as our engineer who has always been on time, very friendly, answers any questions and very reassuring. I will continue using Plumb London and Bezi for as long as I can!

Did the work required and dealt with an associated problem efficiently, fetched a new part, and spent as long as it took to finish the job.

Very happy with the service - our plumber was efficient, polite, and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. I called at noon and the problem was fixed by 5pm.

As landlords of three London properties it is such a relief to know there is just one number we need to call for all of our plumbing needs. No more scrabbling about for numbers of various different plumbers we have used in different areas. The service is friendly, quick and reliable. We will continue to use Plumb London in the future.

Great service when our boiler recently broke down. The engineer came on time and carefully explained everything to us. He went out a got the new part needed (a fan) and the boiler was working a couple of hours later. Really good service and based on our experience, I would use them again.

Great service and very professional. My boiler system broke down and the engineer came out to investigate the problem. A new Valiant system was agreed on and installed the very next day. The work was done in a very fast and professional way. I'm very happy in the work that has been done.

Having called Plumb London, I managed to get a plumber out in a couple of hours. The service was very professional and thorough. Bledi was great - he sorted out the leak and also our wobbly tap which has been wobbly for years! Would definitely recommend.

It did not take long for a someone to come and look at my broken bath tap and replace it. The plumber was very helpful and did the job within a decent time.

The service was responsive, thorough and friendly. I called up, not having a clue what was wrong with the boiler and a friendly expert who inspired confidence that he knew his stuff came around and advised on what had happened and what needed doing. Undertaking the work, he spotted wider problems and again advised on the work, as well as how to break it down to deal with the urgent and delay the rest, so as to manage cost. Work has been done quickly and cleanly. The service to arrange the work and sort payment has been efficient and friendly. I'd say that I WOULD recommend them - but in fact, I already HAVE recommended them to neighbours.

Really friendly team who dealt with my plumbing request quickly. A plumber arrived that evening and repaired the botched job left by a previous employer. He was v friendly and helpful - giving us advice. It was a very hard space to get into so he took a video to show us it was fixed and the leaks had been stopped. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I am very pleased with the level of service I received from Plumb London. The engineer contacted me half an hour before he arrived to confirm he was on route...and he arrived in the allocated time slot agreed when I made the appointment. Excellent service. The service i received was extremely professional and efficient. After completing the job the plumber actually took time to clean the counter. Really appreciated the genuine effort put into doing an excellent job. Would recommend to everyone, as you also get photos and videos of the job before and after.

Thanks, Plumb London, for sending out a Gas Safe engineer, who came on the same day, at a good price (£50 per half hour) and fixing my gas leak problem. Great service from initial phone call to job done. Highly recommend

Great service from Andy at Plumb London. I wanted a service from British Gas and was told I'd have to wait 6 weeks so I phoned Plumb London who sent a guy around the next day! Turns out Andy had previously worked for British gas and was highly experienced and friendly. Would def recommend Plumb London for great customer service and experience :-)

Leaky overflow in toilet fixed. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Kept informed about plumber running a bit late - but still arrived within specified time. One visit to assess the problem and a further visit to complete the work. They were able to come when I wanted them to and were a pleasure to deal with. Would be very happy to use this company again.

My combi boiler started making the radiators warm whenever the hot water was on. The engineer from Plumb London was courteous, explained the problem and fixed it for the amount quoted. Overall, very happy.
