Rang at short notice to have a radiator removed and they arrived the next day on time, all complete in just over an hour. Marvellous service both on the phone and in person, excellent value for money and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Top notch service. Called Plumb London first thing and within a couple of hours a plumber was at my address carrying out the work. Both the staff on the phone and the plumber they sent were friendly, courteous, professional and efficient from start to finish!

I am very pleased with the work carried out by Plumb London - the customer pays for this service but it's definitely value for money - and peace of mind. In my particular case I had to have a damaged external gas pipe removed and replaced - because of it's awkward location it looked a difficult job. but the work was done with great care and efficiency. Quick response, same day, which is good given that the problem was the only toilet in the apartment. Pleasant and competent Albanian plumber. What annoys me is the need to write up the job on your time as part of the work you are paying for, resulting in £190 charge including the VAT

Vlatiko arrived on time for the gas safety check and central heating maintenance. He was able to quickly identify a couple of problems and arranged a prompt return visit to fix them. Plumb London ensured I was reminded of the visits and were quick to follow up and check I was satisfied.

Great service from Andy at Plumb London. I wanted a service from British Gas and was told I'd have to wait 6 weeks so I phoned Plumb London who sent a guy around the next day! Turns out Andy had previously worked for British gas and was highly experienced and friendly. Would def recommend Plumb London for great customer service and experience :-)

Leaky overflow in toilet fixed. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Kept informed about plumber running a bit late - but still arrived within specified time. One visit to assess the problem and a further visit to complete the work. They were able to come when I wanted them to and were a pleasure to deal with. Update: issue was due to a typo at their end. Refund promised. Their email needs fixing but I’ve upgraded to 4* based on the engineers The engineers were quite good. However I was then overcharged £60 against the invoices I've been given. The company are not responding to email queries so I've had to arrange for my bank to prevent further deductions against my account. You give your card details before the engineer arrives which I don't mind. However there are then 5 separate transactions none of which matches an invoice amount (I only have two invoices). There could be an innocent reason for the way I've been charged but in the absence of a response from the company I have to assume it's to confuse so you aren't aware how much you've been charged. On this basis I have to recommend choosing a different plumber. This is a shame because as I said the engineers were good

the engineer, was prompt, friendly and very thorough, was kinda taken aback with the cost of the work, but if you want good workmanship, then its only to be expected, i've asked them for a quote to replace my boiler in the not too distant future, which i was very pleasantly surprised was quite competitive, so i will definitely be giving them a call to replace it,

Andy, the engineer who replaced my leaking radiator, was quick, efficient, friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. I was not well and he was very compassionate and sensitive to my circumstances. Should I need any further work doing, I would ask for Andy personally. Connor in the office got back to me quickly and was also courteous and friendly.

Timely response to a rather panicked flat in the midst of a leak! The plumber who arrived was friendly, and explained things well to us. Any extra charges that would have been necessary (they were in the end, not necessary) were explained in detail, and costings were outlined. Highly recommended.

Quick, friendly and competent It’s the second time I’ve called this company and I can only recommend them. Friendly phone service, the also extremely friendly and competent engineer was here within an hour, he sorted the boiler out and gave me some hints what to do in the future. All very good!

The engineer was quicklt able to diagnose the problem and source replacement parts locally saving time and money. I would definately recommend these guys and will use them again myself, but hopefully not for while.

Plumb London - what a fantastic team Plumb London, what an exceptionally customer focused company you are. After finding our shower had stopped working we googled same day shower repairs and came across Plumb London. A quick call later with their team (poor Louise who was probably tired of hearing from us by the end of the day!) and we had an emergency call out booked with a promise to arrive by 4pm that day. The engineer arrived in plenty of time but sadly was unable to make the repair as the shower unit was totally burnt out on the inside. Here’s where Plumb London really went above and beyond and set themselves above most companies (in all industries) - although they do not work on Saturdays usually, Connor in the office agreed not only to arrange for an engineer to attend, but he also arranged for the shower unit to be sourced. The job was carried out today by a polite, respectful and knowledgable engineer who just rounded out an amazing customer service experience for me and my family. I cannot thank the team or recommend them highly enough. The prices were fair and reasonable and worth every penny. Thank you team and Plumb London, one very happy family thanks to you.

Good Plumbing Option I had a leak that was not so quick to solve. It needed a replacement, not just repair. The engineer made a quick assessment on the first visit and then did a great job when he came back. Very thorough, explained everything very well, covered all my concerns. All was to high standard. I did have an issue with the admin side. I was promised a quote within 2-3 days but didn’t get for a week. There can always be delays with suppliers, etc., but my issue was that I always had to chase to get an update, rather than the company reaching out to me.

Great job taking care of an old blockage which made our garden flood. Second engineer they sent was on point. Customer service needs a bit of work as multiple people got in touch with me for the same issues and I could see that communication was a bit of an issue. Overall a good experience, would use again.

The repair works were done in a very professional and friendly manner by the skilled engineer. The prices are not low, as the fixed price quotes include the time engineer needs to go and pick up various parts at an expensive hourly rate, and there is no transparency on how much the parts cost. So good quality workmanship but does not come cheap - but have not compared the prices so can't say if that is just the case for all plumbers!

I have now used Plumb London for 4 consecutive years to have our boiler serviced. I have used Bezi as our engineer who has always been on time, very friendly, answers any questions and very reassuring. I will continue using Plumb London and Bezi for as long as I can!

Great service when our boiler recently broke down. The engineer came on time and carefully explained everything to us. He went out a got the new part needed (a fan) and the boiler was working a couple of hours later. Really good service and based on our experience, I would use them again.

Really friendly team who dealt with my plumbing request quickly. A plumber arrived that evening and repaired the botched job left by a previous employer. He was v friendly and helpful - giving us advice. It was a very hard space to get into so he took a video to show us it was fixed and the leaks had been stopped. Excellent service. The service i received was extremely professional and efficient. After completing the job the plumber actually took time to clean the counter. missed appointment but good on second visit My first appointment was for 4pm on a Thursday and no one showed up. I called them back and booked them in again at a discounted rate which they honoured. The plumber who came was very good, clear, efficient. I booked them in again for a full replacement which was completed well and on time. My only concerns were the missed 1st appointment and the fact that the removed tank was left by my communal bins - not sure whether this will be picked up or if this will cause problems.

Beyond expectations I originally called these guys out to fix a long-standing leak at the back of one of the toilets in my home. I ended up commissioning them to fully refurbish both of my bathrooms. The end product is testament to the professionalism they have shown in all my engagements with them. What Mo and his young team of assistants have achieved in the space of a little over 2 weeks is truly remarkable - I couldn't be happier. The job was carried out entirely to my satisfaction and the site of the work was left spic and span.

Professional and reliable service. I needed a plumber to fix a leak and unblock the kitchen sink during the Covid-19 lock down. After booking the appointment for the next day, the clear instructions on how to keep both the engineer and household members safe during the visit were sent via WhatsApp and text. He arrived promptly and worked in the kitchen while I was in another room. When he had finished we communicated at a safe distance.
