I've been using the team from PlumbLondon to service my central heating boiler for the last few years. They are always polite and courteous when you call the team to book, and have been flexible with appointments. This year they had to reschedule at short notice, but made sure to get in touch and offer some alternative dates.

Boiler service The appt to service my boiler was made a couple of weeks ago, but plumb followed up and confirmed appt. Engineer arrived within time frame agreed and completed the work without any problem.

Amazing experience thank you Jack! I run a letting agency and we recently had an emergency situation with our underfloor heating in one of our properties. This case was handled by Jack (Head of Sales) and I cannot compliment him enough. The way he handled it was truly second turn on. Friendly, prompt and long-lasting resolution The engineer from Plumb London arrived on time and swiftly resolved the leak in my property. As soon as he identified the problem, he gave me various solutions helping me select/identify the one most relevant to my needs. Furthermore, he took the time to help me understand how to prevent the problem occurring in the future.

Excellent service Friendly on the phone when booking, friendly plumber and got the job done properly. He also, explained what the exact problem was and how to improve the condition of the toilet water container. Thank you great experience overall. I then had a phone call asking how it went and if I was happy with the service provided, which I thought was great as many companies don’t care to call and ask for feedback.
