Boiler service This is the third time I have used this company for my annual boiler service. As ever, the plumber arrived on time, explained exactly what he was doing and how long. It was going to take, and worked quickly without making any mess. He was polite and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending him

Solving a dripping kitchen mixer tap - it needed a new tap. Having tried two other companies (one wouldn’t come as we are in a parking zone and the other never got back to me) I used this company and Charlie first diagnosed the problem, ordered the new tap and fitted shortly afterwards and we are happy to have the issue resolved. Charlie was polite and friendly, quick too.

Bathroom water leakage Thanks for engineer PAR who is polite and helpful. He quickly identified and fixed the source of leakage in my bathroom. Also, re-sealed the silicone shower trap. Highly recommend Plumb London to anyone for plumber work.

I've given Plumb London 4 stars for the work which we recently had done. We have a water filter and mixer Kitchen tap that needs replacing. The tap was expensive and needed to be ordered but once it arrived the plumber was very good getting it fitted as it wasn't easy to access the space needed. I will say that we did have 2 cancelled appointments due to a problem with another job and the part not being ready when it should have been so I would suggest better communication with customers but for the work done I would use them again and recommend them.

Very happy with the service provided for a small issue of dripping taps. Quick response manageable time slot...after 4.30 so not having to take lots of time out of work. Very nice engineer, Kaywan, professional, quick and on time. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Professional, efficient and good value After a hiccup where the engineer couldn't come at the arranged time and had to reschedule for another day, he rang when he was on his way, and serviced the boiler promptly. The engineer was smart, polite and professional. Plumb London installed my new combi-boiler two years ago and gave me a free annual service one year later. Overall, I feel like they are a company that is professional and good value, that strives to do good work and leave a good impression. Happy to recommend them.

The team at Plumb London were great - speedily responded to my enquiry, direct lines of communication, and they worked around me with ease whilst I was working from home. All preparations were made to take into account social distancing rules also. Would recommend.

Thorough job Brett was really keen to get to the root of quite a longstanding problem with the drainage from my kitchen sink. It was quite a pricey job as specialist equipment had to be used to remove what turned out to be dried paint! Thankfully it is now sorted. I was impressed with Brett's enthusiasm and commitment to getting a clear drain and would use his services again.

Friendly, informative and professional plumbers We initially had a strange smell coming from our kitchen so called Plumb London. Brett came to the house and found the problem was coming from our dishwasher. He then returned two days later with a colleague to remove the dishwasher and we discovered there would have been a catastrophic issue had the problem not been found and dealt with. Throughout the time he was in the house, Brett kept us updated with his progress, provided options moving forward and allayed any fears that we had. It was a quick, very professional job and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Plumb London moving forward.

Diagnosing and replacing my boiler Plumb London were thorough and efficient. Both engineers who visited were polite and friendly. They discussed the problem l had with my boiler clearly and gave me options around what needed to be done. Once it was decided I needed a new boiler they were able to fit it within days. Again the engineer was respectful and polite and tidied away after himself. Very happy with the service.

The Plumb London company responded to my burst pipe emergency immediately and effectively. With water flooding my kitchen i was very stressed when i called. The staff were reassuring and responded to the call proactively getting a plumber to arrive at my home within an hour. The plumber worked very swiftly and efficiently to fix the burst pipe and was thorough in checking over the other related pipes for faults making recommendations for improving the safety. The charges were super reasonable and I am delighted to find a local company who i can rely on.

I can’t recommend these guys enough! An engineer (Mo) was sent to our property within a couple of hours of my request and was honest, polite and diligent. He said we need a new boiler and quoted me instantly for the boiler he recommended for our home. The next day Jack in the office set up a call with himself, Mo, my partner and myself to finalise next steps and costs. Everything was agreed so easily and Mo arrived at our house the next morning with everything. He worked all day on installing our new boiler and was so lovely and worked with minimal disruption to us. He was super efficient and went above and beyond for us. At the end of the day, he cleaned up everything so well and even wiped down the surfaces where he has been working and swept the floor. I’ve never seen this level of care and respect before. I am honestly so impressed and would never have another plumber come to our house again. You can trust them and they do a good job at a competitive price with smiles on their faces. Mo is terrific! Our new boiler works perfectly and our home is lovely and warm!

Excellent Communication Communication with the service team was very informative and helpful in arranging the appointment. Engineer called and the service team called prior to the appointment to let me know they are attending. Engineer was courteous and did the checks thoroughly. All communication was prompt and helpful.

A brilliant solution The customer service and quality of work I received from Plumb London was great. I engaged them to fix a broken and leaking shower diverter tap that could not be replaced like-for-like. They took the time to investigate the issue and solve the problem by sourcing a replacement cartridge that meant we could avoid removing and re-doing the tiling - which would have been very expensive and inconvenient. I now have a shower that's just like new!

Extremely professional, will definitely use again. From the polite lady on the telephone booking my appointment and the most extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable young gentleman that attended my property to carry out the service. Professional, thorough and available We were upgrading our boiler system and fixing pipes. The engineers were very professional - their work was very neat and thorough. They conducted a lot of tests staying as late as required to complete the work on time. They made themselves available to ensure we were comfortable with the renovation work that needed to happen. While on the job, they identified issues and fixed them as they were progressing. I would recommend using their service

Great service, but had to reschedule The plumber who replaced my radiator was friendly and worked quickly! I'm no expert, but I think he's done a great job, too! We had some trouble arranging a time for the works to be completed, and had to reschedule a couple of times due to Plumb London's availability. This didn't bother me, but temper your expectations if you have limited times when you can stay home to receive the plumber.

10/10 Called up from their number on trust a trader, got a same day appointment for the leak in my kitchen that had unknown origin. Brandon then came over a few hours later, identified leak, popped out to get a replacement part and came back and fitted it. Professional, friendly and quick, couldn’t ask for a better service.

The work was done but I’ve been overcharged I was offered a £10 refund on the service to write a review. The initial consult lasted around 30mins and the issue was found. The cost of that was £108 which I was told would be included in the final fee if I went ahead with Plumb London. The quote arrived - two hours work for a change of T-joint and new tap! The tap was £100 and the T-Joint was a ridiculous price too - you can buy a multipack of T-joints in screwfix for £10! And the new tap like for like is also in screwfix for £20. I phoned to question the quote and they reduced it to one hour plus £40 tap and £16 T-joint which is still a ridiculous price but it just needed fixing so I accepted. I’ve just noticed they charged me for the work and the additional £108 so have requested a refund as I was told this would be included. The customer service was easy to get through to and the engineers were happy but they take your credit card details before they even turn up, so you don’t get a chance to decline payment request if they’re over charging. Looking forward to my £108 refund and my £10 refund for this review.

I was informed i would receive a… I was informed i would receive a message 30 mins before arrival of engineer, but i did not receive this. The engineer was polite and efficient. He fixed 2 out of 3 problems. I was informed i will receive a quote for the other issue shortly. The engineer was on site for 1 1/4 hrs, but I was charged for 2 hours. Not too happy about this.

He completed the work quickly and explained clearly what was happening and all options I had, allowing me to make an informed choice.

Needed a plumber same day for an… Needed a plumber same day for an increasingly fast dripping tap. Went via checkatrade and plumb London got back to me within minutes to confirm they could do the job. A “ very nice” plumber had visited by lunchtime and replaced the taps ( for an eye watering price needless to say!) I wasn’t there but my Mum’s carer said the plumber was really polite and did a great job.

Matt the plumber was absolutely superb Matt the plumber was absolutely superb. Came when he said estimated the cost correctly, did tge job perfectly ...I would use Plumb London for all my plumbing needs in future.

The plumber arrived on time on both visits. On the first visit, they diagnosed the problem quickly and recommended the replacement pieces for the system. Once the pieces arrived, another visit was made to install them, and now everything works fine. Bonus fact: The plumber was polite and courteous. We have the habit of removing our shoes when coming into the house, but we usually don't ask people doing services in the house, as it's a bit of a hassle for them. But plumber noticed that and removed their shoes without us saying anything. Actions Share

Plumber required to mend dripping taps Plumb London dealt with the problem very efficiently. The plumber that was despatched was very polite and pleasant and although the job ended up requiring new taps ( so more expensive than expected ) the quality of the overall service compensated.

Bathroom drain clearing. 2 Plumbers attended to carry out drain clearing for bathroom tub and sink with machinery. Both were polite and professional, explained the works they were carrying out and completed in a timely manner. Explained some methods to help prevention in the future of blocks, and also explained where issues could arise. Was quoted works to be done in 2.5hrs, but were gone in 2. Pricing was a little on the higher side, but hopefully the work carried out will reflect the money spent.

Fix underfloor and other central heating issues Prompt service, excellent communication and a job well done. Mo was friendly, polite and helpful, as was your central team. Importantly he knew what he was doing and the heating is finally fixed.

The service from this company is outstanding. When I had an issue with my Boiler they were very quick to arrange an appointment for one of there highly trained Specialists to come and view it. I recieved an excellent service from them, with the Specialist making sure I understood what was happening and how much things were costing and when it was understood I would need a second visit from them, it was arrange quickly and soon so as not to cause future disruption to me. They provide a wonderful office support too that can also guide you through the payments and arranging future call outs, keeping you with the same person, providing great customer care and service and it makes you feel like you are really being looked after. I would recommend them to anyone and will always use them for any future issues I have with my home.

Friendly service and good pricing model! I went with Plumb London because they only charged in 30 min increments rather than 1 hour increments/minimum which I think set them apart from other plumbers I researched. I was a bit annoyed originally when I got a call 5 mins before the close of the window given to me that they were running late possibly by an hour. But he arrived 30 mins after my given slot closed. I had Omar who fixed the Fawcett in the bathroom sink that apparently was blocked by the hard water. He cleaned the filter up in minutes so did not need new parts and advised how I could unscrew it and clean it myself in future. Very pleased with the friendly service that made up for the slight delay.

A great bathroom refit job by Plumb London Steve da Costa was the tradesman from Plumb London who refitted my bathroom. He did an incredible job whilst being very respectful of my home and very professional in every way. I had three water leaks, one in the cupboard, one under the bath and the toilet, the whole floor had to be replaced and the leaks fixed and he did an amazing job on all. His attention to detail is outstanding as is his talent to cut and fit tiles, grouting and sealant. I feel confident that everything is fixed and sealed and it looks great. I recommend him highly.

Fantastic service from Plumb London today. Blocked pipes no longer blocked and great advice given from their plumber Brett Boyer. I always find having to book a plumber worrying but this was all stress free. Also very competitive rates. Highly recommend.

To fix a leaking overflow on a bath that was causing flooding Very polite lady on the phone when I booked. Was given a 5 hour time window (11.00-4.00) and plumber arrived after 4hrs 59minutes. It would have been nice to have got an earlier heads up that he'd be coming later rather than sooner. Plumber was a lovely guy, very competent and fixed the job well. Only criticism is that the job could probably have been done in under an hour, but we were charged for 2 hours.

Gas Safety Certificate The job was booked by our landlord, so the company called us to arrange a convenient time and date. On the day we were called before the scheduled time to say he was on his way and he turned up a few minutes later. He explained what he needed to do, just got in with it and checked we were happy before he left. Would recommend.

Replacing external taps Same day service and friendly communications. Steeve (correct spelling) was prompt and did a very good job. I was very pleased with the result and would be happy to recommend this company. I have kept their number.

Replacing a broken stop cock, finding leaky pipe under sink, and installing a new kitchen tap Amazing service from start to finish! Steve was wonderful and efficient, and the Plumb London team kept me up to date with the visit times and follow up after work was done. Could not recommend higher!

EXCELLENT SERVICE Cannot recommend highly enough. My boiler was condemned and dangerous, no hot water or heating and 24 hours later I have a fully installed new boiler. Ivo did an amazing job and worked from8 to 6:45. Very satisfied customer!

New Boiler The engineer who fitted my boiler was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Although I had concerns with fitting a new boiler on the 3rd floor and possible damage to the render on the outside of my property, the boiler was fitted smoothly with no problems.

Plumb London told me exactly what was going on and presented me with clear options for the way forward. They were the only company to understand the convoluted hearing system I had inherited. Mo spent a few days installing a brand… Mo spent a few days installing a brand new boiler, Nest, and a few other bits. He did a great job and everything's running smoothly. The whole experience was positive and actually enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Leak identified and fixed behind the shower and shower replaced. Leak in tap also fixed. The service was excellent all-round. Charlie, our plumber, was very good. Replacement of downpipe From my initial phone call, Winsome was very courteous and helpful, booking an engineer promptly. Steve arrived on the same day and was such a lovely man who diagnosed the issue and resolved it very quickly. Having had problems with several workmen recently, I was a little apprehensive; he soon restored my confidence. I would definitely use Plum London in the future and would, without a doubt, recommend them.

No plumbing but great customer outcome Whilst no actual plumbing work was carried out, we had a very positive experience. Whilst investigating around the toilet and behind in the pipes our engineer found some rodent droppings and suggested to didn't need a plumber but pest control. So I stead of putting us out any longer or performing any unnecessary/costly investigation he set us on the right path, which was greatly appreciated - seemed to genuinely care we as customers got the right outcome regardless of whether it was via him or another trade.

Leaking tap Steve was great. He turned up, very neatly got his tools out, investigated the issue we were having with our tap. He then tried to fix the issue with no luck, he informed me that I needed a new tap, he jumped in his van and went and collected a new tap. Swiftly returned fitted the new tap and got it working. 10/10 Steve

Great service, really good job. Got to the cause quickly and efficiently. Will certainly use your company again.,I phoned first thing this morning and the phone was answered promptly and in a helpful manner. The plumber - Bledi- was really professional and really cared about causing the least disruption to the tiles etc and spent valuable time exploring the best way to get to problem. The leak was identified and the faulty pipe was replaced quickly and efficiently. Bledi had a really pleasant manner and tested at the end to ensure that leak had been sorted out. The service I received was fantastic and the guys went above and beyond my expectations. They fixed my radiator so swiftly and helped ensure that everything was safe and clean afterwards. I’ve had some bad plumbers in London and felt ripped off but these guys were great and would recommend them to others and use them again!

This is the second time I've used their services and I've been very impressed both times. I was reluctant to call someone out during lockdown but the situation was desperate and Andrew was very respectful, friendly and worked very quickly. I had a very similar experience last year when I used their services as well. Won't call anyone else now, it's quick and easy to book.

Can't fault their customer service, it was excellent. Came to fix a toilet and unfortunately misdiagnosed (these things happen), but sent out a recall free of charge and then refunded without any questions when I decided to arrange alternative work. Would happily use again purely for the customer service.
