The service from this company is outstanding. When I had an issue with my Boiler they were very quick to arrange an appointment for one of there highly trained Specialists to come and view it. I recieved an excellent service from them, with the Specialist making sure I understood what was happening and how much things were costing and when it was understood I would need a second visit from them, it was arrange quickly and soon so as not to cause future disruption to me. They provide a wonderful office support too that can also guide you through the payments and arranging future call outs, keeping you with the same person, providing great customer care and service and it makes you feel like you are really being looked after. I would recommend them to anyone and will always use them for any future issues I have with my home.

Friendly service and good pricing model! I went with Plumb London because they only charged in 30 min increments rather than 1 hour increments/minimum which I think set them apart from other plumbers I researched. I was a bit annoyed originally when I got a call 5 mins before the close of the window given to me that they were running late possibly by an hour. But he arrived 30 mins after my given slot closed. I had Omar who fixed the Fawcett in the bathroom sink that apparently was blocked by the hard water. He cleaned the filter up in minutes so did not need new parts and advised how I could unscrew it and clean it myself in future. Very pleased with the friendly service that made up for the slight delay.

Great service from Plumb London! Thanks or Plumb London for being able to sort out our boiler issue during these uncertain times. Not having hot water or heating with a newborn certainly was quite stressful. A special thanks to Mo the engineer who did such a great job with the installation

EXCELLENT SERVICE Cannot recommend highly enough. My boiler was condemned and dangerous, no hot water or heating and 24 hours later I have a fully installed new boiler. Ivo did an amazing job and worked from8 to 6:45. Very satisfied customer!

Great service, really good job. Got to the cause quickly and efficiently. Will certainly use your company again.,I phoned first thing this morning and the phone was answered promptly and in a helpful manner. The plumber - Bledi- was really professional and really cared about causing the least disruption to the tiles etc and spent valuable time exploring the best way to get to problem. The leak was identified and the faulty pipe was replaced quickly and efficiently. Bledi had a really pleasant manner and tested at the end to ensure that leak had been sorted out. I will certainly be using your company again and will pass on my satisfaction to friends locally.

The service I received was fantastic and the guys went above and beyond my expectations. They fixed my radiator so swiftly and helped ensure that everything was safe and clean afterwards. I’ve had some bad plumbers in London and felt ripped off but these guys were great and would recommend them to others and use them again!

This is the second time I've used their services and I've been very impressed both times. I was reluctant to call someone out during lockdown but the situation was desperate and Andrew was very respectful, friendly and worked very quickly. I had a very similar experience last year when I used their services as well. Won't call anyone else now, it's quick and easy to book.

Needed repair on our boiler, which wend down this am. Critical problem in cold weather. Initially ordered from our electricity and gas supplier, whose contractor failed to respond for 7 hours! Contacted Plumb London at 1413 today: very courteous and efficient - engineer was there by 1610, very competent, quick and pleasant. Did the job and made a couple of suggestions as to setup and boiler maintenance. Engineer's visit followed up by a courtesy call to check as to result and service. Pricing isn't cheap, but given the speed of response and quality of service it's good value for money.

Excellent Service. I phoned this morning and someone attended within 2 hours. Not only did they solve the problem with the outside tap but they pointed out that there was a small issue with the heating. Will be using them again!

I rang on the snowiest, coldest day of the year with water spurting out of my tap at the back of the house. Not only did I have a plumber round within 2.5hrs, but he was polite and offered loads of advice for the cold weather. Thank you.

Great plumbing service. Had a great experience with the plumber that came over. He was very professional and worked very fast even though the job was more complex than anticipated. He checked thoroughly that there were no issues, and was always smiling and in a good mood. Would definitely recommend this service!

We manage several properties in central London and have had extensive work completed by Mo from Plumb London including everything from commercial boiler replacements to domestic boiler installs and servicing to random maintenance including fixing showers, replacing radiators and identifying and fixing leaks. Even though our properties are old and challenging to maintain, Mo has always provided an exemplary service. His work is as professional as you could hope for and his manor and customer communication have always been positive and courteous. Jack, our account manager, has always turned quotes and admin issues around fast and with professionalism. Price wise I would say Plumb London are just where you want them to be - competitive and at the end of the day good value for money.

The plumber was punctual. He was quick. He diagnosed the problem, explained what had happened in layman's terms and then fixed it quickly. I particularly liked the 30 minute work units. This meant that I only paid for the time taken to complete the job.

Hot water problems fixed. In order to fix my hot water problems I was given a prompt appointment: the next day. The engineer turned up on time and fixed several deficiencies quickly. I could not be more satisfied. The price was reasonable.

The Plumb London company responded to my burst pipe emergency immediately and effectively. With water flooding my kitchen i was very stressed when i called. The staff were reassuring and responded to the call proactively getting a plumber to arrive at my home within an hour. The plumber worked very swiftly and efficiently to fix the burst pipe and was thorough in checking over the other related pipes for faults making recommendations for improving the safety. The charges were super reasonable and I am delighted to find a local company who i can rely on.

I can’t recommend these guys enough! An engineer (Mo) was sent to our property within a couple of hours of my request and was honest, polite and diligent. He said we need a new boiler and quoted me instantly for the boiler he recommended for our home. The next day Jack in the office set up a call with himself, Mo, my partner and myself to finalise next steps and costs. Everything was agreed so easily and Mo arrived at our house the next morning with everything. He worked all day on installing our new boiler and was so lovely and worked with minimal disruption to us. He was super efficient and went above and beyond for us. At the end of the day, he cleaned up everything so well and even wiped down the surfaces where he has been working and swept the floor. I’ve never seen this level of care and respect before. I am honestly so impressed and would never have another plumber come to our house again. You can trust them and they do a good job at a competitive price with smiles on their faces. Mo is terrific! Our new boiler works perfectly and our home is lovely and warm!
