What impressed me was the speedy… What impressed me was the speedy response to a leak and how the plumber completely rearranged the waste system in the kitchen and garage utility room to avoid future problems. Also the plumber was a cheerful chap and helpful. Not sure if the price was fair as its been a while since needing plumbing work but if you want a job done properly I would recommend them.

I had recently moved and had no heating or hot water for a week. I contacted Plumb London and explained the situation, the call handler was very helpful and arranged a heating engineer to come out the next working day. The engineer arrived promptly, he was courteous and very knowledgeable. The problem was identified and after several discussions with the energy supplier the system was up and running. I would have no hesitation in recommending Plumb London to friends and family as the work carried out was exemplary

Happy with the service, the tradesman was polite and professional. He carried out a full investigation of my bath/shower, identified some potential problem areas, and provided useful suggestions towards fixing it which I'll take on board.

I am a landlord and this company have provided gas certificates, replaced a leaking radiator and 5 years ago replaced the gas boiler, which they have maintained annually since. They are not the cheapest but they are reliable, professional, good at customer care which in my case includes my tenant and gave good advice on the boiler replacement. I'll continue to use them.
