Hot water problems fixed. In order to fix my hot water problems I was given a prompt appointment: the next day. The engineer turned up on time and fixed several deficiencies quickly. I could not be more satisfied. The price was reasonable.

I was told to expect the engineer between 11.00 and 3.00. He came at 4.15. Boiler in good condition, so it only took him 15 minutes to check it. Checked the gas supply as well - something that my previous chap had never done.

Really good job replacing our leaky shower. One company told us we'd need to rip out the entire bathroom for about £5k because it was all sealed in behind the tiles etc, but PlumbLondon had a really careful think about it and came up with a brilliant solution. It took a while to get the specific part and book in time to do it, but it was absolutely worth the wait, the plumber was lovely to work with and resolved what was a really complex piece of work brilliantly. So we will be using the company again, no question.

Dimche was earlier than forecast, rapidly assessed the problems that I had and then tackled them in an organised and structured way, all the time letting me know what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very professional, skilled, and an extremely pleasant and polite person. He also rechecked the success or otherwise of the fixes that he had done, before completing the paperwork.
