PlumbLondon came and found and sorted the leak I had under my sink. The Plumber who came was very professional, quick and arrived within the time when I was told. The only negative was the long window they gave me, but they call you when 30 mins away and the plumber was on time from the call. Would use again.

Water leaking out of the bottom of our boiler. Great service. Managed to get a very quick appointment and Mo arrived to identify the cause quickly. A part was required which arrived in only a couple of days and we had good communication throughout the process. Would use Plumb London again.

Replacing leaking kitchen tap Very good customer service. Plumber was friendly, explained the issue and what he was going to do to fix it. Tidied up after himself. He was a bit late but I got a call from the office beforehand to let me know an updated estimated arrival time

Washing machine pipe leaking into downstairs flat Very pleasant staff took my call and service was prompt. Work carried out while I was working in the other room but Dennis showed me before and after video of the leak he fixed. Happy with the cost and very nice people to deal with.

Thermostat replacement I rang Plumb London on Monday after waking up with no central heating due to my thermostat malfunctioning. I booked an appointment for the next day. The engineer was polite, knowledgeable and very quick. He rang me ahead of arriving to inform me of an exact time of arrival, he reviewed the issue promptly and spoke me through the solutions. He gave me two options for new thermostat and talked us through how to use the new thermostat. Really prompt and efficient service, would recommend.

Very good service overall The engineer was delayed, but I was kept updated throughout the day. Once he arrived, he was friendly and super efficient. Will definitely call them again for next year’s service.
