Great overall service and delivery. Will use again Great experience from initial visit for a quote and then the subsequent work. Honest advice initially, professional manner in our interactions. Punctual. More expensive than solo traders but I think worth it. Will work with them on other projects too. Hopefully found a trusted company I can use on an ongoing basis, which is not easy to find in London. Excellent call centre service (jack) and electronic billing. Very professional.

Great service from start to finish. I was a little wary about plucking a firm from the internet, as we all are, but reading some of the reviews I decided to go for it. The chap who came round to do the job, Adam, was superb. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. He advised me what needed doing, we tried a couple of things to diagnose the problem and this was sorted. Following this he carried out a full service and even though he couldn't complete all of it in one go due to access issues, he came back to finalise as requested. On each occasion Adam was very punctual and never turned up late, he was also very tidy, and worked quickly and efficiently. I hope all their operatives are as good as him.

Answered the phone straight away, took all relevant details, got someone out to me within a few hours and even though they gave a 4 hour time slot they were accommodating in terms of allowing me to say I would not be there at 12, but back by 12:30pm. Engineer was good, identified the issue straight away and only needed 30 mins work to get it done. Efficient and didn't mess around, which is good when you're paying per 30 mins. Would recommend and use again.

Competent, friendly and efficient. Will and Russ were friendly and reassuring and just got on with the job quickly and competently. It wasn’t an easy job either, laying new gas pipes behind kitchen units. I would use this company again.

Oustanding service - 5* plumbers Outstanding service. A plumber was sent around the next morning, they arrived right at the start of my time slot and called ahead to let me know when they were half an hour away. Omar was friendly, very professional and kept me informed of exactly what he was doing throughout the process. Very fast repair, and done with the minimum fuss. This was my first time using Plumb London and I would use them again in an instant and recommend to anyone. Surpassed my expectations and then some!

Outstanding Service Plumb London was recommended to me by a friend. I needed a tricky plumbing job done and I obtained 6 quotes. Plumb London's was somewhere in the middle but I chose them to do the work as their engineer Omar gave me confidence that I was in good hands. He talked me through the details of what the job entailed, discussing various options to keep the cost down, explaining the pros and cons of each option, which enabled me to make an informed choice how to proceed. Plumb London was very reliable and professional and Omar arrived punctually to do the work. I was very happy with the completed job. Omar was very thorough and paid attention to detail. The job also involved some minor building work and the finish is excellent. Omar left the site in a neat and pristine condition. I Have used so many London plumbers over the years and at last I have found a firm that I can trust. I will definitely recommend Plumb London to all of my friends and acquaintances.
