The non urgent appointment was organised at a time suitable for me and I was made aware of the costing prior to agreement. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. Polite and helpful staff. They arranged a plumber over the phone within a couple of hours to fix a leaking valve connected to washing machine. Mo arrived as scheduled, replaced the valve and problem solved in no time. Extremely satisfied with the service provided by Plumb London. Truly no job too small or too complicated! Today the job was replacing crystal top taps with old fashioned 'proper' top taps, I have arthritis in my hands and find the crystal tops hard to operate. Plumber Milenko arrived early, was friendly and quick, explained what he was going to do, located a stop-cock I didn't know I had, and replaced the taps with very little trouble, despite the best efforts of cowboy kitchen fitters. I now have shiny, clean taps that don't drip (saving over a litre of water a day - seriously people, fix your drips!), that I can operate, and I know all the pipework under the sink is sound. Thank you - I shall certainly use your company again and again.

Double charged for the most simple of jobs. The worse thing is they originally said it was company policy and nobody had made 'such a fuss before!' Told that I should contact my bank to correct THEIR mistake. Also awaiting an emailed invoice. It's been 6 days since my job was completed and still no invoice received. Office staff are rude and unhelpful. The sad thing is that the engineer was AMAZING and has been let down by his colleagues!

Prompt, same day service by a competent, polite electrical engineer who explained in detail the workings of the boiler system and checked all pipes in the property for leakage. He discovered a hidden leak in a pipe behind an appliance. He carefully warned me what to watch out for over the forthcoming year and gave me valuable advice. The office staff are very efficient and courteous too. I shall be using this company in future.

This company is simply shamefull. Charged us over 4 k for a new boiler taking advantage we had no hot water and heating and so under pressure. First they told us they could repair it (approx £1200) but then once arrived, after some work, we were told there was a need to install a new one (£2700). Of course they were thieves enough to make us fully pay for for both things. Well done! Disgraceful

Excellent Service. I phoned this morning and someone attended within 2 hours. Not only did they solve the problem with the outside tap but they pointed out that there was a small issue with the heating. Will be using them again!

I have used them a couple of times regarding recurring boiler issues, annual check-up and some underfloor heating tips and the quality of work has always been very good. I have always been given a quote beforehand and there has never been anything extra added afterwards. The plumbers were always on time, very courteous, and provided tips and ideas of how best to deal with the issues at hand. The reservation service is also outstanding and very courteous. I can only highly recommend them

£105 charge for a service man to come to location to assess the work Servicemen was at the location for approx 20 minues To fix the their quoted problem would be a further £170 because they did not have the correct items in the van. This seems a little odd and extremely expensive so we decide to get someone else in. The quoted problem was incorrect and the correct fix was a new shower head. I do not recommend you use this service - find someone more trustworth and much less costly

I walked into a wet bathroom floor. I was great to be able to call a plumber and have them come in the next morning and fix the problem without any issue. My bathroom was dry and back to normal in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend Plumb London

I called Plumb London requesting a plumber within 24 hours. They were able to assist immediately and Andy arrived within the window I was given the following day. Andy was extremely efficient and professional. As well as identifying the problem straight away, he was clearly working as efficiently as he could to fix it in order to limit the cost to us. It's always a concern when you are paying on a half hour/hour basis that the time to do the job may be "stretched" but this was certainly not the case. Andy was also very clear about the issue was and what we should be doing going forward to avoid it happening again. He was also clear about the costs as the work was being done so there were no surprises. I was very happy with the service and would certainly recommend Andy and Plumb London. They may not be the absolute cheapest on offer but you get what you pay for!

The plumber showed up when he said he would. He was polite and left the bathroom clean after the job was complete. The only thing I would say is we were told the cause of the constant running toilet was very common in alot of homes however the plumber did not have the part on him to fix it even though they are standard and we had explained during booking the reason for needing a plumber. We had to pay for the time it took him to go and buy the piece he needed. When he arrived back at the property he did complete the job quite quickly. We would use this company again in the future due to the reliable service.

Pavel had previously come to my house to install some new radiators that I had purchased. He was friendly, easy to get along with and worked hard throughout his stay. He even triple-checked that everything was working in order before he left, which I appreciated. Unfortunately my boiler broke down soon after, and so Pavel was back to check on the fault. When he suggested I should buy a new boiler, my jaw hit the floor. I couldn't believe it. He gave me several options as to what I should do but was honest and suggested that the most cost-effective option in the long run was replace the boiler. I trusted his judgement and so a week later Pavel was back to install the new boiler. I actually wasn't at the house to oversee the work but Pavel did a great job. When I got home not only was there a shiny new boiler in my utility room but there was no sign of mess whatsoever. This was a year ago and the boiler's been working perfectly since so his judgement was spot on. Great job.

So happy - I needed an urgent gas certificate, I called Friday afternoon and got an appointment for Monday morning - A lovely gentleman called at 9, he did a super thorough check of the boiler/ hob/ meter and my certificate was emailed 2 hours later .......Fantastic! - will definitley use again, highly recommended

Quick, efficient and courteous service. The engineer did exactly what was needed and gave useful feedback on the plumbing issues - which I could then relay to my tenants so future problems could be avoided!

The engineers replaced some pipe work and a faulty valve. From booking the job with Connor on the phone first thing in the morning, I felt reassured by the whole process. The two engineers arrived punctually, and were polite, efficient and were very quick to diagnose the problem at hand. Having found a replacement valve locally, the work was completed with the minimum of fuss, and to the highest of standards. Their attitude to work and politeness was first class, and I would have no hesitation in using this firm again, as every stage of the process went smoothly, professionally, and without a hitch. Fixing burst pipe Don’t use this company. They charged me £1440 rather than £144 for a 10min job. I was in my overdraft for days and they didn’t give any discount or compensation. Their manager didn’t even respond to my complaint. Shocking customer service.

Identified boiler fault, fixed on the spot I accidentally damaged the cable between the boiler and the hot water tank; I called Plumb London and they sent James over the same day; he promptly discovered the issue and replaced the blown fuse. Moreover, he tightened a radiator valve that was slowly leaking and was happy to answer all of my questions

Put in new toilet flush and replace 3 toilet seats All the work that has been done for us from this company is excellent. Harry who organises the scheduling also is extremely efficient. The only problem is getting past the receptionist on the telephone - she leaves you holding on for ages and has not got a clue!!!

Boiler repair I was really impressed! I had reservations initially as annoyingly the plumbers didn’t come round on the day I called, which they had originally said they would do. The communication from the team was excellent however, and when eventually the contractors came round they were fab. Mo and Ed really knew what they were talking about and went out of their way to help me and explain how to fix the boiler in the future. Would highly recommend and would use again.
