The non urgent appointment was organised at a time suitable for me and I was made aware of the costing prior to agreement. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. I really felt I was in the hands of a friendly professional. The time logged for the job was accurate. I would not hesitate to use this company again if I need a plumber. Top marks from me. They did a follow up phone call to check I was pleased with the completed work. I’ve saved their number into my phone so I have it to hand in an emergency.
