We recently worked with Plumb London at AKA Marylebone and were extremely impressed with their professionalism and technical expertise. The project involved complex plantroom systems and ongoing commercial PPM works in a busy hospitality environment. Excellent service. I've used Plumb London multiple times and they're always professional (they pick up the phone and arrive when they say they will). For example, my boiler had been leaking but only occasionally without a discernable pattern. Over the course of a couple of trips and some impressive detective work my Plumb London plumber was able to diagnose a pretty complicated issue, explain it in layman's terms order the part required then return and fix it.

The initial consultation from Plumb London was excellent, and then a call received quickly do explain a detailed quote. The appointment for the work was quick and the work to the bathroom carried out quickly and expertly by Mounir to a high standard. From start to finish a seamless service and a very happy customer.

Had a new boiler installed 4 years ago, best decision. They have looked after it well and every service is efficient, quick and easy. They are fantastic to book with, always answer the phone and any issues they can deal with quickly. Highly recommend.

Our ancient boiler completely stopped working and they were able to visit the same day at a reasonable price and get it working, buying us some time to get a new boiler sorted. Plumb London were absolutely incredible. We were in an emergency situation, and Jack did everything he possibly could to get a new boiler out to us as quickly as possible. He also liaised directly with the engineer, explaining that it might be difficult for us to reach the property in time — and the engineer was extremely understanding and adaptable, which made the whole situation so much less stressful. The engineer himself was lovely. He installed the new boiler professionally and took the time to talk everything through with us, making sure we understood how it all worked. Nothing felt rushed, and we felt completely looked after. The following day, Jack even called back to check that everything had gone smoothly — which we really appreciated. We’ve had some challenging experiences with tradespeople in the past, but everyone at Plumb London was outstanding. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will absolutely be turning to them for any future help.

Excellent service from engineer who attended to change kitchen tap. Punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Got the job done despite an unexpected issue with some complex piping (resolved on the spot). Good communication from the office staff also. Would use again.

Quick response and great service I called Plumb London out as there was an issue with my boiler's ignition. They managed to send an engineer out very quickly. He not only managed to solve the problem, but also helpfully explained what the issue was and how to avoid it in the future. Would definitely recommend their services.

Great customer service Had a leak that needed fixing and the customer support team was great at arranging a quick call out for the issue on very short notice. The contractor was punctual, tidy and quick diagnosing the problem promptly and fixing it. Would definitely use their services again if needed!

Some disappointments but overall satisfactory Some disppointing aspects but the work itself was overall satisfactory. What they did: Plumb London replaced our shower trap, reconfigured the pipework underneath the shower tray inside and sorted poor configuration outside the building, and remasticed the shower area. The negatives - The mastic work was very expensive for what it was. I expected the whole shower area for the quote we were given but it was just around the edge of the tray in the end, not up the/ corners or joins of the glass doors. That cost £400. There was a mishap with payment where they didn't take into account our deposit so I was double charged and I had to correct this, whether they would have caught and realised eventually I don't know. Debris and dirt like the old rotten mastic was unfortunately swept underneath the shower tray rather than properly disposed of and it does bother me when a workman uses our own towels for mopping up water and dirt, I would always think a workman would know to bring their own rags/towels for that kind of thing. Positives - The customer service over the phone is prompt and approachable. The work itself has been satisfactory and all appears to be working fine with no leaks etc. The plumber was pleasant and got on with work. Not perfect decorators finish afterwards but they do warn of this if the work needs to be invasive and drill through walls etc, but it's fine for us. Was straight forward and flexible to organise timings and get the job sorted quickly. I would probably use them again for the reliability and ease of arranging, but be more wary of expenses for the work being done, and hope they advise their plumbers to clean up more professionally and not leave the customers own towels wet and dirty for us to clean up.

Overall excellent service Had a great experience with Plumb London, especially thanks to Andrew. His service was exceptional—he built a great rapport, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the work being done. The only downside was the delay in receiving quotes, which led to a longer wait between identifying the issue and getting it fixed. Otherwise, highly professional and quality work. Would recommend!

Boiler Installation Two young engineers (Chris and Luke) installed a new boiler and it was a very professional experience. They were very thorough and they were polite and tidy and cleaned up after themselves.

Annual Boiler service Engineer arrived on time. He was courteous and not rushing. He asked useful queries on performance of boiler and also reminded me to have a boiler strip down service every 3-5 years (recommended)

Very responsive Incredibly fast response when our 14 year old boiler started flooding- sent an engineer out to look at it the same day! And agreed to fit a new one as soon as we returned from a planned trip the following Saturday.

Experienced installation of electric flow boiler Very pleased with the installation of an electric flow boiler and pipework, which included a full system powerflush, by two experienced engineers from Plumb London in my flat in Loughton. After completing the installation, a very good verbal explanation was given which included demonstration of how to use the temperature programming unit.

Accurate estimate, reliable advice and work. We needed a leaky tap replaced and broken toilet flush repaired. Plumb London provided an accurate estimate, the work was done well and Simon, our plumber was knowledgeable and gave good advice. He was tidy and polite. We are very happy with the work done.

Requested a boiler service and they were very accommodating with timings to suit me giving me a window on a day to suit me around work. They were great when I had to change the appointment and the engineer phone when he was 10mins away to expect him. Connor was very professional and gave great communication as to what he needed when asking where meter was etc. highly recommended

Charlie from Plumb London arrived today to sort a couple of issues with two complex radiator valves. I got a call 30 minutes before arrival. He immediately said he would try to keep the job within an hour, as it was charged by hour. What a joy to have a plumber try to minimise your costs!! As it happens he kept it within two hours and did a brilliant job. He was polite and friendly and importantly I have two fully working radiators. Thats now two excellent jobs done by plumblondon. Not the cheapest, but from my experience, the best!!

I have used Plumb London many times since moving into my flat. They are incredibly professional, always very clear on communication and every plumber has been a delight! Their prices are also competitive and it’s definitely value for money. I will be using them again for sure.

Our engineer Vladko was amazing! He explained everything he did as part of the gas service and the repairs needed as a result. He was also the person doing the subsequent repairs. Whilst he was there, he answered some other questions we had about the heating system and recommended actions for us to take.

Speedy, efficient, and clean work by the team to fix some leaks we were having in our home. Their pricing was competitive and they provided a professional service and even some follow up calls to ensure the leaks were not persisting.

Plumb London not only carried out the work efficiently and well, but the engineer Andrew also took the time to explain and show me the different components and talk me through the process of the repair on my gas boiler, which had a leak. Would definitely call again and recommend!

Boiler replacement We called Plumb London to fix our boiler when it broke suddenly in winter. They were quick to send someone out to do an assessment and offered us honest and helpful advice. We had our boiler replaced by them the next day. Particular thanks to Vlatko who was professional, knowledgable and thorough. He worked really hard to replace the boiler within 1 day. We are very happy with his level of service and wouldn’t hesitate to call Plumb London again for any future needs.
