Really happy with the service from Plumb London for my toilet repair. We're quick to attend and Charlie was very knowledgeable, getting the specific part needed and even providing advice on some other issues I had.

Plumb London were brilliant from quote to completion. Firstly, they are very competitively priced and I had very little hesitation going with their quote for a new boiler. I was also really impressed with the service. Mo and his colleague were very friendly and took time to explain everything to me. Despite it being a big job (new boiler, thermostatic valves, and work on the exit flues), having to work around me and my wife working from home and needing to order some parts, the work was all done in a day. I was very happy that 2 people were committed to the job and it could all be done so efficiently so that we didn't have to wait over a weekend for the work to be finished. Update 24/08/2025: I have since had Plumb London out for the boiler's annual servicing, as well as some work on the flue in the loft after it was left unsupported after my chimney breast was removed. The latter was particularly urgent as the boiler was failing to remain fired and carbon monoxide was detected. I am always impressed with their availability and reliability. On the fix of the flue, Vladko made sure everything was made safe, talked me through his investigations and what needed to be fixed. He took lots of photos and made lots of notes, that were shared with me. The quotes also came through promptly for each stage of the work and customer service team professional and helpful throughout.

My toilet seat was broken and previous plumbers I contacted told me it was a non-standard toilet and I had to get a new toilet. I invited over Plumb London and they told me that the toilet seat can be replaced and they went ahead and did it. I was delighted, it saved me a lot of money.

Excellent service. I've used Plumb London multiple times and they're always professional (they pick up the phone and arrive when they say they will). For example, my boiler had been leaking but only occasionally without a discernable pattern. Over the course of a couple of trips and some impressive detective work my Plumb London plumber was able to diagnose a pretty complicated issue, explain it in layman's terms order the part required then return and fix it.

The initial consultation from Plumb London was excellent, and then a call received quickly do explain a detailed quote. Plumb London were absolutely incredible. We were in an emergency situation, and Jack did everything he possibly could to get a new boiler out to us as quickly as possible. He also liaised directly with the engineer, explaining that it might be difficult for us to reach the property in time — and the engineer was extremely understanding and adaptable, which made the whole situation so much less stressful. The engineer himself was lovely. He installed the new boiler professionally and took the time to talk everything through with us, making sure we understood how it all worked. Quick response and great service I called Plumb London out as there was an issue with my boiler's ignition. They managed to send an engineer out very quickly.
