Kitchen Refurbishments & Installation in London

Plumb London were brilliant from quote to completion. Firstly, they are very competitively priced and I had very little hesitation going with their quote for a new boiler. I was also really impressed with the service. Mo and his colleague were very friendly and took time to explain everything to me. Despite it being a big job (new boiler, thermostatic valves, and work on the exit flues), having to work around me and my wife working from home and needing to order some parts, the work was all done in a day. I was very happy that 2 people were committed to the job and it could all be done so efficiently so that we didn't have to wait over a weekend for the work to be finished. Update 24/08/2025: I have since had Plumb London out for the boiler's annual servicing, as well as some work on the flue in the loft after it was left unsupported after my chimney breast was removed. The latter was particularly urgent as the boiler was failing to remain fired and carbon monoxide was detected. I am always impressed with their availability and reliability. On the fix of the flue, Vladko made sure everything was made safe, talked me through his investigations and what needed to be fixed. He took lots of photos and made lots of notes, that were shared with me. The quotes also came through promptly for each stage of the work and customer service team professional and helpful throughout.

My toilet seat was broken and previous plumbers I contacted told me it was a non-standard toilet and I had to get a new toilet. I invited over Plumb London and they told me that the toilet seat can be replaced and they went ahead and did it. I was delighted, it saved me a lot of money.

Plumb London provided excellent service from start to finish! The boiler installation was quick, tidy, and professionally done. A year later, the same engineer carried out an efficient and thorough maintenance check. He also provided clear advice and ensured that everything was running perfectly. Reliable, friendly, and highly recommended!

Fantastic experience all around. The customer service team at PlumbLondon is not only responsive and super-friendly, but actually take initiative - we had our job done a day early because a team member called us with news that our plumber had had a cancellation. The plumber himself was superb, professional and cheerful, worked very efficiently and left us with a brand-new shower in perfect working order. We're so grateful!

Plumb London carried out a boiler and gas safety check for me. They were quick to get booked in, the team were polite and professional, and their pricing was more competitive than others I contacted. A great experience overall, I’ll definitely use them again

A Five Star service. The range of skills and craftsmanship displayed by Mounir were incredible. Would recommend to anyone with dreams of creating a Dream Kitchen. With this Team, it’s not just possible, it’s Guaranteed.

Excellent service from start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was clear throughout, and Louise did a great job coordinating everything and keeping me informed. They arranged access directly with my tenant, which made the whole process very easy for me as a landlord. Vlatko, who carried out the boiler service and gas safety certificate, was extremely thorough and professional. There was also a suspected additional issue on the day with the washing machine, and the team responded very quickly, providing me with prompt and clear email reassurance. This was especially appreciated, as I do not live near the property, so I felt in safe hands throughout. I always experience a reliable and professional service from Plumb London — I would definitely recommend and will continue to use them in the future.

For the second year in a row, the lovely Mo serviced our boiler. He was on time and provided a super thorough service. I would really recommend Plumb London as your plumbing company. 5 stars all round!

Very fast service. We got our boiler changed as an emergency a year ago, and got service this year. Both times Plumb London were booked within 24h of being called, with the team taking good care of ensuring everything is up and running. Would recommend!

Great professional service from start to finish. The team did an excellent job installing a Powertank and paid close attention to detail throughout. I’ve used them a couple of times now and have always been impressed. Highly recommended!

Absolutely exceptional service. Cannot recommend enough. Polite, attentive and understanding of the situation. Par and Stephan who attended my property were courteous and professional, making the horror of having a boiler replaced as smooth sailing as possible.

I can’t fault the service I received. Prompt, courteous and so accommodating. It’s so easy to be ripped off, PlumbLondon are overwhelmingly decent, thorough and reliable. A million percent recommended.

Fast service (next day) for the initial assessment of the issue. Then, even though it was not an emergency per se (needed broken shower pump replaced and associated inter-connecting pipe work), the team managed to source the part and fit me in the very next day. Engineer was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. A pleasure to have in the house and left us very happy customers! Will definitely use again!

I had a great experience with Plumb London. They came out quickly to inspect an issue with my water tank, identified the problem right away, and got everything sorted efficiently. The engineer was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. It’s such a relief to have everything working properly again. I’d happily use them again and definitely recommend their service to others.

Contacted Plumb London hi Charlie, come round and give me a quote within days. Carried out. I ordered all the parts and even matched The new tiles with the existing. Hardly recommend them very professional and very satisfied with the results.

“5-Star service from a 5-Star company. Faced with the daunting and complex issues of leakage, flooding, structural damage and extensive restoration work, Plumb London’s Dynamic Duo of Mounir & Ali responded like Super Heroes. I found the team to be skilled, thoughtful, professional, hardworking, punctual, efficient and informative… Consummate craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them.”

We recently worked with Plumb London at AKA Marylebone and were extremely impressed with their professionalism and technical expertise. The project involved complex plantroom systems and ongoing commercial PPM works in a busy hospitality environment. Their engineers demonstrated a strong understanding of interconnected mechanical systems, quickly diagnosing issues and carrying out preventative maintenance with minimal disruption to operations. Communication was clear, reporting was thorough, and their proactive approach helped identify potential risks before they became problems. Reliable, knowledgeable, and highly professional, we would highly recommend Plumb London

Excellent service. I've used Plumb London multiple times and they're always professional (they pick up the phone and arrive when they say they will). For example, my boiler had been leaking but only occasionally without a discernable pattern. Over the course of a couple of trips and some impressive detective work my Plumb London plumber was able to diagnose a pretty complicated issue, explain it in layman's terms order the part required then return and fix it.

The initial consultation from Plumb London was excellent, and then a call received quickly do explain a detailed quote. The appointment for the work was quick and the work to the bathroom carried out quickly and expertly by Mounir to a high standard. From start to finish a seamless service and a very happy customer.

Had a new boiler installed 4 years ago, best decision. They have looked after it well and every service is efficient, quick and easy. They are fantastic to book with, always answer the phone and any issues they can deal with quickly. Highly recommend.

Big thumbs up for Plumb London, in particular the engineer (Andrew) who visited the property where my elderly mother lives. A gentle manner and patient approach was exactly the level of kindness that gave her reassurance and comfort. The work was undertaken out of hours to accommodate her, and was fulfilled without issue.

Prompt and efficient service from Plumb London. A clear and comprehensive quote was provided and the job was completed well. Our ancient boiler completely stopped working and they were able to visit the same day at a reasonable price and get it working, buying us some time to get a new boiler sorted. We compared the new boiler quote from Plumb London with other companies but preferred the overall offering from Plumb London. Thanks a lot to Jack for coordinating this all for us. Thanks also to the engineers who were tidy and ensured no mess was left behind.

Plumb London were absolutely incredible. We were in an emergency situation, and Jack did everything he possibly could to get a new boiler out to us as quickly as possible. He also liaised directly with the engineer, explaining that it might be difficult for us to reach the property in time — and the engineer was extremely understanding and adaptable, which made the whole situation so much less stressful. The engineer himself was lovely. He installed the new boiler professionally and took the time to talk everything through with us, making sure we understood how it all worked. Nothing felt rushed, and we felt completely looked after. The following day, Jack even called back to check that everything had gone smoothly — which we really appreciated. We’ve had some challenging experiences with tradespeople in the past, but everyone at Plumb London was outstanding. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will absolutely be turning to them for any future help.

Excellent service from engineer who attended to change kitchen tap. Punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Got the job done despite an unexpected issue with some complex piping (resolved on the spot). Good communication from the office staff also. Would use again.

Excellent service by Plumb London, fixed two bathroom related issues in a couple of days - clear communication and good management of expectations in terms of works and timeline, which I always appreciate.

Really happy with the service from Plumb London for my toilet repair. We're quick to attend and Charlie was very knowledgeable, getting the specific part needed and even providing advice on some other issues I had.

Quick response and great service I called Plumb London out as there was an issue with my boiler's ignition. They managed to send an engineer out very quickly. He not only managed to solve the problem, but also helpfully explained what the issue was and how to avoid it in the future. Would definitely recommend their services.

Great customer service Had a leak that needed fixing and the customer support team was great at arranging a quick call out for the issue on very short notice. The contractor was punctual, tidy and quick diagnosing the problem promptly and fixing it. Would definitely use their services again if needed!

Efficient service Organisation was well organised, courteous and coordinated the work well with calls to keep me informed of what was happening, The engineer was diligent and experienced and completed the job quickly

Some disappointments but overall satisfactory Some disppointing aspects but the work itself was overall satisfactory. What they did: Plumb London replaced our shower trap, reconfigured the pipework underneath the shower tray inside and sorted poor configuration outside the building, and remasticed the shower area. The negatives - The mastic work was very expensive for what it was. I expected the whole shower area for the quote we were given but it was just around the edge of the tray in the end, not up the/ corners or joins of the glass doors. That cost £400. There was a mishap with payment where they didn't take into account our deposit so I was double charged and I had to correct this, whether they would have caught and realised eventually I don't know. Debris and dirt like the old rotten mastic was unfortunately swept underneath the shower tray rather than properly disposed of and it does bother me when a workman uses our own towels for mopping up water and dirt, I would always think a workman would know to bring their own rags/towels for that kind of thing. Positives - The customer service over the phone is prompt and approachable. The work itself has been satisfactory and all appears to be working fine with no leaks etc. The plumber was pleasant and got on with work. Not perfect decorators finish afterwards but they do warn of this if the work needs to be invasive and drill through walls etc, but it's fine for us. Was straight forward and flexible to organise timings and get the job sorted quickly. I would probably use them again for the reliability and ease of arranging, but be more wary of expenses for the work being done, and hope they advise their plumbers to clean up more professionally and not leave the customers own towels wet and dirty for us to clean up.
