Par, from Plumb London, did a fantastic job. He turned up on the same day, that I had rung about no heating or hot water . He made me and my 5 year old ASD son a priority . The boiler had completely gone - both the expansion valve and gas valve were broken . He recommended me a really good boiler , installed it perfectly and went through all the payment options and the best affordable and flexible option that was best for me ( which is important, as a single mum with only one wage coming in ). He showed me how to use it and set the temperatures for the heating . I am very satisfied with my new boiler and the water pressure is so much better . I would definitely recommend Plumb London.

Very friendly staff who were happy to answer my question. There was a good selection of Availability and good communication from the gas engineer about when he was going to be there for the appointment. My boiler service was done efficiently and quickly. I thought the price was competitive. I would use them again.

My first experience using Plumb London My first experience using Plumb London. I booked a service for my gas boiler. Unfortunately, the engineer was delayed and couldn't come on the day that was booked. I didn't find out until late afternoon which was a bit frustrating to have waited in all day. However, he came the next morning and was very thorough. Plumb London are a bit more expensive than an independent engineer/plumber but I think it was worth it. I'm happy to use them again for future services and any other gas work that may need doing.

Boiler Service Excellent service all round from the moment I contacted them. I received a prompt reply to my initial enquiry, my service was arranged for only a couple of days later and was carried out quickly and efficiently.

Fix leaking pipe and change shower cartridge Very easy to get through to someone on the phone and coordinate getting the job done. Kind and courteous on the job. May be not the cheapest but made up for in quality of work and peace of mind

Good professional job The plumber was very friendly and did a good job of replacing my old, very leaky bathroom sink taps, returning the next day with a blowtorch to finally free and remove the well-stuck hot water tap. Would use again.
