Boiler replacement We called Plumb London to fix our boiler when it broke suddenly in winter. They were quick to send someone out to do an assessment and offered us honest and helpful advice. We had our boiler replaced by them the next day. Particular thanks to Vlatko who was professional, knowledgable and thorough. He worked really hard to replace the boiler within 1 day. We are very happy with his level of service and wouldn’t hesitate to call Plumb London again for any future needs.

Boiler service fine,shame about the tardiness. Boiler service performed as expected. Only problem was engineer was due between 08.00 and 12.00hrs and did not arrive until 13.45hrs but did not realise he was late!

First annual boiler service after installation Last year we needed an emergency boiler replacement - Plumb London were the first to respond on Checkatrade, and did a same day brilliant job. This year the boiler's first annual service was due - and unlike others, Plumb London quoted us a fixed Service price. The engineer came on time, and took 40 minutes to do the Service without any issues. As with last year's engineer - this year's engineer (Bally) was so unintrusive that aside from the usual noises involved in such work we wouldn't have known they were there!

Boiler replacement Great service and friendly people! My boiler was beyond repair and Plumb London provided a new boiler and two engineers to carry out the replacement in less than 24h! The job was nice and clean - everyone was very professional and understanding of my situation (I just had a baby, so I needed the heating to be back asap). They also sent a builder to better fit the new boiler in the cabinet. So a special thanks to Mounir, who’s been very friendly and worked pretty hard to carry out the fitting perfectly! If Plumb London want to establish a good and long term relationship with their customers, I think they did pretty well with me!

We engaged Plumb London as our previous plumber had let us down. We engaged them on the Tuesday and the work was carried out on the following Monday. Yes, it could have been quicker, but appreciate the reasons for it. The standard of work is good, and communication is excellent. I would use them again.

Par, from Plumb London, did a fantastic job. He turned up on the same day, that I had rung about no heating or hot water . He made me and my 5 year old ASD son a priority . The boiler had completely gone - both the expansion valve and gas valve were broken . He recommended me a really good boiler , installed it perfectly and went through all the payment options and the best affordable and flexible option that was best for me ( which is important, as a single mum with only one wage coming in ). He showed me how to use it and set the temperatures for the heating . I am very satisfied with my new boiler and the water pressure is so much better . I would definitely recommend Plumb London.

Replacing broken bathroom sink plug and replacing broken shower mixer Plumb London were able to send someone around then next day who was able to temporarily fix some problems to give us some working bathroom again give us honest feedback about what needed to be done to fix it longer term. That was quoted very reasonably and the work was completed efficiently and tidily on a day that worked for us. Very pleased and would recommend

I had a wonderful experience. The plumber who addressed the issue at my property was friendly, polite and professional. He offered me clear advise and rectified the problem within 24 hours. He was quick, efficient and cleaned the area after the job was complete. My taps and pipe work have been in working order ever since. Great value for money to have the cost of the quote deducted. Would highly recommended.

I've used this company twice. Once for a major renovation and once for replacement taps. Their customer services operatives are excellent and the phone is always answered quickly. They are very helpful and very patient. I changed the spec more than once. The plumbers were professional and did an excellent job.

I had a new boiler installed, everything was dealt with so promptly and efficiently. The job was completed to very high standards. I certainly recommend them, when it comes to hot water, you really can’t handle delays. Within minutes of posting the job I was called. Someone came round same day to assess. Explained what they were going to do, how long it would take and the costs. Excellent service.
