Needed repair on our boiler, which wend down this am. Critical problem in cold weather. Initially ordered from our electricity and gas supplier, whose contractor failed to respond for 7 hours! Contacted Plumb London at 1413 today: very courteous and efficient - engineer was there by 1610, very competent, quick and pleasant. Did the job and made a couple of suggestions as to setup and boiler maintenance. Engineer's visit followed up by a courtesy call to check as to result and service. Pricing isn't cheap, but given the speed of response and quality of service it's good value for money.

The service that I was given by Kaywan was exceptional. He made sure I understood everything that was wrong and what he was doing. He was so thorough that I will now only ever use Plumb London because of him. It is not often you get service such as what Kaywan delivered. He is professional, motivated and committed and Plumb London is simply lucky to be able to employ such an outstanding individual as Kaywan. In the future Kaywan will be requested by name and I will only ever have him as my Gas / Plumbing Engineer. Thank you Kaywan and all the best.

Great service, really good job. Got to the cause quickly and efficiently. Will certainly use your company again.,I phoned first thing this morning and the phone was answered promptly and in a helpful manner. The plumber - Bledi- was really professional and really cared about causing the least disruption to the tiles etc and spent valuable time exploring the best way to get to problem. The leak was identified and the faulty pipe was replaced quickly and efficiently. Bledi had a really pleasant manner and tested at the end to ensure that leak had been sorted out. I will certainly be using your company again and will pass on my satisfaction to friends locally.

The service I received was fantastic and the guys went above and beyond my expectations. They fixed my radiator so swiftly and helped ensure that everything was safe and clean afterwards. I’ve had some bad plumbers in London and felt ripped off but these guys were great and would recommend them to others and use them again!

This is the second time I've used their services and I've been very impressed both times. I was reluctant to call someone out during lockdown but the situation was desperate and Andrew was very respectful, friendly and worked very quickly. I had a very similar experience last year when I used their services as well. Won't call anyone else now, it's quick and easy to book.

Even though our properties are old and challenging to maintain, Mo has always provided an exemplary service. His work is as professional as you could hope for and his manor and customer communication have always been positive and courteous. Jack, our account manager, has always turned quotes and admin issues around fast and with professionalism. Price wise I would say Plumb London are just where you want them to be - competitive and at the end of the day good value for money.

EXCELLENT SERVICE Cannot recommend highly enough. My boiler was condemned and dangerous, no hot water or heating and 24 hours later I have a fully installed new boiler. Ivo did an amazing job and worked from8 to 6:45. Very satisfied customer!

Excellent service in my hour of need! Broken boiler, no heat or hot water in the coldest of weather. Told I needed a new boiler one evening and then they arranged to come and fit another one the next morning. No fuss or bother, cleaned up fantastically, explained everything and both the engineers were fast class. Polite, fast working and keen to please. Couldn't have asked for anything better. The service from this company is outstanding. When I had an issue with my Boiler they were very quick to arrange an appointment for one of there highly trained Specialists to come and view it. I recieved an excellent service from them, with the Specialist making sure I understood what was happening and how much things were costing and when it was understood I would need a second visit from them, it was arrange quickly and soon so as not to cause future disruption to me. They provide a wonderful office support too that can also guide you through the payments and arranging future call outs, keeping you with the same person, providing great customer care and service and it makes you feel like you are really being looked after. I would recommend them to anyone and will always use them for any future issues I have with my home.

Friendly service and good pricing model! I went with Plumb London because they only charged in 30 min increments rather than 1 hour increments/minimum which I think set them apart from other plumbers I researched. I was a bit annoyed originally when I got a call 5 mins before the close of the window given to me that they were running late possibly by an hour. But he arrived 30 mins after my given slot closed. I had Omar who fixed the Fawcett in the bathroom sink that apparently was blocked by the hard water. He cleaned the filter up in minutes so did not need new parts and advised how I could unscrew it and clean it myself in future. Very pleased with the friendly service that made up for the slight delay.

Plumb London offers a much more efficient and local service for people that need boilers replaced quickly. British Gas are much more laborious and only charge a bit less. For Central London Landlords Plumb London give a very good all-round service including after-care.

I have used them a couple of times regarding recurring boiler issues, annual check-up and some underfloor heating tips and the quality of work has always been very good. I have always been given a quote beforehand and there has never been anything extra added afterwards. The plumbers were always on time, very courteous, and provided tips and ideas of how best to deal with the issues at hand. The reservation service is also outstanding and very courteous. I can only highly recommend them

I received 30 minutes notice from the engineer Bessi, before he arrived at the property. He was extremely polite and professional, managing to get my boiler up and running within the hour. I would like to thank him for a terrific job and will be asking for him if I have any future problems. Excellent Service.

We have used South London Plumbing and Heating for the installation of our boiler and servicing. We have found it easy to book appointments - and they call to give 30 minute notice within the time allocation which provides flexibility.

I was slightly nervous about using what seemed to be a big company but I was very pleasantly surprised and really happy with the service I received. The plumber was punctual, polite and helpful - giving me lots of extra advice. I will definitely use Plumb London again.

Following the suspected demise of my boiler, Plumb London offered a very prompt and helpful service in bringing it back to life, with diagnosis on the Friday evening and all new electrics installed by Saturday afternoon. Found them to be friendly and knowledgeable plumbers who charged a fair price and provided a very good service. Would recommend.

Dimche was earlier than forecast, rapidly assessed the problems that I had and then tackled them in an organised and structured way, all the time letting me know what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very professional, skilled, and an extremely pleasant and polite person. He also rechecked the success or otherwise of the fixes that he had done, before completing the paperwork. I rang Plumb London after finding a leaky pipe last night and they sent out an engineer promptly on the same day giving me a 3-hour window. The engineer arrived and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, taking time to explain the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Plumb London to anyone.

Andy came in the agreed time period and phoned 30 mins ahead of arrival. No fuss no drama. Quick, helpful and efficient. Answered questions well. Was conscious of time spent throughout. Understood the problem and sorted. What's not to like. Good job done.

Besi was very quick and professional. Initial boiler service showed a few things that needed sorting out; explanation of situation and quote for further work was very thorough, and was able to organise appointment for additional work for the following day. Payment all done by card over the phone.

The service is very good - when the engineers are available. We had two procedures done and the first was no problem at all: we booked for our shower to be fixed, the engineer arrived at the agreed time and did the job efficiently. The second job, unblocking the kitchen sink, was scheduled soon after. We ended up rescheduling 3 times due to engineer unavailability - first there was an emergency, then the wrong parts had been delivered. When he was finally available (he came on a Saturday, a week before the weekend service was supposed to begin, which we appreciated), the engineer did a great job. Overall, I can only say the service is mediocre although the engineer was good at his job. We were severely inconvenienced by having to reschedule so much.

Good job. Booking the job and the service received from the office was great. The plumber arrived on time. He was friendly and helpful and had no problem completing the job. The price seems reasonable. My only comment would be that it would be lovely to be able to book a time slot that is shorter than the three hour window I had to book.
