Professional and helpful team. Helpful team and the engineer that came to site was friendly, helpful and professional. there was a bit more work than expected but he got to work straight away and the installation went well. I would use them again and have no problems with recommending them

The repair works were done in a very professional and friendly manner by the skilled engineer. The prices are not low, as the fixed price quotes include the time engineer needs to go and pick up various parts at an expensive hourly rate, and there is no transparency on how much the parts cost. So good quality workmanship but does not come cheap - but have not compared the prices so can't say if that is just the case for all plumbers!

the engineer, was prompt, friendly and very thorough, was kinda taken aback with the cost of the work, but if you want good workmanship, then its only to be expected, i've asked them for a quote to replace my boiler in the not too distant future, which i was very pleasantly surprised was quite competitive, so i will definitely be giving them a call to replace it,

Andy, the engineer who replaced my leaking radiator, was quick, efficient, friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. I was not well and he was very compassionate and sensitive to my circumstances. Should I need any further work doing, I would ask for Andy personally. Connor in the office got back to me quickly and was also courteous and friendly.

Great service from Andy at Plumb London. I wanted a service from British Gas and was told I'd have to wait 6 weeks so I phoned Plumb London who sent a guy around the next day! Turns out Andy had previously worked for British gas and was highly experienced and friendly. Would def recommend Plumb London for great customer service and experience :-)

Leaky overflow in toilet fixed. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Kept informed about plumber running a bit late - but still arrived within specified time. One visit to assess the problem and a further visit to complete the work. They were able to come when I wanted them to and were a pleasure to deal with. Very good service - called out on an emergency in the middle of the coronavirus epidemic, an engineer was here within an hour and quickly sorted out our problem with minimum disruption. Me and my wife have used plumb London a number of times now and have always been happy :)

After our old boiler finally gave out, we needed a new installation as quickly as possible. Plumb London offered us a competitive quote and a next day service. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and the engineer, Besi, helped with any questions we had. I can't fault the service, and would definitely recommend.

The plumber showed up when he said he would. He was polite and left the bathroom clean after the job was complete. The only thing I would say is we were told the cause of the constant running toilet was very common in alot of homes however the plumber did not have the part on him to fix it even though they are standard and we had explained during booking the reason for needing a plumber. We had to pay for the time it took him to go and buy the piece he needed. When he arrived back at the property he did complete the job quite quickly. We would use this company again in the future due to the reliable service.

Initial miscommunication about when the plumber was arriving but when he did he was very nice, had a really great attitude and didn't give any excuses about why this or that couldn't be done and did the work pretty quickly! Also the service on the telephone was really good. All in all this felt like a modern, honest plumbing company and based on my experience I would recommend.

Our boiler died over a weekend. I phoned Plumb London at 8am on Monday and Miran and Donnaty arrived at 11am. We were advised of our options, either a repair to our 14 year old boiler or a new boiler. There was no pressure to have a new one installed, however we chose this option. Both men were courteous and hard working. I would not hesitate to use this company again and will certainly use them when our boiler is due for it's service.

Quick response, same day, which is good given that the problem was the only toilet in the apartment. Pleasant and competent Albanian plumber. What annoys me is the need to write up the job on your time as part of the work you are paying for, resulting in £190 charge including the VAT

Rang at short notice to have a radiator removed and they arrived the next day on time, all complete in just over an hour. Marvellous service both on the phone and in person, excellent value for money and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great service when our boiler recently broke down. The engineer came on time and carefully explained everything to us. He went out a got the new part needed (a fan) and the boiler was working a couple of hours later. Really good service and based on our experience, I would use them again.

Really friendly team who dealt with my plumbing request quickly. A plumber arrived that evening and repaired the botched job left by a previous employer. He was v friendly and helpful - giving us advice. It was a very hard space to get into so he took a video to show us it was fixed and the leaks had been stopped. Excellent service. The service i received was extremely professional and efficient. After completing the job the plumber actually took time to clean the counter. Really appreciated the genuine effort put into doing an excellent job. Would recommend to everyone, as you also get photos and videos of the job before and after.

missed appointment but good on second visit My first appointment was for 4pm on a Thursday and no one showed up. I called them back and booked them in again at a discounted rate which they honoured. The plumber who came was very good, clear, efficient. I booked them in again for a full replacement which was completed well and on time. My only concerns were the missed 1st appointment and the fact that the removed tank was left by my communal bins - not sure whether this will be picked up or if this will cause problems.

Plumb London's was somewhere in the middle but I chose them to do the work as their engineer Omar gave me confidence that I was in good hands. He talked me through the details of what the job entailed, discussing various options to keep the cost down, explaining the pros and cons of each option, which enabled me to make an informed choice how to proceed. Beyond expectations I originally called these guys out to fix a long-standing leak at the back of one of the toilets in my home. I ended up commissioning them to fully refurbish both of my bathrooms. The end product is testament to the professionalism they have shown in all my engagements with them. What Mo and his young team of assistants have achieved in the space of a little over 2 weeks is truly remarkable - I couldn't be happier.
