The appointment was arranged for between 10.00 a.m. & 2.00 p.m. with an agreement that the engineer would ring when he was on his way , however, the engineer was delay at a previous appointment and did not arrive until 3.45 p.m. The company did telephone me at around 1.30 p.m. to advise me of the delay . The service could have been improved if there had been an arrangement for the company or engineer to telephone me approximately 1 hour before his arrival

Very quick answer to my request with an appointment during the day for a boiler Service Maintenance. Lee was very professional and gave me useful information about the boiler and what to do for my next year's review (10 years maintenance review).

I found Plumb London through Check a Trade's job description feature as we needed a range of jobs done; they responded quickly that they could do all of them. We got a viewing hatch for the boiler installed, the boiler itself serviced and a thermostat replaced all for a reasonable price, and we're certainly also going to use them when we get an outdoor tap installed. The engineer Mo was personable and professional and the team have all been great at comms both via email and phone - would certainly recommend!

I removed one star only because I booked quite an urgent same-day service first thing in the morning, and only at the end of the work day was told that unfortunately the appointment can't be met. However, the plumber did come first thing the next day, and was very pleasant and professional. Likewise the communication with the office was always clear, informative, and friendly, and I got a text confirming the details after every phone conversation. The eventual fix was done quickly and well.
