No issue with the domestic boiler… No issue with the domestic boiler service. The engineer informed me ahead of arrival, was polite and respectful of my flat. He seems to do a thorough check of my boiler and left the area as tidy as when he arrived.

Excellent service Friendly on the phone when booking, friendly plumber and got the job done properly. He also, explained what the exact problem was and how to improve the condition of the toilet water container. Thank you great experience overall. I then had a phone call asking how it went and if I was happy with the service provided, which I thought was great as many companies don’t care to call and ask for feedback.

Absoultely satisfied Absoultely satisfied with the boiler installation service provided by Plumb London. Both the engineers, Chris and Steve, were professional, courteous, friendly and explained very clearly on what needs fixing, why/how it’s being done and answered all my questions. They found the issue with my previous boiler and were available to install the new one within a couple of days. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing/boiler needs, and have already recommended them to a couple of friends.

Great, friendly, reliable plumbers The plumber arrived on time at 8:30 ish and started work promptly, to fit me a new boiler and two new radiators. He was friendly and reassuring. He removed my old boiler and radiators, and they were immediately collected, and my new boiler and radiators arrived just after with impeccable timing. The other more senior plumber arrived on site a little late as he had to finish a previous more complicated job. He oversaw the most important bits of fitting the new boiler and power flushing the system. The job was done around 8 pm, with only a short lunch break in between. The plumbers told me that they were going on to another evening job still, which was a bit of an emergency, but they didn't seem tired or worn out, but happy and satisfied with their work, and I was happy and satisfied with their work too!! I've got a nice new vaillant boiler now. I feel the work was carried out to a high standard.

I had a a boiler serviced and a thermostat added, both Mo and his colleague were on time, efficient, super helpful in explaining everything and checking all was ok. I also thought the pricing was good snd no hidden extras. Will be using them from now on

Mo, the boiler engineer, came to my house. He was very personable. I briefed him about the problem I was experiencing with my boiler's water pressure without interruption. He immediately started work and resolved the issue quickly, although ensuring that the boiler worked as expected with the hot water and central heating before he left.

Annual chec-up of the Boiler to honour the guarantee, which you call "service" (1 part closing the system had to be replaced. 1 spare part installed on 1 radiator) faulty knob, ,/valve. Mo, the Engineer is exeptional and I trust him entirely. Also, he is very kind and polite.
