Excellent service! Came out the same day we telephoned and plumber was very thorough but also explained the problem in simple terms for me to understand. Also gave us options I would highly recommend them

A positive first experience with this company from my initial contact by phone onwards. The appointment was kept within the time slot promised and the job (replacing a faulty ballcock) was deftly completed by their friendly plumber (thanks James!) without fuss or mess.

Great service! Efficient and friendly staff took my call and the heating engineer was prompt. The engineer took the trouble to listen and then explain so I felt the boiler problem was effectively fixed. I'm using them again if I need to no problem.

Very easy to book and very quick service. They were able to send a plumber the very day I called and sorted out the issue (replacing tap and waste) very quickly and for a fair price. The office (Jack) and the plumber (James) we’re friendly and professional.

I am very pleased with the work carried out by Plumb London - the customer pays for this service but it's definitely value for money - and peace of mind. In my particular case I had to have a damaged external gas pipe removed and replaced - because of it's awkward location it looked a difficult job. but the work was done with great care and efficiency. Besi provided a prompt, efficient service at a reasonable price. The boiler was installed quickly, and the working area cleaned thoroughly afterwards. Instructions were clear and we now have a fully operating boiler - would recommend Plumb London.

Quick response, same day, which is good given that the problem was the only toilet in the apartment. Pleasant and competent Albanian plumber. What annoys me is the need to write up the job on your time as part of the work you are paying for, resulting in £190 charge including the VAT

Even from America I managed to get a brand new installation done and new radiators supplied for my tenant. She was very happy & I was extremely happy with the service I received throughout the whole job.

Very good service - called out on an emergency in the middle of the coronavirus epidemic, an engineer was here within an hour and quickly sorted out our problem with minimum disruption. Me and my wife have used plumb London a number of times now and have always been happy :)

Great job taking care of an old blockage which made our garden flood. Second engineer they sent was on point. Customer service needs a bit of work as multiple people got in touch with me for the same issues and I could see that communication was a bit of an issue. Overall a good experience, would use again.

Plumb London had great customer service, ensuring they update me with the progress a few times in the same day. The Plumber made extra effort to ensure I get the necessary parts same day to ensure all fits to the requirements even if this meant visiting many stores. The plumber was very knowledgeable and spotted things missed by the insurance contractors. Very pleased with the service, totally recommend!

Very pleased. Problem: leaks behind toilet cistern and constant trouble with water flow. Found 'Plumb London' on internet. They were good on the phone, then prompt to get to us. The guy was on it straight away, worked out all the problems and sorted it. Could've made it easier for himself by cutting away wood panelling but instead was really careful and tidy. Wore a mask the whole time as per current regulations etc. Nice job well done and happy to recommend them. Cheers.

the engineer, was prompt, friendly and very thorough, was kinda taken aback with the cost of the work, but if you want good workmanship, then its only to be expected, i've asked them for a quote to replace my boiler in the not too distant future, which i was very pleasantly surprised was quite competitive, so i will definitely be giving them a call to replace it,

Andy, the engineer who replaced my leaking radiator, was quick, efficient, friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. I was not well and he was very compassionate and sensitive to my circumstances. Should I need any further work doing, I would ask for Andy personally. Connor in the office got back to me quickly and was also courteous and friendly.

Speedy to respond and good value Very prompt to respond to a leak and found a plumber to come out within an hour. Charging a half hourly rate is also much better than most other companies so good value. The problem was fixed and the plumber very efficient.

I needed to get my whole boiler system replaced for a combi boiler and also have my bath drain unblocked. This was all done very quickly and the engineer, Mo, was very professional and courteous. He was a pleasure to have in the house and did a great job. He even went above and beyond to sort everything out. I would definitely recommend Plumb London and Mo. A great service!

Outstanding service. We needed an emergency plumber, they got someone here in under an hour. Omar was exceptionally helpful, polite and efficient and the problem was fixed within half an hour. The best plumbing service I have ever used.

Omar was friendly, very professional and kept me informed of exactly what he was doing throughout the process. Very fast repair, and done with the minimum fuss. This was my first time using Plumb London and I would use them again in an instant and recommend to anyone. Surpassed my expectations and then some!

The repair works were done in a very professional and friendly manner by the skilled engineer. The prices are not low, as the fixed price quotes include the time engineer needs to go and pick up various parts at an expensive hourly rate, and there is no transparency on how much the parts cost. So good quality workmanship but does not come cheap - but have not compared the prices so can't say if that is just the case for all plumbers!

Vlatiko arrived on time for the gas safety check and central heating maintenance. He was able to quickly identify a couple of problems and arranged a prompt return visit to fix them. Plumb London ensured I was reminded of the visits and were quick to follow up and check I was satisfied.

Our boiler broke down and called Plumb London in panic. The service was excellent! Within a few hours an engineer was here and when it showed out we needed a new boiler it was installed the day efter. The engineer was extremely friendly, professional , knowledgeable and helpful (he even helped to take my sons drone down from the tree). I will definitely recommend Plumb London to my friends!

Rang at short notice to have a radiator removed and they arrived the next day on time, all complete in just over an hour. Marvellous service both on the phone and in person, excellent value for money and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Work performed (replacing taps in bathroom and kitchen) was done quickly and to a high standard. Plumber was very professional and courteous and was able to come at short notice. I would use this service again. The quote was a bit higher than I was expecting for a fairly small job, and since it is generated as a single number by a computer it doesn't give a breakdown between parts and labour. I did raise this during the follow up call and they said they'd try and send something over. Not a big deal but it's nice to know exactly what you're paying for.
