He discovered a hidden leak in a pipe behind an appliance. He carefully warned me what to watch out for over the forthcoming year and gave me valuable advice. The office staff are very efficient and courteous too. I shall be using this company in future.

Fixing a blocked shower. Everything went smoothly from the initial phone call setting up the appointment to unblock a shower for later that day. The technician arrived during the 4 hour promised window, and called 30 minutes before his arrival. On arrival he quickly unblocked the shower and tidied up after he had finished. Very good service overall.

We had a leak in our showery that a major firm was unable to locate and this was causing quite a lot of stress. I called Plumb London and they came promptly, and formed a hypothesis as to where the leak was coming from within an hour. The plumber who attended told us our options on the spot and this was followed up with discussion with an advice from the main office. The leak was fixed quickly, the hypothesis having turned out to be correct, tiling and sealing replaced and a new screens installed. Pricing was very reasonable. When work had been completely I took Plum London's offer of asking for alterations to be made and they came back again promptly. The alterations did not cost us any extra. And the shower no longer leaks.

Shower replacement They came out to deal with the issue promptly, it couldn't be fixed on the initial call out so a subsequent shower replacement quote was sent out next day. The job was eventually completed by the end of the week, but I did have to chase them several times for further details about the work, hence not a perfect score. Overall very positive experience.

The engineer was very efficient but unfortunately the problem wasn’t solved as the expansion vessel was no longer working. When the British Gas engineer came to do the annual service 2 weeks later he replaced the expansion vessel.
