Speedy to respond and good value Very prompt to respond to a leak and found a plumber to come out within an hour. Charging a half hourly rate is also much better than most other companies so good value. The problem was fixed and the plumber very efficient.

I needed to get my whole boiler system replaced for a combi boiler and also have my bath drain unblocked. This was all done very quickly and the engineer, Mo, was very professional and courteous. He was a pleasure to have in the house and did a great job. He even went above and beyond to sort everything out. I would definitely recommend Plumb London and Mo. A great service!

Outstanding service. We needed an emergency plumber, they got someone here in under an hour. Omar was exceptionally helpful, polite and efficient and the problem was fixed within half an hour. The best plumbing service I have ever used.

A plumber was sent around the next morning, they arrived right at the start of my time slot and called ahead to let me know when they were half an hour away. Omar was friendly, very professional and kept me informed of exactly what he was doing throughout the process. Very fast repair, and done with the minimum fuss. This was my first time using Plumb London and I would use them again in an instant and recommend to anyone. Surpassed my expectations and then some!

Great work The company took my details on the initial call with courtesy and were clear and informative about their work and the rates. I called around 8.30am on Monday and the job had been done by 1.30pm. The plumber was helpful and friendly and tidy. The rates were reasonable and I really can't fault the work or the manner in which it was done. Would totally recommend.

Quick and reasonably priced Got alerted the downstairs flat had a leak coming through their ceiling. Emailed 4 London based plumbing sites. Quickest response from Plumb London with reasonable rates for diagnostics. Gave them a call at 3pm, and said they'd try get someone out that afternoon, but if not, would call back to arrange for the next day. Call at 4:45 from plumber Oliver, he would be there at 5:30. True to his word, he checked it out and would need a new part, and the office would call the next day. Next day around noon - call from office to book Oliver in for the next morning 8-12. Oliver arrived at 9:20 - done by 9:45, and all looks good! Everything is drying out now, so yet to test it, but looks good, and very happy with the speed that plumb London worked at - and everyone I spoke to seemed helpful along the way!

Great service! Efficient and friendly staff took my call and the heating engineer was prompt. The engineer took the trouble to listen and then explain so I felt the boiler problem was effectively fixed. I'm using them again if I need to no problem.

Fast, efficient and competent Very early Tuesday, I discovered by way of a puddle next to the loo that rats coming up the sewage pipes isn't just a childhood scare story. By lunchtime, Plumb London had sent someone to check it out and take photographs to show me the neat little row of nibbles. By 9 am Wednesday, they were here again with a new fitting including a rodent guard (!). Charlie not only dealt with the loo, he also fixed several issues with the heating while he was here -- new valve, replacement radiator, system flush to fix another radiator that was persistently cold. He was friendly, clearly competent, worked hard, answered my questions and cleaned up after himself. Altogether a pleasure to have around. Plumb London charge an hourly fee and price everything up front, so it's all perfectly clear from the start -- no call-out charges or estimates. Everything is written out clearly for you to sign off, and there are no surprises. This was my fourth or fifth time of dealing with them, and I warmly recommend their services.

Pipe leading to Radiator Repair Matt, the plumber; came to the appointment 10 minutes earlier than the schduled time, which was good. He than carried out the required works which was also good; to which he went above & beyond to provide the extra service of bleeding the radiators in the premises. Total bill came to a handsome £220.00

Very good service and workmanship Very good service and workmanship. Courteous fitters and completed the job when they said they would, cleaned up well and left the site as they found it. Operation of boiler explained sufficiently and paperwork left in good order. Slightly pricey, hence four stars, not five, but ultimately turned out to be worth it for the peace of mind.

Reliably prompt, friendly service Plumb London has now done three or four jobs for me, including work on a drinking water filtration system. The installation of a new gas boiler was the most recent. They answer the phone promptly and reliably turn up. The two plumbers who came at various times, and most recently the gas engineer, were friendly and happy to answer questions.The company and the gas engineer both provided ample information about the new system, the guarantee, etc.. Invoices state clearly what has been done, along with the name of the person who did it. Payment processes are smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

5 Star Plus Service I would throughly recommend the amazing team at Plumb London . I had to take over and organise some work for my sister and her husband who had unfortunately been scammed by another company. From start to finish the team were amazing and kept in constant contact with me. On-site the plumber was very professional and ensured he was Covid safe, he also reassured my family members throughout. Plumb London had great customer service, ensuring they update me with the progress a few times in the same day. The Plumber made extra effort to ensure I get the necessary parts same day to ensure all fits to the requirements even if this meant visiting many stores. The plumber was very knowledgeable and spotted things missed by the insurance contractors. Very pleased with the service, totally recommend!

Very pleased. Problem: leaks behind toilet cistern and constant trouble with water flow. Found 'Plumb London' on internet. They were good on the phone, then prompt to get to us. The guy was on it straight away, worked out all the problems and sorted it. Could've made it easier for himself by cutting away wood panelling but instead was really careful and tidy. Wore a mask the whole time as per current regulations etc. Nice job well done and happy to recommend them. Cheers.

I would highly recommend this company. Everyone I spoke with were so helpful, friendly and professional. They sent someone out same day to investigate the issue. Once the part was delivered they arrived back to fix the issue. It was swiftly fixed and I was told to let them know if any issues. The plumber was careful to clean and tidy up after him. I’m so glad that I found this company and will be sure to use them again in the future.

Efficient service Very good punctual service for a fairly simple job but needed a part so he drove to the nearest shop and purchased it fitted the part. Just a little pricey for the simple job though but know it was done properly.

Excellent, professional service We needed emergency help to fix a broken boiler on the weekend when we had no heating or hot water. We got a Plumb London engineer out on the same day, in just a few hours, and he did an excellent job. He needed a part to finish the work, so he even came back on a Sunday on his day off to finish the job! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plumb London for doing high quality work very efficiently and professionally and with excellent customer service. It was a pleasant change from the poor service we’ve usually had from plumbers and gas engineers.

We had an emergency where we had to get a plumber to inspect a gas flue which had been knocked during some construction works we were carrying out. I phoned at lunchtime and was able to get an engineer out that afternoon. I didn't have time to "shop around" for prices but thought the £120 plus VAT we paid was pretty good value considering our time constraints. We would happily recommend Plumb London to others and use them again if we need to.

Really good and locally based service for SE1 I called these guys at 8pm after combi failed. The engineer turned up at the time agreed, called ahead, was polite & knowledgeable and fixed the problem very professionally. The pricing was acceptable considering the short notice and I've definitely bookmarked these guys for any future work.

Engineer called for Gas safe cert and… Engineer called for Gas safe cert and boiler service. The service was quick and speedy, with the engineer ringing to let me know he was nearby before the appointment. The engineer was polite and friendly and everything was satisfactory. Also, an excellent experience with customer service during the booking phase.

Pump replacement and power flush Engineers arrived same day to assess the work and provide a quote. Respectful and clearly explained the issue with pump and need to flush heating system. After agreeing work, then arrived promptly for job in the following week and did the job with little fuss, cleared up after themselves and made sure I was happy. Would definitely use again.
